隧道工程施工中应注意的问题

通过对海南省东线高速公路大茅山隧道施工的全程监理,阐明了在施工中应重点注意的几个问题,在此基础上,总结出隧道工程质量监督中必须做到的几点,以确保隧道工程施工安全及工程质量.     

A disposable sensor based on immobilization of acetylcholinesterase to multiwall carbon nanotube modified screen-printed electrode for determination of carbaryl

A simple method has been devised for immobilization of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) covalent bonding to a multiwall carbon nanotube (MWNT)-cross-linked cellulose acetate composite on a screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) and a sensitive and disposable amperometric sensor for rapid determination of carbaryl pesticide is proposed. The immobilized enzyme was preserved on this film because of the excellent biocompatibility and non-toxicity of cellulose acetate. Based on the inherent conductive properties of the MWNT, the immobilized AChE had greater affinity for ATCl and excellent catalytic effect in the hydrolysis of ATCl. MWNT improved the interface enzymatic hydrolysis reaction and increased the amperometric response of the sensor. Under optimum conditions, the inhibition of carbaryl on AChE increased linearly with the increasing concentration of carbaryl in two ranges, from 0.01 to 0.5 μg mL⁻¹ and from 2 to 20 μg mL⁻¹, with the correlation coefficients of 0.9985 and 0.9977, respectively. The detection limit was 0.004 μg mL⁻¹ taken as the concentration equivalent to 10% decrease in signal. The sensor showed acceptable stability, accuracy and could be fabricated in batches, thus it is economic and portable. This type of disposable enzyme-based amperometric sensor has extensive application potential in environmental monitoring of pesticides.     

Synthesis and characterization of a novel proton‐exchange membrane for fuel cells operating at high temperatures and low humidities

The synthesis of a p‐toluidine/formaldehyde (PTF) resin was performed, and the effects of the molar ratio of the individual monomers and the polymerization conditions on the structure of the PTF resin were studied. Fourier transform infrared and ¹³C‐NMR spectra were used to characterize the PTF. Wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction patterns revealed the crystalline structures of various PTFs. Polarized optical microscopy revealed that the molar ratio of the monomers had a strong effect on the crystalline morphologies. A longer polymerization time turned out a polymer with a higher intrinsic viscosity and molecular weight, which led to differences in the proton conductivity. All of the PTFs showed a higher proton conductivity than a commercial Nafion membrane at 90–100°C and 0% relative humidity. The proton conductivity of the PTF series could be improved by sulfonation with sulfuric acid and could be maintained after blending with polyurethane. Pure methanol could be used as a fuel source because of the insolubility and nonwetting properties of PTF in methanol to increase the output current density for a PTF membrane electrode assembly. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 尼龙6/改性双马来酰亚胺共混物的制备

将尼龙6与改性双马来酰亚胺熔融共混形成合金以提高其热稳定性能.用转矩流变仪考察了尼龙6/改性双马来酰亚胺共混体系熔融反应过程中的流变行为,用TG-DSC测试了共混物的热性能.结果表明:熔融共混时,2组分间的化学反应进行很快,改性双马来酰亚胺用量增加,共混物的熔融粘度增大,温度或转速升高,平衡转矩降低;改性双马来酰亚胺可明显改善尼龙6的高温热稳定性能,当尼龙6与改性双马来酰亚胺的质量比为20/1时,共混物在236-340℃温度范围内有很好的热稳定性.

杀菌剂异螺环-4-烯-2,3-5''''-氯-吲哚的合成

研究了以薯蓣皂素(diosgenin)为原料,根据活性叠加原理,在分子中引入一个新的活性基团吲哚环,合成了全新化合物异螺环-4-烯-2,3-5'-氯-吲哚.杀菌药效试验结果表明:所设计的全新目标化合物具有原料所没有的杀菌活性.     

溶液温度对电化学沉积氧化亚铜薄膜相成分和显微结构的影响

用电化学方法在不锈钢基体上沉积多晶Ｃｕ２Ｏ薄膜并用Ｘ射线衍射和扫描电进行了分析研究了溶液温度对薄膜相组成、晶粒尺寸和择优取向的影响，当溶液的ＰＨ＝９，温度低于５０℃时得到的是Ｃｕ２Ｏ／Ｃｕ复相薄膜，纯Ｃｕ２Ｏ薄膜可在溶液温度高于５０℃时获得，纯Ｃｕ２Ｏ薄膜具有（１００）择优取向，实验发现薄膜的晶粒尺寸随溶液温度的增加从０．１２μｍ增加到０．６５μｍ。
