广东韶关铸锻总厂,引进奥地利艾协林公司生产的DRZs150/40～575/115/1010/485直通式辊底炉,配用国产氮一甲醇保护气氛,在该炉内进行GCr15SiMn球轴承锻件退火生产,其能力为:750kg/h。退火件大小为外径φ20～92毫米,工件技术要求:珠光体晶粒为3级,脱碳层<0.2毫米;表面硬度179～207HB。一、DRZs直通式辊底炉     

高炉冶炼25％硅铁的研究

根据我国铁矿资源与试验情况,本文论述了用高炉冶炼25%硅铁是可能的。小型试验和数理统计分析表明,影响高炉冶炼25%硅铁的主要因素是炉缸温度和入炉原料中 SiO_2与 TFe 之重量比。     

横波速度各向异性初步探讨：—多波勘探资料的应用

在纵波、SH 型横波资料处理和解释过程中,我们发现四川 HBC 地区地下介质普遍存在方向各向异性。当横波通过方向各向异性介质时,分裂成两个波:一个波的偏振方向与裂缝平行,叫快横波;另一个波的偏振方向与裂缝走向垂直,叫慢横波。采用相应的观测和处理方法,便可获得快横波和慢横波剖面。根据同一界面的快、慢横波的旅行时可以求得各向异性系数。同样,还可以利用 SH 波与转换波的速度比求取各向异性系数。各向异性系数的大小,反映了裂缝的发育程度。如果野外作了 X、Y 分量观测,室内又作了坐标旋转处理,那么,就可以进一步确定裂缝带的方向。如果未作上述工作,也可以根据构造线走向,大致确定裂缝带的发育方向。     

竖炉碳热法冶炼铁合金时温度对硅、铝还原的影响

本文讨论了在碳热竖炉中冶炼铁合金时温度对硅、铝还原的影响。实验结果表明,在一定条件下对硅、铝的还原分别具有适宜的温度。同时也被热力学理论计算所证实。     

Enantioselective extraction of mandelic acid enantiomers based on chiral ligand exchange

Based on the chiral ligand exchange, the distribution behavior of mandelic acid enantiomers, and the partition of Cu^2 at different pH values were studied in a water/alcohol two-phase system containing Cu^2 and N-ndodecyl-L-proline(A). The influences of the solvent sort, the pH value, the concentrations of Cu^2 and chiral ligand on the partition coefficient(K) and separation factor(α) were discussed. The experimental results show that the A formed has more stable ternary complex with D-mandelic acid enantiomer than with L-mandelic acid enantiomer. There is an important influence of the pH value on K and a. When the pH values are less than 3.5, the formation of binary complexes is thermodynamically unfavourable. K and a become maximum when pH values are above 3.5 and the molar ratio of the chiral ligand to Cu^2 is 2:1.
