使能未来工厂的5G能力综述

5G系统将移动通信服务从移动电话、移动宽带和大规模机器通信扩展到新的应用领域，即所谓对通信服务有特殊要求的垂直领域。对使能未来工厂的5G能力进行了全面的分析总结，包括弹性网络架构、灵活频谱、超可靠低时延通信、时间敏感网络、安全和定位，而弹性网络架构又包括对网络切片、非公共网络、5G局域网和边缘计算的支持。希望从广度到深度，对相关的理论及技术应用做透彻、全面的梳理，对其挑战做清晰的总结，从而为相关研究和工程技术人员提供借鉴。     

小型饮料瓶盖颜色识别系统设计与实现

目的：解决当前饮料瓶盖检测系统功能单一、体积偏大、颜色识别率低的问题。方法：提出一种基于ARM处理器的小型饮料瓶盖颜色识别系统设计方案，通过仿真软件HyperLynx的LineSim工具设计四层PCB板，设置传输线参数并进行阻抗匹配仿真分析；利用编译软件Jupyter Notebook实现阈值设置、目标轮廓检测、目标框出等功能。结果：在强、弱光条件下，识别系统对红、绿、蓝3种颜色瓶盖的识别率达到92.7%。结论：与傅里叶描述子相比，该识别系统识别准确率和精度更高，同时系统也具有人脸识别功能，适用于各种智能应用场景。

Low Temperature Characteristics of the Metal–Superconductor NIS Tunneling Thermometer

We discuss the temperature dependence of a common low temperature local thermometer, a tunnel junction between a superconductor and a normal metal (NIS junction). Towards the lowest temperatures its characteristics tend to saturate, which is usually attributed to selfheating effects. In this technical note, we reanalyze this saturation and show that the temperature independent subgap current of the junction alone explains in some cases the low temperature behavior quantitatively.

     

三维石墨烯-碳纳米管/水泥净浆的压敏性能

为了探索三维石墨烯-碳纳米管(G-CNTs)/水泥净浆的压敏性能,采用四电极法研究了荷载作用下GCNTs/水泥净浆的电阻率变化,并分析不同G-CNTs掺量、加载幅度、加载速度以及恒定荷载对电阻率变化的影响。研究表明:随着G-CNTs掺量的增加,电阻率呈先减小后稳定的变化趋势,在G-CNTs掺量由0.2wt%增加至1.6wt%时,电阻率下降51.8%;电阻率与温度呈负相关;G-CNTs掺量高于0.8wt%时可以显著提高水泥净浆的压敏性能,且电阻率变化率与应力应变有明显的对应关系,1.2wt%G-CNTs掺量下试件的应力灵敏系数和应变灵敏系数分别为2.3%/MPa和291;G-CNTs/水泥净浆电阻率变化率幅值随着加载幅度增大而相应增加,其电阻率变化率曲线在不同加载速度以及恒定荷载作用下均与应力-应变曲线一一对应,具有良好的压敏特性。
