河北省水安全现状分析及对策探讨

从水资源与水环境两方面分析了河北省水安全的现状,指出影响水安全的因素在于自然因素、人为因素及人与自然的不协调因素,并针对水安全问题可能引发的健康安全、粮食安全、经济安全、生态环境安全进行了讨论,最后探讨了解决河北省水安全问题的对策。

离子膜烧碱装置中液氯贮槽和液氯中间槽的液位测量一直困扰着工程技术人员,曾选用多种类型的仪表,但测量效果均不太理想.     

2-羟基-3-萘甲酸生产工艺条件的优化研究

通过对中和及酸析过程的分析,采用改进后的参数指标进行中和及酸析得到的2-羟基-3-萘甲酸,产品为大颗粒、亮黄色,含量98.78%,收率80.13%(以消耗的2-萘酚计),并实现了在大生产中的应用。     

Realization of Tapered Waveguide by Stretching the Rod Waveguide

By stretching the rod waveguide with different velocities in opposite directions, the tapered waveguide can be fabricated. In condition of taking no account of volume expansion caused by heating and under the assumptions of volume conservation,the rod waveguide can be stretched freely in the heated region without being stretched outside of the heated region. A model,which shows the relation of the transition shape and the two factors, that is the ratio of two velocity and the heated region length, is presented for the shape of the taper transition through mathematic deduction. Based on this model, a desired tapered waveguide can be fabricated. The tapered waveguide are widely used for fabricating tapered fiber couplers and sensors. In addition, the conclusion can be used for fabricating fused fiber coupler.     

改进异步电机直接转矩控制系统的仿真研究

本文介绍了直接转矩控制系统的控制原理,并针对基于直接转矩控制的异步电动机运行时存在较大的电流及转矩脉动问题,提出一种新的控制方案,并基于Matlab 6.5对这种新方法进行仿真,仿真结果表明该方案能有效的解决电流及转矩脉动的问题.     

金属基复合材料的热残余应力力学模型研究进展

金属基复合材料在高温制备的冷却过程中或热处理过程中由于组分间热膨胀系数（CTEs）的差异会产生较大的热残余应力，热残余应力对复合材料的宏观性能有着重要的影响。本文综述了分析金属基复合材料热残余应力的有限元模型和解析模型等理论模型，并指出有待深入研究的问题。     

An Algorithm For Selecting a Generator of Z_p

How to select a generator of Zp* is an important problem in cryptographic applications, where p is an odd prime. In this paper, we mainly consider the especial case that p is a safe prime, and give an algorithm for selecting a generator of Zp*,and find all generators of Zp* , where p is a safe prime. Our algorithm is more faster than the algorithm in [1]. Based on the proposed algorithm, one could find all generators of Zp* as well, where p is a perfect prime.     

Dielectric and piezoelectric properties of Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3–PbTiO3–PbZrO3 ceramics modified with bismuth and zinc substitutions

The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the (Pb_0.985Bi_0.01)(Ni_1/4Zn_1/12Nb_2/3)_x- (Zr_σTi_1-σ)_1-xO₃ piezoelectric ceramic system (0.2 ≤ x ≤ 0.7, 0.1 ≤ σ ≤ 0.9) were systematically investigated. The results showed that, after poling, the dielectric constant, ε ₃₃ ^T , increased for the tetragonal compositions but decreased for the rhombohedral compositions. Furthermore, high values of ε ₃₃ ^T and piezoelectric modulus, d ₃₁ were found for the compositions along the extension of the morphotropic phase boundary. The highest values of the planar electromechanical coupling factor, K _p, and the piezoelectric modulus, d ₃₁, were found to be 0.70 and − 274 × 10^-12 C N^-1, respectively. The Curie temperature, remanent polarization, coercive field and the lattice constants of the a and c axes in relation to the Pb(Ni_1/3Nb_2/3)O₃ content and the Zr/Zr + Ti ratio were also determined. 薄膜干涉型光学全通滤波器的设计与分析

设计并分析了用于多信道色谱补偿的薄膜Gires-Tournois干涉仪（GTI）型光学全通滤波（OAPF），讨论了反射镜的膜层结构对器件 的群延迟谱和反射谱的影响，。以及大角度入射引起的偏分离现象和幅度畸变现象，给出了单级和多级串拉OAPF的初步设计结果。
