The study of a downward gas jet was performed in a two–dimensional (2–D) fluidized bed of sand particles under conditions of minimum fluidization and at atmospheric pressure and room temperature. The jet shifted through a cyclic sequence of left–central–right–central–left positions. The probability of the left and right jets was 40% each, while the less stable central jet occurred only 20% of the time. Discrete probability distributions of jet presence for each of the three jet configurations and an overall distribution are presented. They show that jets are dominant along the external walls of the nozzle. The depth of the downward jet increased with air flowrate in agreement with the correlation from Massimilla and Russo (1973). 相似文献

A new method of digital image analysis has been developed to study the hydrodynamics of two-dimensional bubbling fluidized beds with a digital video camera. The method comprises simultaneous of the size and velocity of gas bubbles, and the axial and radial distribution of bubble voidage. It provides a better estimation of the visible bubble flow than from local probe methods. The adsorption of Co2(CO)8 onto the dehydrated Y-faujasite powder under an N2 atmosphere and onto the tetrahydrofuran slurry of Y-faujasite under a mixed CO and H2 atmosphere predominately yielded supported Co4(CO)12 and supported Co6(CO)16, respectively. The molecular cobalt-carbonyl clusters and their decarbonylated products have been structurally characterized by extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS). The decarbonylated sample a possesses a cluster of two Co atoms and the decarbonylated sample b has a cluster phase of three Co atoms. The decarbonylated sample a exhibited higher CH4 conversion and C2+ selectivity (C2+ selectivity = ∑nC n(n = 2–5)/∑nC n (n = 1–5) * 100%) in comparison with the decarbonylated sample b in methane homologation. A density functional theory (DFT) model was employed to calculate Co clusters adsorbed on a silica substrate which simulates Y-faujasite encapsulated Co clusters. The structural geometries, net spin electronic charge densities, energies of the metal–silica and metal–metal interactions in stable geometries are discussed and used to interpret the cluster size dependence of the catalytic activity and selectivity to C 2+ hydrocarbons in the methane homologation. 相似文献

The nickel-carbon nanofibers (Ni-C NFs) were fabricated by the electrospinning of poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and nickel acetate tetrahydrate (NiAc) solution precursor with succedent PVA pyrolyzation and calcination process. The microwave absorption performance and electromagnetic (EM) parameters of the NFs were researched over the frequency range of 2.0–18.0?GHz. Both the impedance matching and EM wave absorption properties of the Ni-C NFs were improved by changing the carbonization temperature. The effect of graphitization degree on reflection loss (RL) and the possible loss mechanisms were directly displayed in the comparative study of each sample. The optimal RL value of ??44.9?dB and an effective frequency bandwidth of 3.0?GHz under a thickness of 3.0?mm can be reached by a sample calcined at 650?°C. These lightweight Ni-C NFs composites can be promising candidates for EM wave absorbers due to the combination of multiple loss mechanisms, nano-size effect and good impedance matching between Ni nanoparticles and CNFs. 相似文献

In the present study, the wettability between liquid iron with two different Al contents and MgOAl2O3 binary substrates was studied in reducing atmosphere. The contact angles between liquid iron with 18?ppm Al and MgO, MgO·Al2O3, Al2O3 were 133.5°, 113.7°, 126.9° respectively. With the variation of the substrate composition, the contact angles for the intermediate binary phases of the three components (MgO, MgO·Al2O3, Al2O3) obeyed the Cassie theory. In the experiment using iron with 370?ppm Al, all the contact angles were higher than that using low Al-containing iron. The surface of the iron drop was covered with an oxide layer, which mainly consisted of many small particles. With the variation of the substrate gradually from MgO to Al2O3, the composition of the oxide layer changed from MgO·Al2O3 to CaOAl2O3. The formation of the oxide layer prevented the spreading of liquid iron, leading to the increase of the contact angle. 相似文献

以纳米ZrO 、微米Al O 为原料,采用无压烧结方式制备了ZTA 复相陶瓷。结果表明:nano-ZrO 的 2 2 3 2加入有利于制备细晶ZTA 复相陶瓷。此外,nano-ZrO 的加入对 Al O 陶瓷的显微结构也产生影响,ZrO 颗粒以 2 2 3 2“晶内型”和晶界型两种形式存在。合理的配方组成及制备工艺有利于 Z r O 以四方亚稳相存在。Z r O 含量为 2 23 0 w t % 时,其四方相含量可达 6 9 %,有利于应力诱导相变增韧,该 Z T A 复相陶瓷的抗弯强度、断裂韧性分别达到 604MPa、6.87MPa·m1/2。 相似文献
