强流脉冲电子束表面处理对不锈钢316L耐蚀性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用"Nadezhda-2"型强流脉冲电子束装置,以奥氏体不锈钢316L为实验材料,分别通过金相显微镜、X射线衍射、电子探针及电化学腐蚀仪等手段对处理后的样品进行组织分析和性能测试.结果表明,处理材料表层微晶粒尺寸明显细化(纳米化),同时形成显著的(111)晶面择优取向,表面层成分分布趋于均匀.上述脉冲强流电子束轰击诱发的材料组织、结构及成分分布变化构成不锈钢316L耐蚀性能提高的主要原因.  相似文献

用强流脉冲电子束对LY12铝合金表面进行辐照处理,结果表明,处理后合金表面出现熔坑,随辐照次数增加,熔坑数量减少但直径变大;XRD分析表明改性层中存在-Al和CuMgAl2和CuAl2相,重熔层再结晶有择优取向。表面截面硬度增大,在一定深度处达最大值,而后随电子束沉积能量减少而开始下降。电化学腐蚀试验表明,辐照处理样品的自腐蚀电位从–0.63 V提高到–0.52 V,自腐蚀电流由1.09 10 7A降低至3.12 10 9A,耐腐蚀性能明显提高。  相似文献

应用MSC.SuperForm有限元仿真软件,基于现场生产工艺,模拟了Φ140 mm全浮动芯棒连轧管机Φ195 mm孔型的钢管连轧过程,研究了连轧过程中C22和超级13Cr两种钢的金属流动、轧制力等规律性.结果表明:与C22相比较,超级13Cr更易产生宽展,金属横向流动倾向性更大,所以在高合金管轧制用孔型设计时,需特别注意金属过充倾向;超级13Cr的轧制力较C22增大60%以上,机架、轧辊的弹性变形量更大,在轧辊辊缝预调时,应加大超级13Cr的预压靠量,在孔型设计时,也需考虑其弹性变形量,以补偿高合金钢轧制时大轧制力引起的机架、轧辊的弹性变形量的影响.  相似文献

Surface modification of magnesium alloy AZ91 by high current pulsed electron beam (HCPEB) was investigated in the present work. After irradiated by HCPEB, crater-like defects were found scattering on the modified surface, when increasing pulse number, the density of craters sharply reduced. According to XRD analysis, hard intermetallic phase Mg17Al12 would sappear after several pulse of HCPEB treatment that is accordance with the improvement of wear resistance, but more pulses will lead to the solution of Mg17Al12 phase. Ultimately, due to the thickest depth of modified layer, sample treated with 30 pulses and accelerating voltage of 27 kV exhibited the best wear resistance, the depth of wear track decreased from 12.75 µm in initial state to 7.82 μm.  相似文献

Some previous studies have proved that prediction models using traditional overall decomposition sampling (ODS) strategy are unreasonable because the subseries obtained by the ODS strategy contain future information to be predicted. It is, therefore, necessary to put forward a new sampling strategy to fix this defect and also to improve the accuracy and reliability of decomposition-based models. In this paper, a stepwise decomposition sampling (SDS) strategy according to the practical prediction process is introduced. Moreover, an innovative input selection framework is proposed to build a strong decomposition-based monthly streamflow prediction model, in which sunspots and atmospheric circulation anomaly factors are employed as candidate input variables to enhance the prediction accuracy of monthly streamflow in addition to regular inputs such as precipitation and evaporation. Meanwhile, the partial correlation algorithm is employed to select optimal input variables from candidate input variables including precipitation, evaporation, sunspots, and atmospheric circulation anomaly factors. Four basins of the U.S. MOPEX project with various climate characteristics were selected as a case study. Results indicate that: (1) adding teleconnection factors into candidate input variables helps enhance the prediction accuracy of the support vector machine (SVM) model in predicting streamflow; (2) the innovative input selection framework helps to improve the prediction capacity of models whose candidate input variables interact with each other compared with traditional selection strategy; (3) the SDS strategy can effectively prevent future information from being included into input variables, which is an appropriate substitute of the ODS strategy in developing prediction models; (4) as for monthly streamflow, the hybrid variable model decomposition-support vector machine (VMD-SVM) models, using an innovative input selection framework and the SDS strategy, perform better than those which have not adopted this framework in all study areas. Generally, the findings of this study showed that the hybrid VMD-SVM model combining the SDS strategy and innovative input selection framework is a useful and powerful tool for practical hydrological prediction work in the context of climate change.

Context-aware facial recognition regards the recognition of faces in association with their respective environments. This concept is useful for the domestic robot which interacts with humans when performing specific functions in indoor environments. Deep learning models have been relevant in solving facial and place recognition challenges; however, they require the procurement of training images for optimal performance. Pre-trained models have also been offered to reduce training time significantly. Regardless, for classification tasks, custom data must be acquired to ensure that learning models are developed from other pre-trained models. This paper proposes a place recognition model that is inspired by the graph cut energy function, which is specifically designed for image segmentation. Common objects in the considered environment are identified and thereafter they are passed over to a graph cut inspired model for indoor environment classification. Additionally, faces in the considered environment are extracted and recognised. Finally, the developed model can recognise a face together with its environment. The strength of the proposed model lies in its ability to classify indoor environments without the usual training process(es). This approach differs from what is obtained in traditional deep learning models. The classification capability of the developed model was compared to state-of-the-art models and exhibited promising outcomes.  相似文献
