基于超图的产品族结构模型的研究

产品族结构模型是对系列化和组合产品各种复杂关系的综合和表达，它的合理性是产品配置设计过程的基础，超图能够表达是一般离散结构，而结构化超图表达了集合元素之间的层次关系，利用结构化超图模型来构造产品族结构模型，并给出了配置设计算法，最后用一个实例来验证方法的可行性。     

Interaction Between a Drying Agent and Particles Dispersed by an Airstream Atomizer Inside a Drying Chamber

Results of an experimental study of the aerodynamics and spray density distribution of a liquid dispersed by an airstream atomizer inside a drying chamber. Velocity components of the drying agent and their radial distributions as a function of the distance from the spray plane are determined. Relationships for the distribution of dispersed liquid inside the drying chamber are derived. Interactions between the drying agent and the product in the drying chamber are analyzed.

变速铣削的试验研究

通过试验考证了变速铣削的减振效果和机床电机电流的波动幅度，试验结果表明，变速铣削同样具有明显的减振效果。机床电机电流虽有波动，但波动幅度不大，不会影响电机的正常使用，变速铣削具有良好的应用前景。     

转子叶片在非均匀来流条件下的流体激振特性

该文通过研究得出非均匀来流对转子叶片流体激振的三个重要特征 :非均匀来流相对于转子叶片的非定常流中主频分量是产生叶片动应力的决定因素 ;非均匀来流的非均匀度 (相当于非定常流的波幅 )大小和叶片流体激振的动应力大小成正比 ;转子叶片流体的定常压力水平与叶片动应力的水平密切相关。图 4表 2     

Thermoelastic Contact of a Rotating Inertial Cylinder with a Bush under the Conditions of Friction Self-Oscillations

We construct the solution of the problem of thermoelastic contact of an inertial cylinder with a rigid bush under the conditions of friction heating and wear. It is assumed that the friction coefficient depends on the relative velocity of contacting bodies. We analyze the stability of stationary solutions, determine contact parameters in the process of nonuniform rotation of the cylinder, and demonstrate the possibility of friction self-oscillations.

Two dimensional deformation characteristics of bloom CC with liquid core reduction

A two-dimensional model was applied to simulate the liquid core reduction(LCR) technology of bloom CC using ANSYS software.The deformation characteristics of bloom under different liquid fraction and reducing amount are obtained.The results indicate that the main deformation condition of bloom shell is compressive strain,mainly undertaken by the liquid core,which increases with the enhancement of reducing amount.Solidified shell takes minor deformation.The longitudinal section of bloom appears sunken and the narrow side bulges,which grow serious when the liquid fractionincreases.     

A Study of the Dust Collection Process in the Production of Refractories

An experimental setup for studying filter-assisted dust collection is described. The role of various factors — hydraulic resistance, filtering velocity, dust concentration, pressure drop, efficiency of recovery — in the performance of filters intended for use in the production of refractory materials is considered. The dust removal method was tested under industrial conditions at the Semilukskii Refractory Plant and can be recommended for wider use in different branches of industry.
