IgG and IgA with Potential Microbial-Binding Activity Are Expressed by Normal Human Skin Epidermal Cells

The innate immune system of the skin is thought to depend largely on a multi-layered mechanical barrier supplemented by epidermis-derived antimicrobial peptides. To date, there are no reports of antimicrobial antibody secretion by the epidermis. In this study, we report the expression of functional immunoglobulin G (IgG) and immunoglobulin A (IgA), previously thought to be only produced by B cells, in normal human epidermal cells and the human keratinocyte line HaCaT. While B cells express a fully diverse Ig, epidermal cell-expressed IgG or IgA showed one or two conservative V_HDJ_H rearrangements in each individual. These unique VDJ rearrangements in epidermal cells were found neither in the B cell-derived Ig VDJ databases published by others nor in our positive controls. IgG and IgA from epidermal cells of the same individual had different VDJ rearrangement patterns. IgG was found primarily in prickle cells, and IgA was mainly detected in basal cells. Both epidermal cell-derived IgG and IgA showed potential antibody activity by binding pathogens like Staphylococcus aureus, the most common pathogenic skin bacteria, but the microbial-binding profile was different. Our data indicates that normal human epidermal cells spontaneously express IgG and IgA, and we speculate that these Igs participate in skin innate immunity.     

Using Small Molecules to Dissect Non‐apoptotic Programmed Cell Death: Necroptosis,Ferroptosis, and Pyroptosis

Genetically programmed cell death is a universal and fundamental cellular process in multicellular organisms. Apoptosis and necroptosis, two common forms of programmed cell death, play vital roles in maintenance of homeostasis in metazoans. Dysfunction of the regulatory machinery of these processes can lead to carcinogenesis or autoimmune diseases. Inappropriate death of essential cells can lead to organ dysfunction or even death; ischemia–reperfusion injury and neurodegenerative disorders are examples of this. Recently, novel forms of non‐apoptotic programmed cell death have been identified. Although these forms of cell death play significant roles in both physiological and pathological conditions, the detailed molecular mechanisms underlying them are still poorly understood. Here, we discuss progress in using small molecules to dissect three forms of non‐apoptotic programmed cell death: necroptosis, ferroptosis, and pyroptosis.     

微波真空干燥工艺在仙灵骨葆方提取物中的适应性研究

考察了提取物相对密度、真空度、微波功率对干燥曲线的影响及干燥时间对活性成分转移率的影响,并以淫羊藿苷转移率为指标优选了最佳干燥时间,结果优选的浸膏相对密度为1.2、真空度为-0.08 MPa、微波功率为400 W、干燥时间为170 s。同时对优选的微波真空干燥工艺与普通真空干燥工艺进行了比较,结果表明,微波真空干燥较其他干燥方法时间短、耗能低,2种干燥方法的活性成分转移率无明显差异。     

大跨度空间结构地震响应组成分量研究

应用振型叠加法进行大跨度空间结构地震响应分析时,常存在计算效率低、难以考虑地震作用随机特性等问题。为此,对大跨度空间结构的地震响应组成分量,包括准静力响应和共振响应进行研究和定义;根据响应分量的组成研究,提出适用于大跨度空间结构地震响应振型叠加分析法的修正策略;以两类典型的大跨度结构形式为算例,对各响应分量的特性及分量间相关性的影响进行研究,总结大跨度空间结构地震各响应分量的分布特征。     

首尔市立大学建筑前廊设计浅析

建筑前廊是邻近建筑的具有过渡性的户外空间,是校园景观中极为重要的一部分。文章探讨了高校建筑前廊设计的影响因素,并对首尔市立大学校园内四处典型的建筑前廊进行分析,指出其在功能和形式上既满足客观需求,又丰富了校园空间。

结合工作经验,对目前现浇楼板常见的几种裂缝类型进行了总结,通过楼板裂缝的形态,综合分析了各种裂缝产生的原因,并阐述了对应的防治措施,为现浇楼板裂缝的处理积累了经验。     

On the influence of gamma prime upon machining of advanced nickel based superalloy

Whilst gamma prime (γ′) phase is the strengthening phase in Ni-based superalloys its influence on machining has been seldom investigated. This paper reports for the first time on the effect of γ′ upon machining of Ni-based superalloys when cutting with parameters yielding different cutting temperature intervals which lead to strengthening/softening effects on the workpiece (sub)surface. In-depth XRD, SEM/FIB, EBSD analysis and unique micro-pillar testing in the workpiece superficial layers indicated that with the increase of γ′ fraction the grain plastic deformation significantly decreased, while specific cutting energy can switch from low to high values influenced by the real cutting temperature.     

从N235负载钼中回收钼的研究

本文对N235负载钼的有机相进行了研究,通过稀硫酸洗涤、氨水反萃等工序,得出了较优的实验结果。在稀硫酸浓度为0.1 mol?L-1,相比O/A=1:1,混合震荡时间为5 min,温度为常温的洗涤条件下,砷的洗涤率为92.5%,钼的损失率为0.5%;经过三级错流洗涤,砷的总洗涤率达到了99.2%,钼的损失率为0.9%;洗涤后液在氨水浓度为5 mol?L-1,相比O/A为5:1,震荡时间7 min温度为常温的反萃条件下,单级反萃率为95.2%,二级错流总反萃率为99.7%。     

液化石油气中二甲醚含量检测方法研究

通过对液化石油气和二甲醚的物理、化学特性分析研究,建立恒温水浴气化取样手段,保证样品不失真。经过反复实验,建立了毛细管色谱柱气相色谱法测定液化石油气中二甲醚含量的分析方法。结果表明,该方法具有良好的准确度和精密度。
