主动式红外光电靶的研究

提出了采用红外光源的主动式光电靶的设计构想，用以消除传统天幕靶在对低速弹测量时，声音对测量的干扰，并设计了整个实验方案，在对静态实验结果进行分析的基础上，证明了该种方法的可行性。     

坑道用水下堵漏剂的研制

坑道水下堵漏剂的研制包括F－1、F－2和F－3型。其中F－1是一种有机堵漏剂，它可以在水中固化；F－2是一种无机防水堵漏剂，施工方便；F－3是速凝型，它可在瞬间固化，能对坑道的涌水口进行堵漏。     

Simulation of programmable logic controller

The development and test of a PLC control program takes time, increases equipment down-time, and might damage hardware due to program errors. All of these problems can be eliminated if there is a computer simulation system for testing control programs off line. This paper presented a new method, called Direct Sequential Method, for simulating PLCs. This method resolves a ladder logic sequentially by applying a series of logic deductions. This simulation system has been implemented in C and tested successfully.     

镁质瓷泥浆流变性能的改进

滑石质瓷是一种高性能瓷的材料，但由于其泥浆的稠化性及泥料塑性差，阻碍了滑石质瓷的大量生产。实验表明：引入长石作助熔剂并加入适量粘土，可以改进泥料塑性及泥浆流变性能，使烧成变形度小，机械强度提高，能较好地满足制品成型的工艺要求。实验中设计了多组配料，分析比较烧后试样的性能测试结果，确定最佳配方及烧结温度。     

钢板侵彻过载的三维数值模拟

利用LS—DYNA有限元程序，用弹塑性模型建立材料模型，对高速弹丸侵彻均质钢板问题进行了数值模拟，并与测试结果进行了比较，说明了有限元分析的有效性，为引信设计提供参考。     

P-channel Ge/Si Hetero-nanocrystal Based MOSFET Memory

The charge storage characteristics of P-channel Ge/Si hetero-nanocrystal based MOSFET memory has been investigated and a logical array has been constructed using this memory cell. In the case of the thickness of tunneling oxide T_ox=2nm and the dimensions of Si- and Ge-nanocrystal D_Si=D_Ge=5nm, the retention time of this device can reach ten years(~1×10~8s) while the programming and erasing time achieve the orders of microsecond and millisecond at the control gate voltage |V_g|=3V with respect to N-wells, respectively. Therefore, this novel device, as an excellent nonvolatile memory operating at room temperature, is desired to obtain application in future VLSI.

Effect of the absence of lipoxygenase isoenzymes on the storage characteristics of rice grains

Three varieties of paddy rice with and three varieties without lipoxygenase (LOX) isoenzymes were stored at room temperature, in dark conditions for 42 months. Insect damage and viability were investigated during that time. Varieties without LOX-1,2 and their offspring were screened with a rapid method of estimating LOX isoenzymes, and subjected to an accelerated-ageing experiment. The results indicated that in varieties without LOX-1,2, after long storage, rice quality was normal, but for varieties with LOX-1,2, rice quality deteriorated. With increase of storage time, the germination rate of the seed of most varieties decreased greatly except for varieties without LOX-1,2 where there was almost no change in the germination rate. In varieties without LOX-1,2 and their offspring, after an accelerated ageing experiment the germination rate of some varieties changed slowly, but with others, the germination rate changed quickly. This indicated that a definitive factor, which influenced the life of seeds, may be the loss of LOX-1,2. During storage, there was also a significant difference in the degree of insect damage. In varieties without LOX-3 insect damage was lower, but in varieties with LOX-3 insect damage was higher. Therefore, the absence of LOX-3 may be very important in insect resistance in rice grain.     

端羟基聚乳酸微球的制备与降解

以1,4-丁二醇和D,L-乳酸为原料,经缩合聚合法制备了端羟基聚乳酸,并用溶剂挥发法制备了端羟基聚乳酸微球.考察了乳化剂浓度、油水相比例及聚乳酸浓度对微球平均粒径和形貌的影响,并在pH=7.4缓冲溶液中进行了微球的降解.结果表明以二氯甲烷为溶剂,PVA作为乳化剂,室温和600r/min搅拌速度下可制得平均粒径0.5-1.0m的较均匀的、表面平滑的端羟基聚乳酸微球.随着在pH=7.4下降解时间增加,微球表面变得粗糙.     

Photodegradation mechanism and stabilization of polyphenylene oxide and rigid‐rod polymers

Poly(2,4‐dimethyl‐1,4‐phenylene oxide) (PPO), poly(benzo[1,2‐d:5,4‐d′]bisoxazole‐2,6‐diyl‐1,4‐phenylene) (PBO) and poly(benzo[1,2‐d:4,5‐d′]bisthiazole‐2,6‐diyl‐1,4‐phenylene) (PBZT), which are polymers with extended conjugated structures, undergo a self‐sensitized photo‐induced electron‐transfer reaction. A second component is not required. This article presents many similar observations on these polymers when they are exposed to light and evidence to support the proposed photo‐induced electron‐transfer mechanism. Methods to stabilize these polymers against photo‐oxidation are also described. Workers investigating other conjugated polymeric systems may find the experimental methods, observations and polymer stabilization approaches discussed in this review useful.
