大型水轮发电机转子绝缘材料和绝缘结构的研究

为了引进吸收ALSTOM的大型水轮发电机转子绝缘技术，在匝间绝缘、极身绝缘、绝缘托板和角部绝缘等方面进行了对比研究，对转子绝缘材料如上胶Nomex纸、对地绝缘、磁极托板、密封材料等进行了开发研究，在ALSTOM的转子绝缘结构的基础上进行了改进，并将成果应用于制造三峡磁极，使大型水轮发电机的生产技术达到或接近国际先进水平。     

湖北电网2003年技术工作综述

湖北电网安全稳定运行至2003年之际，正值电力体制改革进入深层次之时，“厂网分开”已拉开序幕，“竞价上网”将逐步展开，电力市场化是不可逆转的趋势，分析湖北电网与电厂现状及其技术难点，研究解决办法，将有助于继续保持湖北电网长期安全稳定运行，维护发电、电网企业及用户的共同利益。     

开关拓扑的延拓及新型的多电平AC-AC变流电路

本文提出多电平电路可以通过对基本开关单元的延拓而导出，并采用该方法得到多电平交流－交流电流电路。文中分析了该电路的工作原理和电容电压的平衡方法，并进行了仿真和实验，证实了该电路的可行性和本文分析的正确性。     

A new design method and half-step operation for ultrasonic stepping motors

In this paper, a systematic design method and a new half-step operation are proposed for ultrasonic stepping motors (USMs) which are based on the principle of spatially shifted standing vibrations. With emphasis on the combination of the order of vibration mode, the number of spatial phase shifts, the number of electrodes, and the number of simultaneously excited electrodes, the design equations and constraints are newly derived, hence, proposing the design procedure. The finite-element method and impedance measurement are also employed to investigate the vibration of the stator. By borrowing the control idea of electromagnetic stepping motors, the half-step operation is newly applied to this USM so that the step size can be further halved. An 80-step USM is prototyped. The proposed design method and half-step operation are well supported by experimentation.     

高速PRNS数母全加器的设计及测试原则

ＰＲＮＳ数母全加器的研制成功成功地采用了最大时间差流水线的设计原则并利用Ｆ１００Ｋ高速组件（ＥＣＬ）实现之，经功能测试后（采用自外向内的静态，动态两方面的测试方法）其工作周期为７ｎｓ。     

平面形状和布置的一种统一的定性表示方法

基于广义Ｖｏｒｏｎｏｉ图式，提出了Ｖｏｒｏｎｏｉ骨架边的跨度和势的概念，给出了保持连通性的层次骨架的建构算法。     

油气勘探地图数据库PEMDB的设计与实现

提出了油气勘探地图数据库ＰＥＭＤＢ应用系统的系统设计与实现方案。使用广义关系数据模式存储地图属性和图形信息。以实现地图的存储，管理，更新与查询操作。基地地图固定网络空间划分的面向图元素对象的四分树空间索引机制和面向图元素对象的间空检索技术。有效地实现了图形对象的地图编辑和工程应用图件的生成。     

一种复杂模糊系统生成方法

生成模糊系统传统方法的工作量往往随输入变量数的增长而爆炸性也增加，用于抽取模糊规则的神经网络的规模迅速地增加且能量的极小值点也迅速地增多。针对这一问题，本文发展了一种新的模糊系统生成方法，将复杂系统的模糊输入，输出关系分解成简单的模糊输入，输出关系叠加，采用了一种新的网络优化的方法－基于浮点编码的遗传算法来生成该系统。     

体数据的多精度等值面抽取

Marching Cubes（MC）算法是一个被广泛应用的体数据等值面抽取算法H本文提出的Marching Boxes（MB）算法结合显示所需精度，对MC算法作了优化，减少了由MC算法生成的三角面片数，使实时观察体数据成 为可能。在保留图象细节的前提下MB算法输出的三角面片数比MC算法减少了一半以上,从而加快了体数据的 面绘制速度.     

On the Expressive Power of F-Logic Language

F-logic language is a logic database language based on frame logic.It is powerful in expressing object-oriented features.However,there was little work discussing its capability of manipulating complex objects.In this paper,the authors compare the capability of F-logic with that of logic database languages represented by COL.Through two pairs of semantic-preserving transformations,F-logic progams and their corresponding Herbrand interpretations,and vice versa.Also,the effects of negation are discussed.The results of this paper indicate that,without consideration of the effects of OID generating,F-logic language has the same power in manipulatin complex objects as COL,LDL1,and ELPS.
