综合勘探方法在韩岗井田煤炭勘查中的应用

山东省梁山煤田韩岗井田通过综合勘探方法,即在本区采用物探先行、钻探验证,地震和钻探相结合,地球物理测井相配合,同时采取煤样、岩样、土样、水样等各类样品进行化验测试,开展水文调查等多种手段相结合的方法.在一年的时间内投入较少的资金,就发现了一个面积41 km2,资源量52 914.3万t的大型井田,这是山东省近十年来的最大发现,该项发现获得了第九次中国煤炭工业新发现矿产资源奖.     

电子仪器发展趋势

本文在回顾了电子仪器近百年发展的历史的基础上,对国际电子仪器制造商、电子仪器行业及电子仪器本身的发展趋势,以及我国电子仪器的发展情况进行了分析归纳和总结.     

A parametric interpolator with confined chord errors, acceleration and deceleration for NC machining

Parametric interpolation has many advantages over linear interpolation in machining curves. Real time parametric interpolation research so far has addressed achieving a uniform feed rate, confined chord errors and jerk limited trajectory planning. However, simultaneous consideration of confined chord errors that respect the acceleration and deceleration capabilities of the machine has not been attempted. In this paper, the offline detection of feed rate sensitive corners is proposed. The velocity profile in these zones is planned so that chord errors are satisfied while simultaneously accommodating the machine's acceleration and deceleration limits. Outside the zone of the feed rate sensitive corners, the feed rate is planned using the Taylor approximation. Simulation results indicate that the offline detection of feed rate sensitive corners improves parametric interpolation. For real time interpolation, the parametric curve information can be augmented with the detected feed rate sensitive corners that are stored in 2×2 matrices.     

智能化原油及可燃气体泄漏监控系统

原有的可燃气体检测报警仪在技术上无法准确监控现场可能发生的原油或可燃气体的泄漏。为了保证油库的安全生产和科学管理，开发并应用适合油库的原油及可燃气体泄漏监控系统，具有重要意义。文章介绍了如何根据实际需要，应用工业控制计算机和仪表技术，开发智能化原油(可燃液体)及可燃气体泄漏监控系统。该监控系统已推广应用于大型油库及其它石化生产企业。实际应用证明，系统对各种可燃气体及液体泄漏均有很好的监控作用。     

Application of artificial neural networks to the analysis of two‐dimensional fluorescence spectra in recombinant E coli fermentation processes

A two‐dimensional (2D) spectrofluorometer was used to monitor various fermentation processes with recombinant E coli for the production of 5‐aminolevulinic acid (ALA). The whole fluorescence spectral data obtained during a process were analyzed using artificial neural networks, ie self‐organizing map (SOM) and feedforward backpropagation neural network (BPNN). The SOM‐based classification of the whole spectral data has made it possible to qualitatively associate some process parameters with the normalized weights and variances, and to select some useful combinations of excitation and emission wavelengths. Based on the classified fluorescence spectra a supervised BPNN algorithm was used to predict some of the process parameters. It was also shown that the BPNN models could elucidate some sections of the process's performance, eg forecasting the process's performance. Copyright © 2005 Society of Chemical Industry

Hydrodynamic force between two hard spheres tangentially translating in a power-law fluid

The hydrodynamic interaction between two hard spheres tangentially translating in a power-law fluid is investigated. By considering the gap between the two spheres being sufficiently small such that the Reynolds’ lubrication theory applies, an analytical equation to the pressure in the gap is obtained using truncated Fourier series. To a good approximation, the pressure equation can be further simplified. The simplified approximate equation over-predicts the pressure for shear thickening fluid (n>1) but under-predicts the pressure for shear-thinning fluid (n<1). However, the errors in the predicted tangential force and moment are relatively small. In particular, for a Newtonian fluid, the accurate solution and the simplified approximate solution degenerate to the asymptotic solution of Goldman et al. [1967. Both solutions predict that for shear thickening fluid (n>1), the hydrodynamic force converged in the inner region of the gap between the two spheres and the contribution from the outer region is sufficiently small. For shear thinning fluid (n<1), the contribution from the outer region is also significant.     

橡胶Mooney—Rivlin模型材料系数对轴向刚度影响分析

在橡胶小变形范围内，采用理论推断的方法，得到在相同硬度下橡胶Mooney—Rivlin模型材料系数由C2／C1决定的关系式。并采用ABAQUS有限元软件分析的方法，结合橡胶轴向刚度常规解，分析了C2／C1不同值对橡胶轴向刚度的影响进行，结果显示其影响呈现一定规律性。     

机械合金化的机理及其在稀土永磁材料中的应用

简述了机械合金化的机理及其在稀土永磁材料中的应用。指出了今后用机械合金化技术制备稀土永磁合金需要解决的主要问题。
