This study is to introduce concepts of energy and entropy to describe a robnot's emotion decision.It chooses the dimensinal approach based on factors of pleasure and arousal for the merit of the interpolation between emotions.Especially,Circumplex model which has also two axes:pleasure and arousal is used.Besides,the model indicates how emotions are distributed in the two-dimensional plane.Then by the definition of psychodynamicsthe energy states (mental energy and physical energy) are matched to pleasure and arousal respectively that are the basis of Circumplex model.The mental energy is updated by the result of Prospect theory which measures the value of gain and loss as pleasure factor.And the physical energy is updated by the result of hedonic scaling which measures levels of arousal from pleasure computed by Prospect theory,and the result of intensity of stimuli.Then the energy states are fed by entropy.The feedback loop by entropy satisfies the 2nd law of thermodynamics.The energy states generated by stimuli and fed by entropy take a position in the plane of Circumplex model.Then distances between the current position and other emotions are computed to get a level of each emotion,proportional to the inverse of the distance.  相似文献

The Taguchi method was applied to determine optimum conditions for submerged culture of Monascus spp. fermentation to produce a high yield of monacolin K (also known as lovastain, mevinolin or mevacor). The control factors included carbon, nitrogen, oil, and salt sources and pH values. In the growth phase the optimum culture conditions are 1% whole wheat flour, l% peptone, 0.01% olive oil and 0.01% potassium phosphate and a pH of 5.0 (P < 0.05). In the metabolic phase the optimal culture conditions are 1% whole wheat flour, 1% peptone, 0.01% soybean oil, 0.01% potassium phosphate and a pH of 3.0 (P < 0.001). Using optimal culture conditions in the growth and metabolic phases, the yield of monacolin K in the fermentation process was 151.06 ppm.  相似文献

Two models for breakdown of a heated draining film subjected to surface shear stresses are developed. The predictions compared favorably with experimental results obtained in a two-component downwards cocurrent flow in an electrically-heated tube, providing a dynamic contact angle of 110-120° is assumed. This is in agreement with results in Part 1 on a small perturbation theory. Possible explanations are presented, based among others on capillary dryout or adsorption temperature thresholds. This paper deals with the problem of joint determination of the optimal process mean and the production run for a process. It extends the Quality Selection problem to production systems in which the process mean (target) shifts to an out-of-control state due to an assignable cause. The problem has been validated using various examples. Moreover, results indicate that an inverse relationship exists for the length of production run and the difference expected profit between in-control state and out-of-control state.  相似文献

We report the cytotoxicity of the ginseng saponin metabolite, Compound K (20‐O‐D‐glucopyranosyl‐20(S)‐protopanaxadiol, IH901) on various human leukemia cell lines. Compound K had the most effect on U937, a human monocytic leukemia cell line among the tested cell lines. Compound K‐treated U937 cells showed characteristics of apoptosis: an exposure of phosphatidylserine from the inner cell membrane to the outer cell membrane, the formation of apoptotic bodies and DNA fragmentation. Compound K induced apoptosis by up‐regulating Bax, disrupting the mitochondrial membrane potential, and by activating caspase 9 and caspase 3. Therefore, we suggest that Compound K inhibits U937 cell growth by inducing apoptosis through the up‐regulation of Bax and caspase activation.  相似文献

心脏磁共振电影成像是临床上测量心脏功能的常规成像方法,需要在测试者多个心脏周期内采集 K 空间数据, 因为受呼吸运动影响较大,需要受试者多次屏气才能完成。而心脏磁共振实时电影成像,可在受试者自由呼吸时的一个 心动周期内采集完整的 K 空间数据,且图像质量受呼吸运动影响较小,有利于临床心脏功能分析。本文提供了一种在自 由呼吸状态下的心脏磁共振实时电影成像数据处理方法,可有效实现在呼气末期时段对心脏舒张末期和收缩末期图像的 快速检测。通过在图像中放置适当的参考线,获取整个数据采集过程中受试者的呼吸运动和心脏运动的情况。然后根据 胸壁/横膈膜等组织的运动获得呼吸运动状态,快速确定呼气末期对应的时间段;而后在此区间内根据左心室心腔的大小 自动确定心脏舒张末期和收缩末期两个用于量化心脏功能的重要心脏相位。最后将检测到的图像按照指定要求,自动存 储,以方便后续心脏功能分析。此方法可大幅度减少数据处理时间,具有很好的临床应用价值和前景。  相似文献
