不同超载工况对水泥混凝土路面结构性能的影响

通过对乌鲁木齐市外环路车辆通行情况以及水泥混凝土路面结构破损情况的调查,分析超载对路面结构的危害性.应用有限元分析通用软件ANSYS建立几何模型进行模拟,得出不同工况下路面结构层产生的力学响应,并讨论超载对路面使用寿命的影响.

Downlink Performance Analysis of MIMO Relaying Networks

In recent years, there has been an upsurge of interest in relay-augmented infrastructure-based networks. On the other hand, multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) wireless system becomes a hot topic for it can achieve significant increases in overall system performance. This paper gives a detailed analysis of downlink performance of MIMO relaying networks, in which different channel models and classic MIMO cellular system model with fixed relay are considered. Our results in single cell scenario show that when meeting effective relay system efficiency of 100%, the required relay SNR gain of 2-antenna system can be reduced to less than half of that with only one transceiver antenna. We also observe that MIMO is more tolerant to interference compared with the one-transceiver antenna system. After that, multi-hop architecture is researched and statistics figures out the tolerable number of hops which is supported in wireless communication with a view to real application. In addition, multi-cell scenario is also studied. Statistics results show that there is more 8 dB average spectral efficiency gain in a two-hop fixed relay 4 × 4 MIMO system than that in a SISO system. These results present significant indications in deployment and optimization of relay-based MIMO networks.     

环境因素对长双歧杆菌CICC6069生物膜生成的影响

目的:研究不同环境因子对长双歧杆菌CICC6069生物膜生成能力的影响。方法:通过增添或删除培养基MRS和TSB的组成成分,改变双歧杆菌培养的营养和环境条件,测定不同条件对双歧杆菌生物膜生成的影响。结果:不同环境因子对双歧杆菌生物膜生成的影响不同,葡萄糖、MgSO4及渗透压可促进长双歧杆菌CICC6069生物膜的生成;EDTA、大豆蛋白胨及pH可抑制长双歧杆菌生物膜的生成;MnSO4对双歧杆菌生物膜生成的影响有培养基依赖性。结论:长双歧杆菌CICC6069生物膜的生成依赖环境条件,不同环境因子对长双歧杆菌生物膜的生成有不同的影响。其中,MgSO4、NaCl、葡萄糖对双歧杆菌生物膜生成的影响比较显著。     

螺杆泵采油提产增效技术研究

通过统计大庆油田螺杆泵井和抽油机井近10年沉没度现状,发现螺杆泵井平均沉没度比抽油机井平均沉没度高212m。制约螺杆泵采油的4个主要影响因素分别是:在螺杆泵理论排量、定子管直径相同情况下,1:2型线结构螺杆泵因导程长易漏失,导致泵效降低,又因偏心距大,导致杆管偏磨能耗增加,严重时会导致杆管损坏检泵,降低产量;井下液体流动性影响泵的充满程度,导致转速上调但产量不增加;螺杆泵常规驱动装置传动效率低,参数调整不方便;生产运行参数不合理导致沉没度高,抑制产液。根据各项影响因素制定实施了相应解决措施,研制了3:4型线单螺杆泵、螺杆泵井下防偏磨装置、螺杆泵井除气降黏提液辅助装置、螺杆泵地面直接驱动装置,并应用了等排量对比法与弹性调参法。措施应用后,平均单井日产液量增加6.2t/d,系统效率提高2.5%。

以小枣、银杏叶为原料,经科学浸提,然后与浓缩苹果汁、浓缩海带汁复配,利用乳酸菌、酵母菌和醋酸菌三菌种液态深层发酵,精心调配,研制出风味、口感具佳的保健型功能性饮料。     

Research on degradation of penicillins in milk by β-lactamase using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with time-of-flight mass spectrometry

The degradation of penicillin G, penicillin V, and ampicillin in milk in the presence of β-lactamase was investigated by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization-time-of-flight mass spectrometry. Degradation products of the 3 penicillins in milk were identified based on the fact that the metabolites or degradation products contain a substructure of penicillin, and their degradation pathways in acidic milk in presence of β-lactamase were developed. The influence of factors on the degradation was investigated, including β-lactamase dosage, temperature, time, and acidity. The ratio of the 2 degradation products (penicilloic acid and penilloic acid) is different at different temperatures and pH. Penicilloic acid was the dominant species obtained at pH 6 under 40°C, but, being unstable, it could not be used as a standard for accurate analysis of penicilloic acid, and also could not be used as target for detection of penicillins in milk. Penilloic acid was the dominant species obtained at pH 2 above 40°C; it was stable and could be used as a standard for quantitative analysis and as target for detecting whether penicillins were used in milk.     

Φ311自动垂直钻井系统技术探讨

在钻井过程中,有效实现高陡地层的防斜打快是一个普遍存在的技术性难题。传统的防斜纠斜方法,大多以牺牲钻压、降低机械钻速为代价,防纠斜效果不明显,因此具有较多弊端。Φ311垂直钻井系统是克拉玛依钻井工艺研究院历时多年研制成功的井下工具,是机、电、液一体化的井下智能自动垂直钻井系统。该系统已在新疆油田成功应用两井次。试验结果表明,该系统各项指标均达到设计要求,满足了高陡易斜难钻地层防斜打快的技术要求。本文主要对该垂直钻井系统的结构、工作原理、配套技术及现场应用等情况进行论述。
