High temperature scaling of Ni-15Cu-5Al alloy in 1×105 Pa pure oxygen

The oxidation of the ternary alloy Ni-15Cu-5Al in 1×10⁵ Pa pure oxygen at 700 °C and 800 °C was studied. The results show that the behavior of the Ni-rich alloy is similar to that of the binary Ni-Al alloy with the same Al content in the form of an external NiO layer coupled to the internal oxidation of aluminium. The presence of 15% (mole fraction) Cu cannot modify substantially the values of relevant parameters affecting the transition from the internal to the external oxidation of aluminium. The presence of 5% Al reduces the oxidation rate of the corresponding Ni-Cu alloy during the whole oxidation stages, though 5% Al is still insufficient to form protective external alumina scales. 高技能人才培养的探索

在技术进步日新月异的高科技时代 ,传统的高技能人才培养思路与方式已不能完全适应新形势的需要。本文在高技能人才的培养评审方面 ,提出了建立技能人才评审体系 ,努力提高理论与操作技能水平 ,制定科学合理三个评审标准。在高技能人才的培养方面提出了考评结合、无纸化考试、建立激励机制 ,充分发挥技能人才作用的思路。     

上硬下软双层地基有限元分析

在工程建设中经常遇见上层坚硬下层软弱的双层地基,本文利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对这一类的地基进行了弹性和弹塑性分析.从有限元的计算结果可以看出,地基中塑性区首先出现在交界面处的上层土中,随着荷载的增加,塑性区向交界面处上下土层均有扩展,由于下层土较软,塑性区扩展较快,最后当塑性区到达基础底面时,地基达到极限承载力,计算开始不收敛.本文揭示了该类地基在荷载作用下,地基中塑性区的产生和发展规律,可供工程设计人员参考.     

带边框柱剪力墙模型抗震性能试验研究

对于1／15缩尺比例的两个配筋方式不同的带边框柱剪力墙模型在低周反复水平荷载作用下进行了试验研究，分析了墙体边框柱与墙体的共同工作性能．对比研究了带边框柱的中高剪力墙受力特点、破坏和耗能机理．并从承载力、刚度、延性、恢复力特性、耗能能力等方面综合评价了其抗震性能．研究结果表明，带边框柱剪力墙结构具有良好的抗震性能．     

设有形状记忆合金自复位阻尼器隔震结构的地震反应分析

为了使隔震结构体系能够同时获得良好的隔震特性及震后自复位能力，利用形状记忆合金(SMA)材料的相变伪弹性性能，研制了一种SMA自复位隔震阻尼器，并将其与叠层橡胶垫联合应用，提出了一种新的自复位隔震装置．为了验证这种新型隔震装置的有效性，文中根据SMA材料的热力学本构关系，建立了有关热力学非线性方程的求解方法，并通过对这种隔震装置力学特性的深入研究，提出了相应的力学分析和计算模型，同时依据剪切型层模型理论．编制了这类隔震结构的弹塑性时程分析程序，进行了一些工程实例的计算分析．研究结果表明，这种隔震装置不仅可以大大减轻地震对上部结构的影响，而且还具有很好的震后自复位能力，为进一步研究自复位隔震装置的特性及层间隔震技术奠定了理论基础．     

基于现场总线的磁浮列车测控系统

本文作者介绍了基于CAN总线和485总线的磁浮列车测控系统。作者详细阐述了磁浮列车测控系统的结构。最后列举了磁浮列车测控系统中系统软件主要的数据结构并叙述了磁浮列车测控系统的系统软件的工作流程。     

光子晶体缺陷态构造多通道波分复用器

提出了一种新的二维光子晶体的缺陷结构。该结构在光子晶体中构成光波导,能使光子禁带中不同的被选择的缺陷态频率的光子以极低的损耗通过。采用带有吸收边界条件的时域有限差分方法模拟了光波在该种结构中的传播。以该结构为基础,可以在微米尺度的光子晶体中制作波分复用器等光学元件,而且其各信道具有相近的高传输系数。     

轴流式鼓风机静叶承缸事故原因分析

对AV80—14型轴流式鼓风机的静叶承缸受损的原因进行了分析，对受损的静叶承缸的修复过程进行了介绍。通过对事故承缸进行变形校正和裂纹修复，使受损静叶承缸起死回生，节约备件购置费用200万元以上。     

C/C复合材料烧蚀性能的研究进展

C／C复合材料是一种良好的抗烧蚀和耐高温结构材料,广泛地应用于航天航空各领域。在此,作者综述了C／C复合材料烧蚀性能的测试方法、烧蚀机理、烧蚀模型以及抗烧蚀的研究状况。     

Least-Squares, Moment-Based, and Hybrid Polynomializations of Drag Forces

In order to carry out nonlinear dynamic analyses of fixed offshore structures in the frequency domain, polynomial approximations of the distributed drag term, u∣u∣, and inundation drag term, ηu∣u∣, of the Morison forces are studied. The methods of least-squares and moment-based approximations are considered for cases with and without current. Numerical results and analytical expressions of the polynomial coefficients are presented for the cubic approximations of u∣u∣ and quartic approximations of ηu∣u∣. The curve shapes, first four central moments, and probability density functions of the different approximations are evaluated and compared with the corresponding exact solutions. For the nonmonotonic inundation drag term with the current effect included, a hybrid polynomialization, based on the least-squares approximation for the odd-order polynomial coefficients and the moment-based approximation for the even-order coefficients, is proposed.
