The hydrodynamic and gas mixing characteristics have been determined in a FCC regenerator (0.48 m I.D.x3.4 m high) with FCC particles. Solids holdup in the dense bed decreases with increasing gas velocity, but it increases in the freeboard region. The bubble/void fraction increases with an increase along the bed height at a given gas velocity and increases with increasing gas velocity at a constant bed height. Backmixed tracer gas at the wall region is higher than that at the center region of the bed. The gas backmixing coefficient decreases with increasing gas velocity.  相似文献

Based on the empirical electron theory of solids and molecules, the valence-electron structure (VES) of the rim phase in Ti(C,N)-based cermets was calculated, and the relationship between the VES and plasticity was determined. The results indicated that the plasticity of the rim phase in a Ti(C,N)-based cermet could be defined using the sum of the n a values for the covalent bonds, and that chromium dissolution in the rim phase improved the plasticity of the rim phase. Moreover, a series of experiments showed that adding Cr2C3 to a typical Ti(C,N)-based cermet strengthened the interface. Based on those results, a Ti(C,N)-based cermet with added Cr3C2 was manufactured; the new cermet had more than twice the transverse rupture strength of a typical cermet.  相似文献

We present a non-destructive, reusable apparatus with which to measure physical adsorption isotherms of intact porous membranes. We developed a two-piece sample container to make reliable sorption measurements of porous membranes, the properties of which may differ from those of powders due to crystal intergrowth. This novel system employs a resealable container that can be immersed in a cryogenic bath, into which tubular, planar, or other porous membranes and films may be placed. Detailed sorption isotherms, including high-resolution adsorption in the low pressure (micropore-filling) region, are shown for MFI-type zeolite membranes grown on two types and configurations of α-alumina support.  相似文献

High‐performance shape‐memory polyurethane block copolymers, prepared with two types of poly(tetramethylene glycol) (PTMG) used as soft segments, were investigated for their mechanical properties. Copolymers with a random or block soft‐segment arrangement had higher stresses at break and elongations at break than those with only one kind of PTMG. Random copolymers with fewer interchain interactions showed higher elongation than block copolymers. All the copolymers had shape‐recovery ratios higher than 80%. In dynamic mechanical testing, the glass‐transition behavior clearly depended on the soft‐segment arrangement: random copolymers had only one glass‐transition peak, whereas block copolymers showed two separate glass‐transition peaks. Overall, the control of the soft‐segment arrangement plays a vital role in the development of high‐performance shape‐memory polyurethane. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this article, the effect of fiber dimensional irregularities on the tensile behavior of fiber bundles is modeled with the finite element method. The fiber dimensional irregularities are simulated with sine waves of different magnitudes. The specific‐stress/strain curves of fiber bundles and their constituent single fibers are obtained and compared. The results indicate that fiber diameter irregularity along the fiber length has a significant effect on the tensile behavior of fiber bundles. For a bundle of uniform fibers of different diameters, all the constituent fibers will break simultaneously, regardless of the fiber diameter. Similarly, if fibers within a bundle have the same pattern and level of diameter irregularity along the fiber length, the fibers will break at the same time, also regardless of the difference in the average diameter of each fiber. In these cases, the specific‐stress/strain curve for the bundle overlaps with that of the constituent fibers. When a fiber bundle consists of single fibers with different levels of diameter irregularities, the specific‐stress/strain and load–elongation curves of the fiber bundle have a stepped or ladder shape. The fiber with the highest irregularity breaks first, even when the thinnest section of the fiber is still coarser than the diameter of a very thin but uniform fiber in the bundle. This study suggests that fiber diameter irregularity along the fiber length is a more important factor than the fiber diameter itself in determining the tensile behavior of a fiber bundle consisting of irregular fibers. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 车联网在生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色,它可以有效地防止交通拥堵从而减少交通事故。然而,在车联网中总是有非法车辆试图接入车联网并发布虚假消息。此外,现有方案多数存在计算效率低下的问题。针对上述存在的问题进行了研究,提出了一种车联网中基于雾计算和多TA的条件隐私保护认证方案。在保护车辆用户身份的条件下实现了车辆、雾节点、TA三者之间的身份认证,且在车辆追踪阶段可以还原车辆用户的真实身份,从而实现条件隐私保护。雾计算的使用降低了方案的计算和通信开销,同时多TA模型的使用也解决了单TA单点故障的问题。安全性证明和性能分析的结果表明该方案是安全且高效的。最后对当前方案进行了总结以及对未来研究作出了展望。  相似文献

抽余C5目前主要用作燃料,用催化加氢方法可将其制成戊烷。多种金属催化剂对抽余C5有加氢活性,其中Pd-La-Ce/Al2O3在低压下表现出优良的反应活性。工艺条件试验表明:温度、H2/油比(V)对反应的影响较大。在选定的反应条件下(温度130-145℃;H2/油比(V)400;反应压力0.25MPa;液空速0.3h-1),催化剂Pd-La-Ce/Al2O3的500小时稳定性考察表明,该催化剂具有较优的反应活性、选择性和稳定性,通过一次加氢反应即可将烯烃含量达90%以上的抽余C5转化为饱和烃含量大于98%的戊烷产品  相似文献

Ti‐based Ziegler–Natta catalysts supported on MgCl2 doped with AlCl3 were prepared by the reaction of MgCl2/AlCl3–ethanol adduct with TiCl4. No AlCl3 crystallites were found in the AlCl3‐doped catalysts by WAXD analysis, suggesting that AlCl3/MgCl2 solid solution was formed. The effect of doping on the catalyst performance in ethylene polymerization was investigated. The results showed that the catalysts based on AlCl3‐doped MgCl2 support exhibited a slightly higher activity than did the MgCl2‐supported catalyst and the molecular weight distribution (MWD) of polyethylene (PE) markedly increased (from 10.8 to 47.9) with the increase of AlCl3 content in catalysts. The changes in catalyst's active center distribution were studied based on nonlinear fitting of the polymer GPC curves by multiple Flory functions. It was found that increase of types of active centers by introducing AlCl3 into the support should be responsible for the broadening of MWD of PE. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
