Piezoresponse force microscopy (PFM) is used to afford insight into the nanoscale electromechanical behavior of lead‐free piezoceramics. Materials based on Bi1/2Na1/2TiO3 exhibit high strains mediated by a field‐induced phase transition. Using the band excitation technique the initial domain morphology, the poling behavior, the switching behavior, and the time‐dependent phase stability in the pseudo‐ternary system (1–x)(0.94Bi1/2Na1/2TiO3‐0.06BaTiO3)‐xK0.5Na0.5NbO3 (0 <= x <= 18 mol%) are revealed. In the base material (x = 0 mol%), macroscopic domains and ferroelectric switching can be induced from the initial relaxor state with sufficiently high electric field, yielding large macroscopic remanent strain and polarization. The addition of KNN increases the threshold field required to induce long range order and decreases the stability thereof. For x = 3 mol% the field‐induced domains relax completely, which is also reflected in zero macroscopic remanence. Eventually, no long range order can be induced for x >= 3 mol%. This PFM study provides a novel perspective on the interplay between macroscopic and nanoscopic material properties in bulk lead‐free piezoceramics.  相似文献

This is the first part of a large survey paper in which we analyze recent literature on Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) and some closely related disciplines using FCA. We collected 1072 papers published between 2003 and 2011 mentioning terms related to Formal Concept Analysis in the title, abstract and keywords. We developed a knowledge browsing environment to support our literature analysis process. We use the visualization capabilities of FCA to explore the literature, to discover and conceptually represent the main research topics in the FCA community. In this first part, we zoom in on and give an extensive overview of the papers published between 2003 and 2011 on developing FCA-based methods for knowledge processing. We also give an overview of the literature on FCA extensions such as pattern structures, logical concept analysis, relational concept analysis, power context families, fuzzy FCA, rough FCA, temporal and triadic concept analysis and discuss scalability issues.  相似文献

The strain-rate-intensity factor is the coefficient of the principal singular term in an expansion of the equivalent strain rate in a series in the vicinity of maximum-friction surfaces. Its value controls the physical processes in a thin material layer near the frictional interfaces. The objective of the present paper is to study the effects of the pressure dependence of the yield criterion on the strain-rate-intensity factor. The results can be used to develop new methods for predicting the evolution of material properties in the vicinity of surfaces with high friction in metal-forming processes.  相似文献

The Y chromosome is one of the sex chromosomes found in males of animals of different taxa, including insects and mammals. Among all chromosomes, the Y chromosome is characterized by a unique chromatin landscape undergoing dynamic evolutionary change. Being entirely heterochromatic, the Y chromosome as a rule preserves few functional genes, but is enriched in tandem repeats and transposons. Due to difficulties in the assembly of the highly repetitive Y chromosome sequence, deep analyses of Y chromosome evolution, structure, and functions are limited to a few species, one of them being Drosophila melanogaster. Despite Y chromosomes exhibiting high structural divergence between even closely related species, Y-linked genes have evolved convergently and are mainly associated with spermatogenesis-related activities. This indicates that male-specific selection is a dominant force shaping evolution of Y chromosomes across species. This review presents our analysis of current knowledge concerning Y chromosome functions, focusing on recent findings in Drosophila. Here we dissect the experimental and bioinformatics data about the Y chromosome accumulated to date in Drosophila species, providing comparative analysis with mammals, and discussing the relevance of our analysis to a wide range of eukaryotic organisms, including humans.  相似文献

Folate receptor alpha (FOLR1/FRA) is reported to be overexpressed in epithelial ovarian cancers (EOC), especially the serous histotype. Further, while dysregulation of the folate-dependent 1-carbon cycle has been implicated in tumorogenesis, little is known relative to the potential mechanism of action of FOLR1 expression in these processes. We therefore investigated the expression of FOLR1, other folate receptors, and genes within the 1-carbon cycle in samples of EOC, normal ovary and fallopian tube on a custom TaqMan Low Density Array. Also included on this array were known markers of EOC such as MSLN, MUC16 and HE4. While few differences were observed in the expression profiles of genes in the 1-carbon cycle, genes previously considered to be overexpressed in EOC (e.g., FOLR1, MSLN, MUC16 and HE4) showed significantly increased expression when comparing EOC to normal ovary. However, when the comparator was changed to normal fallopian tube, these differences were abolished, supporting the hypothesis that EOC derives from fallopian fimbriae and, further, that markers previously considered to be upregulated or overexpressed in EOC are most likely not of ovarian origin, but fallopian in derivation. Our findings therefore support the hypothesis that the cell of origin of EOC is tubal epithelium.  相似文献

A saturated acidic aluminum chloride solution with a total composition of AlCl3·HCl·12H2O was obtained, and its behavior under thermal treatments was studied using thermogravimetry, differential scanning calorimetry and mass spectrometry techniques. The thermolysis solid products were characterized with XRD and SEM. Four stages of the thermolysis could be distinguished. Initially, the solution lost free water molecules, and an amorphous precipitate with an approximate composition AlCl3·HCl·12 H2O was obtained as a product. The precipitate released eight water molecules in the temperature range 390–425 K. Then, all chlorine atoms in the form of HCl and two water molecules were outgassed at 425–485 K. The product completely lost water up to 650 K. The crystallization of the solid begins with appearance of the phase γ-Al2O3 at 1073 K, and the final product, α-Al2O3, is observed at 1323 K. The application of the saturated trichloride solutions as a binder and a promoter for activated sintering of composite ceramics on the base of alumina was examined.  相似文献

A complete critical evaluation and thermodynamic modeling of the phase diagrams and thermodynamic properties of the MgO–Al2O3–CrO–Cr2O3 system at 1 bar total pressure are presented. Optimized equations for the thermodynamic properties of all phases are obtained which reproduce all available thermodynamic and phase equilibrium data within experimental error limits from 25°C to above the liquidus temperatures at all compositions and oxygen partial pressures. The optimized thermodynamic properties and phase diagrams are believed to be the best estimates presently available. The database of the model parameters can be used along with software for Gibbs energy minimization in order to calculate any type of phase diagram section.  相似文献
