Hypoxemia (45-minute) influence in vivo on erythropoietic activity of the kidney, liver, spleen, and sternum was studied by normoxemic perfusion of the isolated organs. We have performed ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) studies of epitaxial V/Pd1−x Fe x (001) bilayers with a V thickness of the order of 40 nm and with a Pd1−x Fe x thickness in the range from 0.8 to 4.4 nm. For a bilayer with a Pd1−x Fe x thickness of 1.2 nm and x = 0.03, the FMR measurements revealed a decrease in the effective magnetization 4πM eff of the ferromagnetic layer below the superconducting transition temperature of vanadium. As a possible explanation for this decrease, we suggest a spatial modulation of the ferromagnetic order in the Pd1−x Fe x layer due to modifications of the indirect exchange interaction of magnetic ions via conduction electrons in the superconducting state. A comparison with a recent theoretical investigation supports this possibility.  相似文献

Utilization of super-resolution techniques in processing reflected signals in ultrasonic testing has proved to be useful with a view to improve expert estimates of defect dimensions and shapes with the help of theAvgur holographic facility. In particular, the improvements in the image quality mostly due to athree-fold increase in the beam coordinate resolution has allowed more accurate determination of defect dimensions and more reliable classification of defects.A lower intensity of the speckle noise due to the broader frequency band can also be considered as a favorable feature of the extrapolation techniques. The signal-to-noise ratio in the images of flaws in materials with an intense structural noise isa factor of about 1.7 higher when super-resolution techniques are used. The paper describes some results of practical utilization of super-resolution techniques in estimating dimensions of flaws detected in welded joints of DU-300 pipelines (an effective diameter of 300 mm) of nuclear power plants.  相似文献

The method of simulating the effective gas gain, transparency and charge losses in GEM structures is developed. A mathematical model has been developed and used to study a reagentless cyclic self-sustaining ion exchange process for preconditioning seawater and slightly saline solutions before their further freshening. The model is verified against experimental data. The effect of complexation on process efficiency is studied. The possibility of removing several selected cations from the aqueous solution before sending it to a freshener and of obtaining concentrated solutions of such cations is discussed. The selection of the best process scheme is considered. The case of slightly saline water with low sodium and high calcium is discussed. The process is shown to be stable.  相似文献

A specific interaction of [3H]Glu with T lymphocytes from the blood of healthy donors (Kd = 0.236 microM) was revealed and described. It was found that unlabeled quisqualate, a structural analogue of L-glutamic acid, and unlabeled dipeptides Ala-Glu, Glu-Ala, and Glu-Glu competitively inhibit the specific binding of [3H]Glu to T lymphocytes (with Ki 0.19, 2.4, 3.4, and 1.2 microM, respectively). Binding experiments with conjugates of labeled and unlabeled glutamic acid with dextran showed that the receptors of [3H]Glu are localized on the outer surface of the plasma membrane of T lymphocytes.  相似文献
