A novel simple current-mode analog multiplier/divider, based on current-controlled current-differencing transconductance amplifier (CCCDTA), is presented. The proposed circuit employs only single CCCDTA without any external passive element requirement and it can work as multiplier and divider without changing its topology. In addition, the proposed circuit can work as gain-controllable current amplifier. The circuit performances are depicted through PSPICE simulations. The simulated results show that: for ±1.5V power supply, the total harmonic distortion is about 0.1%, the -3dB bandwidth is more than 26.94 MHz, maximum input range is about 100μA and the output current is low sensitive to temperature variations.  相似文献

A highly efficient Bi(OTf)3‐catalyzed benzylation of arenes and heteroarenes has been developed. The mild reaction conditions, high yields, operational simplicity and practicability, broad scope, and remarkably low catalyst loading render this environment friendly process an attractiv approach to diarylmethane derivatives. The extension to an intramolecular variant of this procedure provides a valuable route to substituted fluorenes.  相似文献

In this study, a single-input multiple-outputs current-mode analog biquadratic filter, based on current controlled current differencing transconductance amplifier (CCCDTA) is presented. The proposed filter uses two CCCDTAs and two grounded capacitors without any external resistors, which is well suited for integrated circuit implementation. The filter simultaneously gives 3 standard transfer functions, namely, lowpass, highpass and bandpass filters with independent control of quality factor and pole frequency by electronic method. By summing of IHP and LLP, the notch filter can be also achieved. Moreover, the circuit has low input and high output impedance which would be an ideal choice for cascading in current-mode circuit. The PSPICE simulation results are included verifying the workability of the proposed filter. The given results agree well with the theoretical anticipation.  相似文献

This article presents a multiphase sinusoidal oscillator using current differencing transconductance amplifier (CDTA)-based allpass filters. The oscillation condition and oscillation frequency can be orthogonally controlled. The proposed circuit provides 2n – phase signals (n≥2) that are equally spaced in phase and of equal amplitude. The circuit requires one CDTA, two resistors and one capacitor for each phase and no additional current amplifier. Owing to high-output impedances, the proposed circuit enables easy cascading in current-mode configurations. The effects of the nonidealities of the CDTA-allpass sections were also studied. The results of PSpice simulations are presented, demonstrating their consistency with theoretical assumptions.  相似文献

To date, no current-feedback operational amplifier (CFOA)-based sinusoidal oscillator has been reported which provides all the following features simultaneously: (i) current-mode quadrature sinusoidal oscillator providing two explicit-current-outputs (ECOs) from high output impedance terminals, (ii) employing no more than three CFOA ICs and six passive components, which include two grounded capacitors, (iii) offers independent tuning of the condition of oscillation (CO) via a resistor and (iv) provides tunability of the ratio of amplitudes of the generated quadrature ECOs via a separate resistor. To the best of authors' knowledge, this article reports first CFOA-based QOs in current-mode (i.e. providing two ECO signals). Experimental results using AD844 CFOA ICs from Analog Devices have been included to verify the workability of the proposed oscillator circuits. An example automatic gain control (AGC) loop to regulate the oscillation amplitude and control the THD has also been used and verified using SPICE simulations using the AD844 macro-model.  相似文献

This article presents the design for a basic current-mode building block for analogue signal processing, named as Current Controlled Current Differencing Transconductance Amplifier (CCCDTA). Its parasitic resistances at two current input ports can be controlled by an input bias current. As it can be applied in current-mode of all terminals, it is very suitable to use in a current-mode signal processing, which is continually more popular than a voltage one. The proposed element is realized in a bipolar technology and its performance is examined through PSPICE simulations. They display usability of the new active element, where the maximum bandwidth is 65 MHz. The CCCDTA performs low-power consumption and tuning over a wide current range. In addition, some examples as a current-mode universal biquad filter, a current-mode multiplier/divider and floating inductance simulator are included. They occupy only single CCCDTA.  相似文献

Immobilized titania (TiO2) batch reactors reduced hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)) in the form of potassium dichromate (K2Cr2O7) to trivalent chromium (Cr(III)) in aqueous solution at pH 3 under 171 W/m2 light intensity. The light source was a 125-W ultraviolet (UV) lamp. The Cr(VI) reduction showed zero-order kinetics (k0), while the Cr(VI) adsorption fitted with first-order kinetics (k(1st)). Adsorption capacity increased with increasing initial Cr(VI) concentration, and the area of immobilized TiO2 limited the reduction efficiency. The lifetime of fresh immobilized TiO2 was approximately 14 h. In addition, the regeneration of TiO2 with 3M sodium hydroxide (NaOH) was necessary to improve adsorption reaction.  相似文献
