Medical sealant devices for in vivo hemostasis are far from satisfactory in the aged society. A major challenge is effective integration of quick hemorrhage control of the increased anticoagulated patients, high safety, and facile accessibility. Here, a well‐defined ammonolysis‐based Tetra‐PEG hydrogel sealant is developed with rapid gelation speed, strong tissue adhesion, and high mechanical strength. Introduction of cyclized succinyl ester groups into a hydrogel matrix endows the sealant with fast degradable and controllably dissolvable properties. The hydrogel possesses outstanding hemostatic capabilities even under the anticoagulated conditions while displaying excellent biocompatibility and feasibility. These results reveal that the optimized hydrogel may be a facile, effective, and safe sealant for hemorrhage control in vivo.  相似文献

Ternary heterojunction strategies appear to be an efficient approach to improve the efficiency of organic solar cells (OSCs) through harvesting more sunlight. Ternary OSCs are fabricated by employing wide bandgap polymer donor (PM6), narrow bandgap nonfullerene acceptor (Y6), and PC71BM as the third component to tune the light absorption and morphologies of the blend films. A record power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 16.67% (certified as 16.0%) on rigid substrate is achieved in an optimized PM6:Y6:PC71BM blend ratio of 1:1:0.2. The introduction of PC71BM endows the blend with enhanced absorption in the range of 300–500 nm and optimises interpenetrating morphologies to promote photogenerated charge dissociation and extraction. More importantly, a PCE of 14.06% for flexible ITO‐free ternary OSCs is obtained based on this ternary heterojunction system, which is the highest PCE reported for flexible state‐of‐the‐art OSCs. A very promising ternary heterojunction strategy to develop highly efficient rigid and flexible OSCs is presented.  相似文献

Chiral perovskites have been demonstrated as promising candidates for direct circularly polarized light (CPL) detection due to their intrinsic chirality and excellent charge transport ability. However, chiral perovskite-based CPL detectors with both high distinguishability of left- and right-handed optical signals and low detection limit remain unexplored. Here, a heterostructure, (R-MPA)2MAPb2I7/Si (MPA = methylphenethylamine, MA = methylammonium) is constructed, to achieve high-sensitive and low-limit CPL detection. The heterostructures with high crystalline quality and sharp interface exhibit a strong built-in electric field and a suppressed dark current, not only improving the separation and transport of the photogenerated carriers but also laying a foundation for weak CPL signals detection. Consequently, the heterostructure-based CPL detector obtains a high anisotropy factor up to 0.34 with a remarkably low CPL detection limit of 890 nW cm−2 under the self-driven mode. As a pioneering study, this work paves the way for designing high-sensitive CPL detectors that simultaneously have great distinguishing capability and low detection limit of CPL.  相似文献

The phenotypic heterogeneity of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and the nonspecific adsorption of background cells impede the effective and sensitive detection of rare CTCs. Although leukocyte membrane coating approach has a good antileukocyte adhesion ability and holds great promise for addressing the challenge of capture purity, its limited specificity and sensitivity prevent its use in the detection of heterogeneous CTCs. To overcome these obstacles, a biomimetic biosensor that integrated dual-targeting multivalent aptamer/walker duplex functionalized biomimetic magnetic beads and an enzyme-powered DNA walker signal amplification strategy is designed. As compared to conventional leukocyte membrane coating, the biomimetic biosensor achieves efficient and high purity enrichment of heterogeneous CTCs with different epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) expression while minimizing the interference of leukocytes. Meanwhile, the capture of target cells can trigger the release of walker strands to activate an enzyme-powered DNA walker, resulting in cascade signal amplification and the ultrasensitive and accurate detection of rare heterogeneous CTCs. Importantly, the captured CTCs remained viable and can be recultured in vitro with success. Overall, this work provides a new perspective for the efficient detection of heterogeneous CTCs by biomimetic membrane coating and paves the way for early cancer diagnosis.  相似文献

现有基于图像识别的煤矸石分拣方法实时性较差且整体分拣准确率不高,而基于密度的分拣方法适用于井下初选,成本较高。针对上述问题,设计实现了一种基于EAIDK的智能煤矸分拣系统。采用嵌入式人工智能开发平台EAIDK构建矸石识别和分拣控制硬件平台,在嵌入式深度学习框架Tengine下利用深度学习算法搭建卷积神经网络,建立端到端可训练图像检测模型,并利用智能摄像机获取的图像数据训练模型;通过手眼标定获得摄像机坐标系与机械臂坐标系之间的关系,控制机械臂进行矸石追踪和分拣。实验结果表明,该系统矸石识别准确率稳定保持在95%以上,机械臂跟踪时间小于30 ms,执行误差为1 mm左右,可以满足煤矸分拣工艺要求。  相似文献

Traditional relational database systems handle data by dividing their memory into sections such as a buffer cache and working memory, assigning a memory budget to each section to efficiently manage a limited amount of overall memory. They also assign memory budgets to memory-intensive operators such as sorts and joins and control the allocation of memory to these operators; each memory-intensive operator attempts to maximize its memory usage to reduce disk I/O cost. Implementing such memory-intensive operators requires a careful design and application of appropriate algorithms that properly utilize memory. Today's Big Data management systems need the ability to handle large amounts of data similarly, as it is unrealistic to assume that truly big data will fit into memory. In this article, we share our memory management experiences in Apache AsterixDB, an open-source Big Data management software platform that scales out horizontally on shared-nothing commodity computing clusters. We describe the implementation of AsterixDB's memory-intensive operators and their designs related to memory management. We also discuss memory management at the global (cluster) level. We conducted an experimental study using several synthetic and real datasets to explore the impact of this work. We believe that future Big Data management system builders can benefit from these experiences.  相似文献
