Impact toughness of tungsten films deposited on martensite stainless steel

Tungsten films were deposited on stainless steel Charpy specimens by magnetron sputtering followed by electron beam heat treatment. Charpy impact tests and scanning electron microscopy were used to investigate the ductile-brittle transition behavior of the specimens. With decreasing test temperature the fracture mode was transformed from ductile to brittle for both kinds of specimens with and without W films. The data of the crack initiation energy, crack propagation energy, impact absorbing energy, fracture time and deflection as well as the fracture morphologies at test temperature of-70 ℃ show that W films can improve the impact toughness of stainless steel.     

MnCl2对镁合金废旧料组织性能的影响

利用等离子发射光谱仪、金相分析、电镜、万能电子材料试验机、腐蚀试验等方法研究了含有不同量的MnCl2熔剂对镁合金废旧料的力学性能、组织、断口形貌以及腐蚀行为的影响。研究表明,MnCl2可以降低镁合金废旧料中的Fe含量,同时会增加镁合金的Mn量,使用含MnCl2的熔剂可将镁废旧料中的Fe含量降到0 0072%以下。采用含MnCl2的熔剂可以提高试样的σb和δ。当合金中的Mn量超过一定程度后,对镁合金的力学性能会产生不利的影响。金相观察表明,净化处理对断口形貌无明显的影响,不改变AZ91镁合金的断裂机理,断口均成准解理断裂。腐蚀试验表明,采用含30%MnCl2的熔剂可以使试样的腐蚀速率从20 9mg/(cm2·d)降到6 4mg/(cm2·d)。     

SiCp/Al复合材料热处理及统计分析

采用四因素多水平组合热处理试验与统计分析相结合的方法研究了粉末冶金制备的12%SiCp/6066Al(体积分数)复合材料的热处理工艺参数与硬度间的关系.结果表明,复合材料与基体合金相比具有峰值提前效应;热处理工艺参数主效应由强到弱依次为时效时间、固溶温度、时效温度、固溶时间;时效时间与时效温度一级交互作用也较重要,其他一级、二级和三级交互作用较小.12%SiCp/6066Al复合材料的优化热处理工艺参数为530℃固溶90min,水淬170℃时效6h.

提高发酵过程乙醇分离效率的新型反应器

设计了一种新型的带侧臂循环的气升式反应器,该反应器可以有效地把真空闪蒸发酵和汽提发酵2项技术结合起来。实验结果表明,与单独的汽提和闪蒸过程相比,利用此反应器进行同步汽提闪蒸操作,大大提高了乙醇的移出效率,从而进一步提高了发酵强度。     

FC-26高中油型加氢裂化催化剂的工艺研究

抚顺石油化工研究院研制开发的新一代FC -2 6高中油型加氢裂化催化剂 ,以W -Ni为加氢组分 ,以无定型硅铝为主载体 ,并添加改性分子筛。工艺研究及工业应用结果表明 ,FC -2 6催化剂活性及中油选择性高 ,稳定性好 ,原料适应性强 ,具有广阔的应用前景。     

对苯二甲酸加氢精制的反应规律

在高压磁力搅拌间歇反应釜中研究了粗对苯二甲酸在 Pd- C催化剂上加氢精制反应的规律。实验温度范围为 2 75～ 2 95℃ ,实验压力范围为 6 .0 8～ 8.0 8MPa(表压 )。研究发现加氢反应速率随着催化剂量和氢分压的增加而提高 ,在实验温度范围内 ,提高加氢温度 ,反应速率反而有所下降 ;投料中对苯二甲酸的质量浓度对反应速率也有一定影响 ,在 2 82℃反应条件下合适的质量分数为 2 5 %。     

甲基-酰基-萘在庚烷、辛烷和十二烷中溶解度的测定与关联

The solubilities of 2-methyl-6-acetylnaphthalene (2,6-MAN) and 2-methyl-7-acetylnaphthalene (2,7-MAN) in n-heptane, n-octane, and n-dodecane were measured, respectively, from 273.15 to 319.15 K using an analytical method. On the basis of the thermodynamics theory of solid-liquid equilibrium, a model was derived to relate the solubilities with temperature. Using the least square method, the parameters of the model, the fusion enthalpies △fusH and the Margules equation coefficients A12 and A21 of 2,6-MAN and 2,7-MAN in n-heptane, n-octane, and n-dodecane-were obtained by regressing the experimental data. The average deviation of the model was 1.70%.
