紫砂壶的装饰工艺

紫砂壶是我国灿烂艺术宝库中的一枝奇葩，除了紫砂材质的特异外，其装饰工艺也是有别于其它陶瓷的，是紫砂从艺的先辈们经长期摸索、总结的一整套非常严谨科学的制陶装饰工艺，随着时代在进步，装饰工艺也出现了发展与创新。     

Ink‐eliminated waste paper sludge flour‐filled polypropylene composites with different coupling agent treatments

Ink‐eliminated sludge flour (IESF), waste residue from the recycling treatments of waste paper, was utilized as a new kind of filler to reinforce polypropylene (PP) in this research work. Different coupling agents, including maleated anhydride grafted PP (MAPP), stearic acid (SA), and titanate (NDZ‐101), were used to increase the compatibility between IESF and PP. By using different measurements, the microstructure, morphology, thermal behaviors, and mechanical properties of the IESF/PP composites were investigated in detail. It was found that IESF, as a nucleation agent, not only induced the crystallization orientation of PP but also accelerate the crystallization rate of PP. Just as indicated in the experiments, the presence of IESF has shown the advantages of increasing the dimensional stability, the hardness and the flexural property, and the presence of coupling agents has a favorable effect on the improvement of dimensional stability. Moreover, the coupling agent has minor influence on the mechanical property, even causes some decrease in the impact strength. Among these three coupling agents, MAPP is found to be the best coupling agent for increasing the interfacial adhesion between IESF and PP, and the MAPP addition makes the PP composite possess the quickest crystallization rate and greatest tensile strength. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 3-氯-2-羟基丙磺酸钠的合成研究

以环氧氯丙烷和亚硫酸氢钠为原料合成了3-氯-2-羟基丙磺酸钠,探讨了磺化剂种类及用量,溶剂水的用量,反应温度,反应时间对产率的影响,并用红外光谱及元素分析对产物的结构进行表征。实验表明,磺化剂宜用亚硫酸氢钠;亚硫酸氢钠/环氧氯丙烷比越大,水的用量,反应温度,反应时间适中时,产率越高,最高产率为40.7%;产物的熔点为2531℃。     

1-(5-乙基-1,3,4-噻二唑基)-3-苯基硫脲的合成及生物活性

研究了 1 - ( 5 -乙基 - 1 ,3,4-噻二唑基 ) - 3-苯基硫脲的合成及抗菌活性。以 5 -乙基 - 2 -氨基 - 1 ,3,4-噻二唑和异硫氰酸苯酯为原料 ,在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵催化下 ,合成 1 - ( 5 -乙基 - 1 ,3,4-噻二唑基 ) - 3-苯基硫脲 ,找到了较好的合成工艺条件 ,结果表明 :5 -乙基 - 2 -氨基 - 1 ,3,4-噻二唑和异硫氰酸苯酯的摩尔比为 1∶ 1 .8,乙腈为溶剂 ,水浴加热回流 4.0 h,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为 2 g,1 - ( 5 -乙基 - 1 ,3,4-噻二唑基 ) - 3-苯基硫脲的产率为 5 9.76%。同时发现 1 - ( 5 -乙基 - 1 ,3,4-噻二唑基 ) - 3-苯基硫脲有较强的抗菌活性     

ZW多产品间歇过程调度及在线调整

针对多产品间歇过程调度提出了分层递阶的Petri网建模方法，利用赋时Petri和Petri网的简化技术描述不同层次的生产问题，具有很强的模型描述能力。另外，在调度决策层可以方便地集成优化策略和在线调整算法，使问题求解更加灵活。     

碳化二亚胺的制备及其水解稳定作用

简要介绍了可用于水解稳定剂的碳化二亚胺的性质、制备和在聚氨酯、聚酯树脂中的应用。     

Microstructural Evidence for Diffusion-Driven Tetragonal-to-Orthorhombic Phase Transformation in Y-Ba-Cu-O Superconductor

Microstructures of Y-Ba-Cu-O superconductor were observed using a polarized microscope. Orthorhombic and tetragonal phases were easily distinguished by the optical etching with cross-polarized light. In the specimen cooled rapidly in oxygen, it was possible to see the path of oxygen diffusion by observing the variation of the twin concentration. At the boundary between transformed and untransformed materials, evidence for diffusion-driven transformation could be clearly seen.

本文介绍了2-乙烯基吡啶的性质、用途,阐述了2-乙烯基吡啶合成的各种方法,并对这些合成方法进行分析比较,得出了合理的工艺路线及适宜的工艺条件。     

新溶剂体系对SBS生产工艺的影响

讨论了一种新溶剂体系对热塑性弹性体SBS工业生产工艺条件的影响，并与原应用纯环己烷溶剂的生产工艺进行比较。工业试生产结果表明，对SBS生产中溶剂精制工艺过程，应用新溶剂体系时精制塔系的气相压力增大，塔温降低，聚合反应单体质量分数在l8．0％～20．0％时对聚合反应与凝聚工艺控制没有影响，可较显著地提高装置生产能力，降低产品生产成本，同时其凝固点较低，有利于提高SBS生产体系对季节与地域的适应能力。     

杆塔垂直接地装置冲击特性的频域分析方法

杆塔接地装置对输电线路的的安全稳定运行起着至关重要的作用,其冲击特性是考量杆塔防雷效果的重要参数。笔者基于矩量法和电路理论,以接地体的漏电流为未知量,建立接地网数值计算模型对杆塔接地装置的冲击特性进行频域分析。通过CDEGS软件计算结果进行对比,验证算法的有效性;着重计算杆塔垂直接地装置的冲击阻抗,分析垂直接地极长度对接地装置冲击特性的影响。
