The behaviour of La0.6Sr0.4CoO3 applied to ferritic stainless steel (AISI 430) by spray pyrolysis was investigated after oxidation at 800 °C in air. The film was characterized with regard to its morphology, structure and adhesion. The film was regular over the entire surface and adhered well to the metallic substrate. Oxidation modified the film structure, forming an oxide (SrCrO4) in the metal/coating region due to Sr diffusion from the coating and Cr diffusion from the metallic substrate. A thermodynamic computational simulation confirmed the formation and stability of this oxide. 相似文献

This study investigated the possibility of using near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) for the authentication of Asiago d’allevo, a protected designation of origin cheese from northern Italy. Latent variable models applied on spectral data were developed and used to estimate several chemical properties and to classify the available dataset according to the location and management of the cheesemaking factory (lowland and alpine), the ripening age (6, 12, 18 and 36 months), the altitude of milk production (low, medium, medium–high and high), and the period of the year of the cheese production (May, July and September). The variable importance in projection index was used to identify the most informative spectral regions for discrimination. Results showed that NIR spectra can be used both to accurately estimate several chemical properties and to classify the samples according to the different experimental conditions under investigation with the same discrimination capacity provided by traditional chemical analysis. 相似文献

Inhibition of Listeria monocytogenes by a lactic acid bacterium isolated from Italian salami 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Listeria monocytogenes is an opportunistic psychrotroph foodborne pathogen that has been used as a model organism to study the efficacy of many different preservation methods. This work aimed to test the antilisterial activity of lactic acid bacteria isolated from Italian salami and study the development of resistance. Isolates were obtained from naturally fermented Italian salami and cultures that retained activity in the supernatants after pH neutralization and catalase treatment were further characterized. The isolate showing highest inhibitory activity (PD 6.9) was tested for sensibility to proteases, heat and pH. To evaluate if resistance developed, sensitive strains were transferred with sub-lethal doses of the partially purified inhibitory substance and then inoculated into media containing higher doses of the extract. Isolate PD 6.9 inhibited several L. monocytogenes strains obtained from different origins and retained its activity over a wide range of pH and temperature. When increasing concentrations (10-100 AU ml(-1)) of the partially purified inhibitory substance were added to culture media, growth of L. monocytogenes did not occur even after 12 h of incubation. Cultures of Listeria that were transferred with sub-lethal doses (10 AU ml(-1)) of the partially purified inhibitory substance could resist higher doses of the extract (50 AU ml(-1)), but were inhibited when the concentration was further increased (100 AU ml(-1)). These results indicate that isolate PD 6.9 could potentially be used as a bioprotective culture for salami fermentation. 相似文献

Growth of 3C-SiC on (100) Si has been performed via chemical vapor deposition under two pressure regimes (low and atmospheric pressure) in the early stage of growth. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) have been conducted to study the initial stage of growth while X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and TEM have been used to analyze thicker films and to detect and quantify defects, resulting in a comprehensive and detailed investigation of 3C-SiC structural defects. We have found out that the secondary nucleation of 3C-SiC island growth leads to a higher defect generation rate and, at the same time, to a more effective defect elimination rate. Hillocks found on the surface of thin samples grown under reduced pressure conditions are more pronounced as they seem to be a consequence of twins created in the early stage of growth. Finally, a different initial nucleation density (in the two pressure regimes considered) does not strongly influence stacking fault and microtwin density when growth of thick 3C-SiC films is performed. A very strong influence is indeed observed when 3C-SiC thickness is limited to hundreds of nanometers. 相似文献

Strontium stannate (SrSnO3), a perovskite material, was synthesized by the polymeric precursor method, with different routes to eliminate organic matter. The utilization of pure oxygen for the elimination of organic matter changed the Raman spectra, especially in the low frequency region. Some peaks, which were previously assigned to the perovskite phase, were not noticed when the carbonate amount was lower. On the other hand, the profile of the IR spectra and XRD patterns did not change. These results suggest that carbonate may be present inside the perovskite lattice. 相似文献

Separation of concerns is a well-established principle in software engineering that supports reuse by hiding complexity through abstraction mechanisms. The Abstract Design Views model was created with reuse in mind and allows the designer to apply separation of concerns in a software system from the design to the implementation. In this model, viewed objects represent the basic concern, i.e., the algorithms that provide the essential functionality relevant to an application domain, and viewer objects represent the special concerns related to other software issues, such as user interface presentation, synchronization, and timing. In this paper we use a reuse taxonomy to analyze and validate this model. Using this analysis and the properties of the relationship between viewer and viewed objects, called views, we also indicate how to map the views-based designs into implementations based on design patterns that satisfy the views properties. Finally, we show how to apply the principles of our approach, using views and the design patterns, to design e-commerce applications. 相似文献

The image foresting transform (IFT) is a graph-based approach to the design of image processing operators based on connectivity. It naturally leads to correct and efficient implementations and to a better understanding of how different operators relate to each other. We give here a precise definition of the IFT, and a procedure to compute it-a generalization of Dijkstra's algorithm-with a proof of correctness. Object-oriented frameworks are currently regarded as a promising technology for reusing designs and implementations. However, developers find there is still a steep learning curve when extracting the design rationale and understanding the framework documentation during framework instantiation. Thus, instantiation is a costly process in terms of time, people, and other resources. These problems raise a number of questions including: "How can we raise the level of abstraction in which the framework instantiation is expressed, reasoned about and implemented?" "How can the same high-level design abstractions that were used to develop the framework be used during framework instantiation instead of using source code as is done currently?" "How can we define extended design abstractions that can allow framework instantiation to be explicitly represented and validated?" We present an approach to framework instantiation based on software processes that addresses these issues. Our main goal is to represent the framework design models in an explicit and declarative way, and support changes to this design based on explicit instantiation tasks based on software processes while maintaining system integrity, invariants, and general constraints. Screening of a yeast two-hybrid library for proteins that interact with the kinase domain of an S-locus receptor kinase (SRK) resulted in the isolation of a plant protein called ARC1 (Arm Repeat Containing). This interaction was mediated by the C-terminal region of ARC1 in which five arm repeat units were identified. Using the yeast two-hybrid system and in vitro binding assays, ARC1 was found to interact specifically with the kinase domains from SRK-910 and SRK-A14 but failed to interact with kinase domains from two different Arabidopsis receptor-like kinases. In addition, treatment with a protein phosphatase or the use of a kinase-inactive mutant reduced or abolished the binding of ARC1 to the SRK-910 kinase domain, indicating that the interaction was phosphorylation dependent. Lastly, RNA blot analysis revealed that the expression of ARC1 is restricted to the stigma, the site of the self-incompatibility response. 相似文献

In response to the current environmental regulations against the use of lead in daily electronic devices, a number of investigations have been performed worldwide in search for alternative piezoelectric ceramics that can replace the market-dominating lead-based ones, representatively Pb(Zr x Ti1-x )O3 (PZT)-based solid solutions. Selected systems of potential importance such as chemically modified and/or crystallographically textured (K, Na)NbO3 and (Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3-based solid solutions have been developed. Nevertheless, only few achievements have so far been introduced to the marketplace. A recent discovery has greatly extended our tool box for material design by furnishing (Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3-based ceramics with a reversible phase transition between an ergodic relaxor state and a ferroelectric with the application of electric field. This paired the piezoelectric effect with a strain-generating phase transition and extended opportunities for actuator applications in a completely new manner. In this contribution, we will present the status and perspectives of this new class of actuator ceramics, aiming at covering a wide spectrum of topics, i.e., from fundamentals to practice. 相似文献
