目前航空管理机构与航空公司进行飞行品质评估主要是依据经验与简单飞行参数统计数字,这样做难以得出科学、客观的评估结果。基于提升全行业安全保障能力和运行品质的需求,研究了利用计算机技术对飞行品质进行综合评估的方法。选取了理想值逼近法作为飞行品质综合评估的手段,结合波动通道模型作为飞行品质评估的理论基础,基于提出的飞行品质评估模型对飞行品质评估系统进行了设计。对真实的飞行参数数据建立综合评估模型,同时考察多次航班的多个飞行参数,给出综合的飞行品质评估结论,为飞行评估、训练提供理论基础和科学的评判方法。  相似文献

Voice conversion methods have advanced rapidly over the last decade. Studies have shown that speaker characteristics are captured by spectral feature as well as various prosodic features. Most existing conversion methods focus on the spectral feature as it directly represents the timbre characteristics, while some conversion methods have focused only on the prosodic feature represented by the fundamental frequency. In this paper, a comprehensive framework using deep neural networks to convert both timbre and prosodic features is proposed. The timbre feature is represented by a high-resolution spectral feature. The prosodic features include F0, intensity and duration. It is well known that DNN is useful as a tool to model high-dimensional features. In this work, we show that DNN initialized by our proposed autoencoder pretraining yields good quality DNN conversion models. This pretraining is tailor-made for voice conversion and leverages on autoencoder to capture the generic spectral shape of source speech. Additionally, our framework uses segmental DNN models to capture the evolution of the prosodic features over time. To reconstruct the converted speech, the spectral feature produced by the DNN model is combined with the three prosodic features produced by the DNN segmental models. Our experimental results show that the application of both prosodic and high-resolution spectral features leads to quality converted speech as measured by objective evaluation and subjective listening tests.  相似文献

IEC 61850标准日后必将会成为变电站到控制中心的唯一通信协议,然而目前变电站自动化系统依旧使用各种基于传统规约(如CDT、IEC 103、IEC 104等)的设备,因而保证私有协议转换到IEC 61850标准就是个急需解决的难题.本文以基于IEC 103的线路保护装置为例来实现互操作性,首先介绍了IEC 61850标准的对象建模技术、抽象通信服务接口、特殊通信服务映射以及MMS通信协议.其次,重点研究和分析了基于IEC 61850标准的线路保护装置的信息建模方法和配置文档的研究以及IEC 103规约到IEC 61850标准的映射.最后,通过IEDScout测试软件对互操作性进行测试,结果符合要求,即使基于103的装置支持IEC 61850标准.  相似文献

With shrinking technology, the increase in variability of process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) parameters significantly impacts the yield analysis and optimization for chip designs. Previous yield estimation algorithms have been limited to predicting either timing or power yield. However, neglecting the correlation between power and delay will result in significant yield loss. Most of these approaches also suffer from high computational complexity and long runtime. We suggest a novel bi-objective optimization framework based on Chebyshev affine arithmetic (CAA) and the adaptive weighted sum (AWS) method. Both power and timing yield are set as objective functions in this framework. The two objectives are optimized simultaneously to maintain the correlation between them. The proposed method first predicts the guaranteed probability bounds for leakage and delay distributions under the assumption of arbitrary correlations. Then a power-delay bi-objective optimization model is formulated by computation of cumulative distribution function (CDF) bounds. Finally, the AWS method is applied for power-delay optimization to generate a well-distributed set of Pareto-optimal solutions. Experimental results on ISCAS benchmark circuits show that the proposed bi-objective framework is capable of providing sufficient trade-off information between power and timing yield.  相似文献

Despite the critical role that middleboxes play in introducing new network functionality, management and innovation of them are still severe challenges for network operators, since traditional middleboxes based on hardware lack service flexibility and scalability. Recently, though new networking technologies, such as network function virtualization (NFV) and software-defined networking (SDN), are considered as very promising drivers to design cost-efficient middlebox service architectures, how to guarantee transmission efficiency has drawn little attention under the condition of adding virtual service process for traffic. Therefore, we focus on the service deployment problem to reduce the transport delay in the network with a combination of NFV and SDN. First, a framework is designed for service placement decision, and an integer linear programming model is proposed to resolve the service placement and minimize the network transport delay. Then a heuristic solution is designed based on the improved quantum genetic algorithm. Experimental results show that our proposed method can calculate automatically the optimal placement schemes. Our scheme can achieve lower overall transport delay for a network compared with other schemes and reduce 30% of the average traffic transport delay compared with the random placement scheme.  相似文献

This paper presents a velocity controller for the cutting system of a trench cutter (TC). The cutting velocity of a cutting system is affected by the unknown load characteristics of rock and soil. In addition, geological conditions vary with time. Due to the complex load characteristics of rock and soil, the cutting load torque of a cutter is related to the geological conditions and the feeding velocity of the cutter. Moreover, a cutter’s dynamic model is subjected to uncertainties with unknown effects on its function. In this study, to deal with the particular characteristics of a cutting system, a novel adaptive fuzzy integral sliding mode control (AFISMC) is designed for controlling cutting velocity. The model combines the robust characteristics of an integral sliding mode controller with the adaptive adjusting characteristics of an adaptive fuzzy controller. The AFISMC cutting velocity controller is synthesized using the backstepping technique. The stability of the whole system including the fuzzy inference system, integral sliding mode controller, and the cutting system is proven using the Lyapunov theory. Experiments have been conducted on a TC test bench with the AFISMC under different operating conditions. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed AFISMC cutting velocity controller gives a superior and robust velocity tracking performance.  相似文献
