Because of the complexity of a short-term scheduling problem for crude oil operations, some constraints are ignored in modeling the system by the existing approaches, leading to an infeasible solution. To avoid this, the short-term scheduling problem can be studied in control theory perspective by viewing an operation decision in the schedule as a control. With this idea, this paper conducts the schedulability analysis for systems with two and more than two distillers, and the schedulability conditions are presented with the help of Petri net theory. It shows that the number of charging tanks and their capacity, the amount of crude oil of different types in the charging tanks, the oil transportation rate of the pipeline, and the production rate of the system affect the safeness of the system. It also presents the conditions under which the system can reach its maximal production rate. With the safeness conditions and proved results presented in this paper, if a refining schedule is realizable, a feasible detailed schedule for the refining schedule can be easily obtained by creating the operation decisions for the schedule one by one. In the schedule obtained, the starting time of each operation decision can be at any continuous time point, and the schedule is certainly feasible, which overcomes the difficulty faced by techniques that are based on mathematical programming methods. 相似文献

We report a new method to fabricate self‐organized nanoporous titania films (pore diameter ≈ 30 nm; ≈ 1100 nm thick) and ordered titania nanorod arrays (rod diameter ≈ 30–60 nm; 70–260 nm high) by combined anodizing of superimposed Al/Ti layers sputter‐deposited on glass substrates. The titania nanostructures mimic the ordered nanoporous anodic alumina films via a through‐mask anodization. We propose a new anodizing electrolyte, i.e., a diluted nitric acid solution, for fabricating uniform, self‐organized, ordered nanoporous titania films with parallel cylindrical pores and without any thickness limit. More significantly, the nanoporous titania films contain a small amount of titanium nitride and dissociated nitrogen, and exhibit a moderate transparency and an enhanced absorption throughout the UV and visible light regions of the electromagnetic spectrum. After heating at 600 °C for 2 h, the nanoporous titania films develop a small absorption red‐shift and exhibit high photocatalytic activity under UV illumination. 相似文献

Organic vertical-type triodes (OVTs) based on the cascade energy band structure as emitter layer are studied. The electric characteristics were dramatically enhanced while incorporating the cascade energy under current driving and voltage driving modes. The improvement is attributed to that injection carriers can obtain higher energy through a stepwise energy level. When the device has a layered structure of F16CuPC (10 nm)/PTCDI (10 nm)/pentacene (100 nm) in emitter, it exhibits a common-base transport factor of 0.99 and a common-emitter current gain of 225 under current driving mode and exhibits a high current modulation-exceeding ?520 μA for a low collector voltage of ?5 V and a base voltage of ?5 V and the current on/off ratio of 103 under voltage driving mode. Furthermore, we realized first organic current mirror that exhibited out/in current ratio of 0.75 and output resistance of 105 Ω by using the OVTs. 相似文献

In this brief, we present a new interconnect delay model called fitted Elmore delay (FED). FED is generated by approximating HSPICE delay data using a curve fitting technique. The functional form used in curve fitting is derived based on the Elmore delay (ED) model. Thus, our model has all the advantages of the ED model. It has a closed-form expression as simple as the ED model and is extremely efficient to compute. Interconnect optimization with respect to design parameters can also be done as easily as in the ED model. In fact, most previous algorithms and programs based on ED model can use our model without much change. Most importantly, FED is significantly more accurate than the ED model. The maximum error in delay estimation is at most 2% for our model, compared to 8.5% for the scaled ED model. The average error is less than 0.8%. We also show that FED can be more than 10 times more accurate than the ED model when applied to wire sizing. 相似文献
