连续油管技术与装备发展综述

自世界上第一台连续油管作业机问世至今,连续油管作业技术与装备已经过了40多年的发展历程,以其占地面积小、作业成本低、搬迁安装方便、保护油层、增加油井产量和使用范围广等诸多不可比拟的优势,得到迅速发展,并广泛应用于钻井、完井、试油、采油、修井和集输等各个作业领域。实践表明,连续油管作业技术与装备是一项具有巨大潜力和生命力的实用性技术。目前,该项技术的应用日趋活跃,备受关注。在总结连续油管作业技术与装备的发展现状和展示其发展趋势的基础上,客观地分析了国内连续油管技术与装备的应用与研究现状,提出相应的发展对策。     

Estimating crystallinity in high density polyethylene fibers using online Raman spectroscopy

Online Raman spectra, obtained at different points along the spin line during pilot‐scale nonisothermal melt spinning of high density polyethylene (HDPE) fibers, are presented for the first time. The fraction of the crystalline phase corresponding to each spectrum was determined from the normalized integrated intensity of the 1418 cm^?1 Raman band. It is well established that this band represents the orthorhombic crystalline phase in polyethylene. The estimates of percent crystallinity obtained from decomposition of the Raman spectrum were compared with the percent crystallinity from differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurements. It is concluded that online Raman spectroscopy can be successfully used to monitor the development of crystallinity in HDPE fibers as a function of distance from the spinneret. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 一种改进的MC-CDMA系统结构

MC-CDMA在频域扩频时实际上是一种频率分集,对于频率分集重数的要求通常小于子载波的数目N,故扩频因子可以小于子载波数目。改进了这种MC-CDMA系统的结构,通过在频域引入交织器,使交织后频率分集各分量经历独立的哀落,从而提高了抗哀落能力。最后给出了用系统仿真软件SPW仿真的结果。     

大型往复式压缩机的配管设计

大型往复式压缩机功率大、占地面积大,管道振动问题也更为突出。笔者结合实践经验,对大型往复式压缩机的配管设计进行探讨,说明了平面布置与管道防振设计的密切关系,并介绍了管道防振设计的方法和步骤,以及相对简单的复杂管系气柱固有频率的转移矩阵计算方法。     

利用中石油域用户认证系统实现数据存储备份

系统面向中石油域用户提供了安全、高速的数据传输服务.实现了数据传输DES加密、用户登录LDAP限制、系统安全审计、空间容量扩容等功能.充分利用SAN网络光存储设备,同时也为油田网络存储应用的开发提供了成功经验.

综述了最近20多年来甲烷无氧芳构化催化剂的制备、积炭失活和再生方面的研究进展，特别分析了催化剂再生过程的工程化问题及反应器型式；还根据甲烷芳构化技术产业化的需要，分析了甲烷芳构化技术的发展趋势。     

Finite element piezothermoelasticity analysis and the active control of FGM plates with integrated piezoelectric sensors and actuators

 An efficient finite element model is presented for the static and dynamic piezothermoelastic analysis and control of FGM plates under temperature gradient environments using integrated piezoelectric sensor/actuator layers. The properties of an FGM plate are functionally graded in the thickness direction according to a volume fraction power law distribution. A constant displacement-cum-velocity feedback control algorithm that couples the direct and inverse piezoelectric effects is applied to provide active feedback control of the integrated FGM plate in a closed loop system. Numerical results for the static and dynamic control are presented for the FGM plate, which consists of zirconia and aluminum. The effects of the constituent volume fractions and the influence of feedback control gain on the static and dynamic responses of the FGM plates are examined. 高分子表面活性剂对超声辐照下苯乙烯乳液聚合的影响

在超声辐照引发苯乙烯乳液聚合中加入一种新型的以羧甲基纤维素为基础的高分子表面活性剂(CMC—A9)，讨论了高分子表面活性剂对反应动力学的影响。实验表明，超声辐照下初级自由基并非由通常认为的高分子表面活性剂产生，而是十二烷基硫酸钠在超声辐照下断裂，产生自由基。通过对反应动力学的研究，发现超声辐照下乳液聚合机理不同于常规乳液聚合，聚合反应过程只有两个阶段，即加速期和减速期，不存在恒速期。加入CMC—A9高分子表面活性剂，可以在较短的时间内和较低的超声功率下达到较高的单体转化率。
