Phase behavior,density, and crystallization of polyethylene in n‐pentane and in n‐pentane/CO2 at high pressures

The phase behavior and volumetric properties of polyethylene (PE) in solutions of n‐pentane and n‐pentane/CO₂ were studied in a temperature (T) range of 370–440 K at pressures up to 60 MPa. Measurements were conducted with a variable‐volume view‐cell system equipped with optical sensors to monitor the changes in the transmitted light intensity as the P or the T of the system was changed. Lower‐critical‐solution‐temperature‐type behavior was observed for all of the liquid–liquid (L–L) phase boundaries, which shifted to higher pressures in solutions containing CO₂. The solid–fluid (S–F) phase boundaries were investigated over a P range of 8–54 MPa and took place in a narrow T range, from 374 to 378 K in this P interval. The S–F phase boundary showed a unique feature in that the demixing temperatures showed both increasing and decreasing trends with P depending on the P range. This was observed in both the PE/n‐pentane and PE/n‐pentane/CO₂ mixtures. The density of these solutions were measured as a function of P at selected temperatures or as a function of T at selected pressures that corresponded to the paths followed in approaching the phase boundaries (S–F or L–L) starting from a homogeneous one‐phase condition. SO2-4/ZrO2-SiO2的制备及其催化合成丁酸丁酯

采用分别沉淀/混合沉淀法、改性共沉淀法和以硅溶胶为硅源的共沉淀法制备了SO2-4/ZrO2-SiO2固体超强酸催化剂;考察了沉淀剂及沉淀终点的pH等制备条件对分别沉淀/混合沉淀法制备的SO2-4/ZrO2-SiO2催化剂催化合成丁酸丁酯活性的影响;探索了ZrO2-SiO2的制备方法、反应时间对SO2-4/ZrO2-SiO2催化剂活性的影响.实验结果表明,以硝酸铵为沉淀剂,当沉淀终点的pH为7～8时,采用分别沉淀/混合沉淀法制备的SO2-4/ZrO2-SiO2催化剂的活性较高(酯化率88.7%),但分别沉淀/混合沉淀法制备的ZrO2-SiO2组成不均匀;以硅溶胶为硅源采用共沉淀法制备的SO2-4/ZrO2-SiO2催化剂催化合成丁酸丁酯,在正丁醇0.48 mol、正丁酸0.40 mol、反应时间3 h、不添加任何带水剂的条件下,酯化率高达96.4%,该方法制备的催化剂稳定性和再生性能好,制备成本低.     

Bandpass filters with reconfigurable transmission zeros using varactor-tuned tapped stubs

In this letter, bandpass filters with one or two tunable transmission zeros are proposed. The reconfigurable transmission zeros are implemented through varactors in combination with tapped quarter-wavelength stubs. Based on mixed mode simulations including EM simulation and circuit simulation, the proposed filters were designed and fabricated on low-cost FR4 board. The measurement results verified the design concepts.     

燕皮传统加工工艺中碱液对肉糜特性的影响

燕皮是以猪肉和甘薯粉为原料,手工制成的薄如纸且经煮不烂的传统食品。在传统制作燕皮过程中添加山榉灰配制的碱液是影响肉糜品质的关键步骤。通过测定制作燕皮过程中各工序样品的氮溶解指数、持水性、乳化稳定性、pH值和粘度,利用SDS-PAGE分析样品中的蛋白质组分、利用光学显微镜观察它们的结构变化,证实植物碱液能够提高样品的氮溶解指数、持水性和乳化稳定性并且延迟了肉糜硬化。同时实验证明碳酸碱(Na2CO3或K2CO3)可替代传统工艺中的植物碱,为后续标准化、工业化生产提供可行条件。     

固液分离水力旋流除砂器的数值模拟

利用CFD软件,采用雷诺应力模型分别计算了300型和250型水力旋流除砂器的内流场,得到了2种水力旋流除砂器的轴向、径向、切向速度及压强的分布曲线。通过对所得结果的分析,发现模拟结果基本符合旋流除砂器的运行规律。比较2种旋流除砂器的内流场,表明改进的300型水力旋流除砂器的结构及分离能力优于原来250型水力旋流除砂器,为水力旋流除砂器的优化设计和选型提供了可靠的设计依据。

转炉溅渣护炉改质剂的开发研究

影响转炉溅渣护炉效果的关键因素是终渣成分的控制,采用改质剂对转炉终渣成分进行调整,降低渣中FeO含量和炉渣温度,提高MgO含量和炉渣熔点及粘度,有利于改善炉渣与炉衬的粘结效果,并提高溅渣层的耐蚀性能,缩短溅渣起孕时间,在一定程度上抑制炉渣中铁的氧化物与炉衬中石墨的反应.

丙烯腈－苯乙烯共聚物水解磺化产物对泥浆的稳定作用

在实验室条件下对用丙烯腈－苯乙烯共聚物在硫酸存在下的水解磺化产物（ＨＳＡＳ）处理的泥浆性能进行了评定。ＨＳＡＳ处理的泥浆有较小的滤失性，较好的耐盐和抗高温性。
