The BaTiO3 powder was prepared via a solid-state reaction route. It was studied for the degradation of bacterial cells, dye, and pharmaceuticals waste using ultrasonically driven piezocatalytic effect. The bacterial catalytic behavior of poled BaTiO3 was remarkably increased during ultrasonication (10% E coli survival in 60 minutes). The structural damages were illustrated using scanning electron micrographs of bacterial cells which demonstrated morphological manifestations under different conditions. Methylene blue (MB dye), ciprofloxacin and diclofenac were also cleaned using the piezocatalytic effect associated with the poled BaTiO3 powder. Around 92, 85, and 78% of degradations were observed within 150 minutes duration for methylene blue, ciprofloxacin, and diclofenac, respectively. 相似文献

As a representative polyoxamide, poly(hexamethylene oxamide) (PA62) has good comprehensive performance. However, the high Tm (330°C) creates an obstacle for processing. To improve the processability of PA62, poly(hexamethylene terephthalate/hexamethylene oxamide) alternating copolyamide (alt-PA6T/62) was synthesized by hexamethylene diamine-terminated 6T6-diamine and dibutyl oxalate via solution/solid state polycondensation. Random copolyamide (ran-PA6T/62) was also synthesized for comparison. The structure and properties of the copolymer were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), Wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and the saturated water absorption test. The NMR results confirm the alternating structure of alt-PA6T/62. The DSC and TGA results demonstrate that the novel alternating copolyamide alt-PA6T/62 (Tm = 321°C, T5 = 420°C) exhibited better thermal properties than those of ran-PA6T/62 (Tm = 294°C, T5 = 412°C). The saturated water absorption of alt-PA6T/62 was found to be 3.2 wt%. These results revealed that the novel alt-PA6T/62 had an alternating sequence distribution, showed a high melting point as well as good processability and thermal stability, and possessed low saturated water absorption and excellent dimensional stability. 相似文献

A new type of bamboo biochar (BC) loaded TiO2-SnO2 particle electrode was prepared and characterized by SEM, FT-IR, BET and XRD for efficient treatment of the coking wastewater in a three-dimensional electrochemical reaction system(3DERs). The results showed that bamboo biochar had a dense microporous space structure, and a significant amount of Ti-Sn oxides existed on the surface and in the interior of the BC. The removal rates of COD and DOC in coking wastewater reached to 73.96% and 66.72% respectively, and UV254 reduced from 6.65 cm-1 to 3.00 cm-1 by the electrolysis treatment of 150 min at the current density of 30 mA/cm2. The three-dimensional fluorescence spectra indicated that the most of the soluble organic compounds and soluble microbial by-products were degraded and transformed. The addition of Ti and Sn enhanced the efficacy of the electrooxidation, electro-adsorption and electrocatalytic behavior of the BC particle electrodes, which improved the treatment effect on coking wastewater in the 3DERs. 针对双精度浮点除法通常运算过程复杂、延时较大这一问题,提出一种基于Goldschmidt算法设计支持IEEE-754标准的高性能双精度浮点除法器方法。首先,分析Goldschmidt算法运算除法的过程以及迭代运算产生的误差;然后,提出了控制误差的方法;其次,采用了较节约面积的双查找表法确定迭代初值,迭代单元采用并行乘法器结构以提高迭代速度;最后,合理划分流水站,控制迭代过程使浮点除法可以流水执行,从而进一步提高除法器运算速率。实验结果表明,在40 nm工艺下,双精度浮点除法器采用14位迭代初值流水结构,其综合cell面积为84902.2618 μm2,运行频率可达2.2 GHz;相比采用8位迭代初值流水结构运算速度提高了32.73%,面积增加了5.05%;计算一条双精度浮点除法的延迟为12个时钟周期,流水执行时,单条除法平均延迟为3个时钟周期,与其他处理器中基于SRT算法实现的双精度浮点除法器相比,数据吞吐率提高了3~7倍;与其他处理器中基于Goldschmidt算法实现的双精度浮点除法器相比,数据吞吐率提高了2~3倍。 相似文献

A community within a graph can be broadly defined as a set of vertices that exhibit high cohesiveness (relatively high number of edges within the set) and low conductance (relatively low number of edges leaving the set). Community detection is a fundamental graph processing analytic that can be applied to several application domains, including social networks. In this context, communities are often overlapping, as a person can be involved in more than one community (e.g., friends, and family); and evolving, since the structure of the network changes. We address the problem of streaming overlapping community detection, where the goal is to maintain communities in the presence of streaming updates. This way, the communities can be updated more efficiently. To this end, we introduce SONIC—a find-and-merge type of community detection algorithm that can efficiently handle streaming updates. SONIC first detects when graph updates yield significant community changes. Upon the detection, it updates the communities via an incremental merge procedure. The SONIC algorithm incorporates two additional techniques to speed-up the incremental merge; min-hashing and inverted indexes. Results show that SONIC can provide high quality overlapping communities, while handling streaming updates several orders of magnitude faster than the alternatives performing from-scratch computation. 相似文献
