介绍了一种在中，小范围内，采用激光定位，超声测距的新型测量仪器，该仪器以单片微处理器为核心，对不同的测量距离，采用不同频率的超声波，结合信号处理方法，从而实现０．６～１４ｍ范围内高精度实时测量目标距离，其测量相对误差优于１％。     

Performance Analysis of the UPC/NPC Algorithm for Guaranteed QoS in ATM Networks

It is well known that if usage parameter control/network parameter control (UPC/NPC) functions are used together with a cell loss priority control scheme in ATM networks, the measurement phasing problem can occur. This makes it difficult for a network provider to define and commit the cell loss ratio as a QoS parameter. To solve the problem, we propose a new UPC/NPC algorithm. By using the proposed UPC/NPC algorithm, we can define the cell loss ratios for CLP = 0 and CLP = 0+1 cell streams without the measurement phasing problem under any conditions. We analyzed the performance of the proposed UPC/NPC algorithm. Using a discrete time model for the UPC/NPC architecture with a discrete-time semi-Markov process (DSMP) input model, we obtained the cell discarding probabilities of CLP = 0 and CLP = 0+1 cell streams and showed that more CLP = 0 cells are accepted compared to what was proposed in ITU-T.

Preparation of W–Al–Mo ternary alloys by mechanical alloying

Single phase W_XAl₅₀Mo_50−X (X = 40, 30, 20 and 10) powders have been synthesized directly by mechanical alloying (MA). The structural evolutions during MA and subsequent as-milled powders by annealing at 1400 °C have been analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD). Different from the Mo₅₀Al₅₀ alloy, W₄₀Al₅₀Mo₁₀ and W₃₀Al₅₀Mo₂₀ alloys were stable at 1400 °C under vacuum. The results of high-pressure sintering indicated that the microhardnesses of two compositions, namely W₄₀Al₅₀Mo₁₀ and W₃₀Al₅₀Mo₂₀ alloys have higher values compared with W₅₀Al₅₀ alloy.     

两流量不稳定试井技术在超深水平井中的应用及效果评价

经对塔里木H油田未饱和砂岩油藏超深水平井两流量不稳定试井实例分析，证实两流量不稳定试井技术理论成熟、应用条件明确、实施效果良好。该技术是对水平井试井分析技术的丰富与发展，能有效兼顾生产、为开发调整提供有力技术支持，对油田高产稳产具有积极作用。     

基于偏振的光矩阵开关

提出了一种新型的基于偏振的光矩阵开关方法 ,通过控制光的偏振态实现严格无阻塞连接。以 4× 4光矩阵开关为例 ,详细给出了其节点开关和交换网络的实现方案。并对该 4× 4光矩阵开关进行实测 ,证明该方法制作的小规模光矩阵开关具有插损低 ,串话小 ,开关时间中等 ,性能稳定 ,工艺成熟等特点。
