This paper proposes a hybrid approach to develop a rough-cut process planning for quality. The approach aims to determine key process alternatives with an adequate process capability by systematic quality planning and assessment methods during the initial planning stage of the product development cycle. It consists of four steps: (1) identification of quality characteristics (2) planning of the process quality by combining quality function deployment (QFD) with the process failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) (3) a selection of process alternatives, and (4) an assessment of process quality through a quality measure index, called the composite process capability (CCP). The process alternatives with an adequate CCP selected during the early design stage can then be not only used as the guidelines for detailed process planning but also as feedback for the product design and other functions for design evaluation and improvement. This approach is helpful to reduce or even eliminate the iterations of modification of process plans. A prototype system called the rough-cut process planning for quality (RPPFQ) has been developed for validation. A case study concerned with a satellite frame part is presented to illustrate the approach and prototype system in this paper. 相似文献

In this work, we elucidate the regular rule of the symmetry in electron diffraction patterns from helical structures. It is affected by the value of the dominating Bessel function orders for the layer lines and relative orientation of the samples with respect to the electron beam. For Single-Walled Carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs), we use analytic analysis and computer simulations to demonstrate that the 2mm symmetry of the electron diffraction may break down not only from an achiral SWCNT, but also from a chiral SWCNT. 为使广域网络范围内的测控设备同步工作,必须准确的计算出网络数据传输的时延。依据排队论,本文提出并证明了准确的网络节点模型和数据延时分布统计模型,以此为基础计算出数据报在互联网上传输的精确时延并给出时延修正方法。实验数据论证了模型的正确性。最后提出了广域自动测试系统内设备的同步解决方案,时间同步精度在10~50μs范围内。 相似文献

The measurement method is a decisive step for any calibration method. This paper studies the practical performance of a 5DOF manipulator based on a 3-RPS parallel mechanism. By comparing the controlling data that resides in parallel part and serial part at different orientations, a calibration method has been put forward and proved to be applicable. The precision of the calibrated model mainly depends on the number of measurements carried out. The distribution of measurement points also affects the precision and the measurement number could be significantly reduced if uniform distribution were ensured. 相似文献

Hardware and software solutions for a versatile pulse programmer have been presented. The core of the pulse programmer is an FPGA device that provides flexibility to the design and reduces the number of electronics elements needed. The event of the pulse programmer consists of 16 bits. The main feature of the proposed pulse programmer is that the 16 outputs can be independently delayed. This is important for correcting delays of the RF channels or the gradient channels due to various causes. The proposed pulse programmer is integrated into an MRI scanner, and the correction of the gradient system delay is taken as an example to experimentally demonstrate its performance. 相似文献

A three-dimensional dynamic model for nano/micro-fabrications of silicon was presented. With the developed model, the fabrication process of silicon on nothing (SON) structure was quantitatively investigated. We employ a diffuse interface model that incorporates the mechanism of surface diffusion. The mechanism of the fabrication is systematically integrated for high reliability of computational analysis. A semi-implicit Fourier spectral scheme is applied for high efficiency and numerical stability. Moreover, the theoretical analysis provides the guidance that is ordered by the fundamental geometrical design parameters to guide different fabrications of SON structures. The performed simulations suggest a substantial potential of the presented model for a reliable design technology of nano/micro-fabrications. 相似文献
