Conclusions -- Results have been given of a study of the process of recovery of acetone and toluene vapor by a fibrous-granular carbon tower consisting of activated carbon fibre of the AktilenR type and granular activated carbon.-- It has been found that such a tower permits one to increase the degree of utilization of the adsorptive capacity of the adsorbents with respect to the less well sorbed component (acetone) in the investigated mixture of organic solvents, and to increase the duration of protective action. Operative treatment of fractures of the femur neck is the method of choice. The authors prefer the A. Seppo construction out of great number of fixtures but it is difficult to introduce and remove this fixture due to its complexity. To make the procedure of such interventions easier the authors propose a marking device, a screwdriver and a device allowing the fixture's curvature to be regulated. The modification of the technique and using a specially developed extractor is explained by difficulties in removing the fixture by common methods. The variant of the improved instrumental tooling proposed by the authors makes the operation more handy and practicable.  相似文献

It is considered how the organic reagents, complexing agents, change floatability of the varieties of pyrite with different content of goal. The authors continue studying the flotation effect of the reagent PROX capable to selectively decrease floatability of some pyrite varieties in the presence of xanthogenate due to formation of a hydrophilic complex compound with ferric iron at the phase interface of the mineral surface — liquid, and to reduce sorption of xanthogenate. A phytogenous reagent is suggested as an alternative to the multi-component PROX. The N-terminal fragment of ATP1AL1, the possible catalytic subunit of human ouabain-sensitive H+,K(+)-ATPase, was expressed in Escherichia coli cells as two recombinant proteins: the Ser14-Ile104 fragment or the same fragment containing His6 sequence at its N-end. The second protein was purified by metal-affinity chromatography and used as an antigen to construct two hybridoma lines producing antibodies of the IgM class. These monoclonal antibodies were shown to recognize not only the starting antigen but also the full-size recombinant ATP1AL1 protein and do not react with Na+,K(+)-ATPase.  相似文献

The glass forming region in the quaternary system under increased oxygen pressure and at a slow melt cooling rate (2 to 2.5° C min-1) has been determined. The stable glasses are located in the central part of the system but nearer to the SeO2-TeO2 side. The structural units of these two glass formers are of decisive importance in building up the glass lattice. Infrared spectra of selected compositions from the glass forming region are taken. From the data obtained for the binary glasses in the TeO2-V2O5, TeO2-SeO2, TeO2-MoO3, V2O5-MoO3 systems and the spectra of the four component compositions, it is shown that the basic structural units participating in the glass lattice formation are the SeO3, VO5, TeO4 and TeO3 groups. Structural models are proposed: glasses in the SeO2 direction possess laminar and chain structure, while with increase of TeO2 concentration, a three-dimensional structure is built up.  相似文献

The main purpose of the work is to study the dependence of the ultrasonic wave parameters on the structure state in tubes of boilers at thermo-electric power station. Thin films of tungsten oxide, molybdenum oxide and mixed MoO3–WO3 oxides were obtained by atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition (CVD). All the films were prepared using identical technological parameters and through investigation of the optical properties of as deposited and annealed at 400°C a comparative study is reported. Raman, IR and VIS spectrophotometry and spectral ellipsometry methods were used. The mixed MoO3–WO3 films have higher optical absorption with maxima at a closer position with respect to the human eye sensitivity peak at 2.5 eV. The observed electrochromic effect is better expressed in the mixed films; the electrical charge inserted is higher.  相似文献

The conventional process for back side passivation with full face Al screen printing layer is not suitable for very thin multicrystalline (mc-Si) solar cells and approaches to new technological processes are searched for. More investigations have been concentrated on local aluminum contacts and passivation coatings with different layers on mc-Si wafers. The aim of this work is to prove that (Al2O3)x(TiO2)1−x is one promising candidate to be applied as passivation layer on multicrystalline Si. Investigations were performed on dielectric films of pseudobinary alloy (PBA) (Al2O3)x(TiO2)1−x, prepared by chemical solution deposition known initially as sol–gel method. It was determined that their optical, dielectric and electrophysical properties are suitable for applications of these layers as back side surface passivation for thin multicrystalline silicon cells.  相似文献
