The effects of conduction band offset of window/Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) layers in wide-gap CIGS based solar cells are investigated. In order to control the conduction band offset, a Zn1−xMgxO film was utilized as the window layer. We fabricated CIGS solar cells consisting of an ITO/Zn1−xMgxO/CdS/CIGS/Mo/glass structure with various CIGS band gaps (Eg≈0.97–1.43 eV). The solar cells with CIGS band gaps wider than 1.15 eV showed higher open circuit voltages and fill factors than those of conventional ZnO/CdS/CIGS solar cells. The improvement is attributed to the reduction of the CdS/CIGS interface recombination, and it is also supported by the theoretical analysis using device simulation. 相似文献

A high-performance liquid chromatographic method coupled with mass spectrometry was used to characterise the natural phospholipid (PL) classes and molecular species in flaxseed oils. The PL fraction included phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) (27–40%), phosphatidylinositol (PI) (29–32%), phosphatidylcholine (PC) (7–18%), lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) (8–21%), phosphatidylglycerol (PG) (1–4%) and phosphatidic acid (PA) (1–9%). The distribution of fatty acids was found to differ between phospholipids. Stearic acid was mainly present in the form of PC and LPC. Palmitic acid was present in the most abundant molecular species in PI, PG and PA whereas linoleic acid formed the most abundant molecular species in PE. 相似文献

The present study investigates the combustion of four kinds of biomass in a circulating fluidized bed. The combustion chamber is a steel cylinder with 145 mm inner diameter and 2 m height. Tests were conducted on wheat straw, sawdust-wood, cottonseed burs, and corncobs. Excess air was varied for each fuel. Temperature, heat flux and gas emissions were measured along the combustion chamber and at the chimney inlet. Results showed that sawdust-wood produces the highest values of CO emissions (about 3000 mg/Nm3). On the other hand, cottonseed burs produce the lowest values of CO emissions (about 250 mg/Nm3). The SO2 emissions were very low in all tests (less than 20 mg/Nm3). The lowest emission value occurred at an excess air ratio (EA) of 1.24 except for cottonseed burs where it was 1.4. 相似文献
