APPLICATION OF GRAY SYSTEM THEORY IN SBS MODIFIED ASPHALT

A system whose partial information is known and partial information is unknown is called gray system. In this paper, the compatibility relationship between Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modifier and base asphalt composition was studied by correlation analysis method. The analysis results of correlation level show that aromatics and asphaltene of base asphalt affect SBS modified effect mainly as the content of SBS is lower, while the content of aromatics and resin become the main effect factors as SBS content is increased.     

A STUDY ON ACIDITY AND CATALYTIC PROPERTY OF [B] ZSM-5 CATALYST MODIFIED WITH SILICON COMPOUND BY CHEMICAL SURFACE DEPOSITION OF LIQUID-PHASE TECHNIQUE

The boron heteroatom zeolite catalyst has been modified with silicon compound by Chemical Surface Deposition of Liquid-phase (CLD) technique and the catalytic property of the modified catalyst is studied. Meanwhile, the acidity of the modified zeolite catalysts is characterized through TPD and IR technique, and the fluid adsorption method is used to determine its pore structure. The relationship between the catalytic property of the zeolite catalyst and its pore structure, its acidity has been found. The results of toluene-ethylene alkylation reaction indicate that the selectivity of p-ethyltoluene on the modified zeolite catalyst is higher than that on the zeolite catalyst before silanizated, reaching 94.14%.

An alternating technique for evaluating weight functions for 3-D surface flaws in finite solid bodies

An efficient method, based on the Schwarz–Neumann alternating technique, is presented for computing weight functions of a general solid (3-D as well as 2-D), with embedded or surface-flaw configurations. The total rate of change of the crack-opening displacements, due to simple perturbations of crack-dimension characteristics, is conveniently decomposed into the infinite-domain and boundary-correction parts. The former is determined from available analytical solutions of ideal-shaped cracks, whereas the latter is computed numerically by imposing nil boundary-traction requirements for the displacement field corresponding to the weight functions. Numerical examples, with solutions for 3-D weighted-average and local stress intensity factors, indicate that the proposed method is very accurate and efficient.     

蓝湿皮酶软化的特性研究

以自行研制的一种复合酶为软化剂 ,研究了 p H值、反应温度、反应时间、酶用量以及铬含量对猪蓝湿皮软化效果的影响 ,其软化效果以软化液中羟脯氨酸的浓度增量来表征。研究结果表明 :通过蓝湿皮软化来改善成品革的质量是可行的 ,而且有明显的效果 ;以软化液中羟脯氨酸的浓度来表征软化效果是一个有效的方法 ;当用该复合酶软化猪蓝湿皮时 ,最适 p H值范围为 6 .0 - 6 .5 ;反应温度在 4 0 - 6 5℃之间时 ,软化效果随温度的升高而增大 ;在 5 5℃条件下 ,该酶有很好的热稳定性 ,能长时间保持活力不衰减 ;最适酶用量为 30 0 U/ g试样 ;蓝湿皮的铬含量对软化效果有影响 ,用该方法处理的蓝湿皮 ,其铬离子质量含量一般应≤ 2 .5 %。     

反原形向量化与拟离散性

如何利用循环体诸如初值、终值、步长和下标式等数学对象的诸如恒等、正负、单调性一类的数学特征,按照严格推导出来的简单规则,绕过各种复杂的数据依赖关系图及其上诸如拓扑排序或等价变换等复杂的操作,直接从事向量化处理,这是极富实用价值的研究方向.文献[2,3,5]给出的可原形/准原形算法,以及本文的可反原形与拟离散性,正是这样的捷径.它们能使相当部分的常见循环,直接向量化.     

月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硝酸酯助燃降污性能的研究

通过柴油发动机台架试验证明 ,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硝酸酯用作柴油添加剂 ,既可提高柴油的燃烧性能 ,又可降低排放尾气中的一氧化碳 (CO)、未燃碳氢化合物 (HC)、氮氧化物 (NOx)含量及烟度等多种功能 ,是一种良好的多功能柴油助燃消烟添加剂。     

从关联分析法看如何改善沥青抗老化性能

用灰色关联分析法研究了沥青抗老化性能与沥青化学组成之间的关联程度，结果表明，影响再生沥青性质的主要因素是沥青中的芳烃和胶质的含量。通过添加芳香组分能改善沥青四组分之间的配伍性，从而可以改善再生沥青的抗老化性能。并通过对再生剂进行富芳处理，验证了上述结论。     

基于DSP+CPLD的高精度信号发生器

介绍了基于直接数字式频率合成(DDS)原理的全数字信号发生器(DSP),利用DSP芯片快速、高精度的运算优势以及CPLD芯片灵活的编程逻辑、大容量存储功能的特点,采用通用可编程芯片以及数字波形合成技术,形成高稳定、高精度、高动态的数字合成信号.该信号发生器可产生0～25 kHz的正弦波、三角波和方波,输出电压峰峰值为0～5 V,频率步进1 Hz,幅度步进0.001 V.
