This work proposes the conception of a nonisolated direct current (DC)-DC buck-boost converter employing the three-state switching cell. Similarly to interleaving, it is possible to achieve higher power levels than that regarding the classical buck-boost converter, but prominent advantages over the interleaved approach result, ie, the input current is continuous for duty ratios higher than 0.5; good current sharing is achieved without the need of special control schemes; and the active switches are connected to the same reference node as the input voltage source, as there is no need to use isolated drive circuitry. A thorough quantitative and qualitative analysis is carried for the entire range of the duty cycle D, considering that the proposed converter presents distinct behaviors for D < 0.5 and D > 0.5. An experimental prototype is developed and evaluated, while the results are discussed in detail.  相似文献

In this work fracture characterization of wood bonded joints is performed. The main objective is to define a fracture criterion under mixed-mode loading (I + II), in order to provide a safer and reliable design of wood bonded joints. Experimental fracture characterization tests were carried out. For mode I and mode II loading, the double cantilever beam and the end notched flexure tests were selected. Under mixed-mode I + II loading the mixed-mode bending test was used considering different mixed-mode ratios. A data reduction scheme based on the specimen compliance, the beam theory and on a crack equivalent concept was used to overcome the difficulties inherent to the above referred tests. The fracture linear energetic criterion showed to be adequate to describe the fracture envelop with an exception, as discussed in the paper.  相似文献

An array of highly conductive, lightweight and flexible cellulose nanopapers as effective attenuators of electromagnetic radiations within 8.2–12.4 GHz (X band) were formulated via in situ polymerization of pyrrole monomers on to cellulose nanofibers (CNFs). It is quite obvious that the free hydroxyl groups on the surface of CNFs facilitate the formation of intense intermolecular hydrogen bonding with PPy which is envisaged for its excellent electromagnetic shielding performance with an average shielding effectiveness of ca. –22 dB (>99% attenuation) at 8.2 GHz for a paper having 1 mm thickness. The fabricated papers displayed a predominant absorption mechanism (ca. 89%) rather than reflection (ca. 11%) for efficiently attenuating electromagnetic radiations, which has a considerable importance in the modern telecommunication sector. Thus, the designed PPy/CNF papers would replace the conventional metal-based shields and pave way for the development of green microwave attenuators functioning via a strong absorption mechanism. The PPy/CNF nanopapers exhibited a DC conductivity of 0.21 S/cm, a prime requisite for the development of highly efficient electromagnetic shields. Undoubtedly, such nanopapers can be employed in wide range of applications such as electrodes for supercapacitors and other freestanding flexible paper-based devices.  相似文献

The increase in chronic diseases has arisen interest to search for alternative treatments so that people can improve their quality of life. Thus, Carya illinoinensis is the subject of the present work which aims at determining whether it has antidiabetic activity. The plant was collected and its nuts were separated from their peels, dried and grinded and incorporated into the feed, in concentration of 6% and 10%, for the treatment of animals. The centesimal composition of this diet was also determined. From the nut was also obtained the fixed oil, for the profile of fatty acids, and the 70% hydroethanolic extract for the phytochemical analysis. The results have shown that species presents hypoglycaemic effect, high fat composition of unsaturated fatty acids and the presence of some phenolic compounds, directly related to the antidiabetic activity. Therefore, the specie presente benefits that can contribute to the binomial diet/health.  相似文献

The formulation of gluten‐free breads is challenging, once the gluten network is responsible for the physical and sensory properties of bread. This study presents a novel concept for making gluten‐free breads using sugar substitutes. The quality of gluten‐free breads was analysed by means of physical (specific volume and colour), textural (firmness, elasticity and chewiness) and sensory properties (time‐intensity analysis and acceptance test). Time‐intensity analysis showed that the sample developed with raw sugar had a higher intensity of sweetness, and the sample with stevia had a higher intensity of yeast flavour. The sample with frutooligosaccharides (FOS) presented a higher acceptance by consumers. Sample with stevia presented the higher intensity of yeast flavour (8.10) and the lesser mean of specific volume (2.83 cm3.g?1); whereas sample with sugar who presented higher intensity of sweetness stimulus (5.20) also presented the higher mean of specific volume (3.80 cm3.g?1). The addition of prebiotic and sweetener opens up new opportunities to develop gluten‐free breads that may present similar properties to those of wheat‐based breads.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to prepare bovine serum albumin-based beads containing maghemite nanoparticles incorporated via ionic magnetic fluid and to evaluate the cell toxicity of this biocompatible system using the J774-A1 cell line. Transmission electron micrographs obtained from the magnetic fluid sample were used to estimate the average particle diameter around 7.6 nm and diameter dispersion of 0.22. The BSA-based magnetic beads were prepared using the heat protein denaturation route. The nanoparticle concentration in the magnetic fluid sample used for the synthesis of the magnetic beads was in the range of 1.2 x 10(16) to 2.3 x 10(17) particle/ml. The methodology used to investigate the cell toxicity of the magnetic beads was the classical MTT assay. Our observation showed that the toxicity against the J774-A1 cell line depends upon the amount of magnetic material incorporated into the magnetic nanobeads and was found to be 14, 11, 9, 5, and 3% for 2.3 x 10(17), 1.2 x 10(17), 4.6 x 10(16), 2.3 x 10(16), and 1.2 x 10(16) particle/ml, respectively.  相似文献

This study describes an approach for remote measuring of on-site temperature and particle concentration using magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) via simulation and also experimentally. The sensor model indicates that under different applied magnetic fields, the magnetization equation of the MNPs can be discretized to give a higher-order nonlinear equation in two variables that consequently separates information regarding temperature and particle concentration. As a result, on-site tissue temperature or nanoparticle concentration can be determined using remote detection of the magnetization. In order to address key issues in the higher-order equation we propose a new solution method of the first-order model from the perspective of the generalized inverse matrix. Simulations for solving the equation, as well as to optimize the solution of higher equations, were carried out. In the final section we describe a prototype experiment used to investigate the measurement of the temperature in which we used a superconducting magnetometer and commercial MNPs. The overall error after nine repeated measurements was found to be less than 0.57?K within 310-350?K, with a corresponding root mean square of less than 0.55?K. A linear relationship was also found between the estimated concentration of MNPs and the sample's mass.  相似文献

This work was developed with an aqueous suspension of maghemite nanoparticles and colloidal emulsions with nanoparticles of magnetite. The nanoparticles were synthesized by co-precipitation method. The first was the magnetic emulsion nanoparticles of maghemite dispersed in the aqueous extract obtained from the leaf embauba (Cecropia Obtusifolia), whose tree is native to Central and South America. Thereby achieving the magnetic fluid extract embauba stabilized with ionic buffer solution pH 7.4. A second emulsion was prepared with colloidal magnetite nanoparticles with surfaces previously coated with oleic acid as a means of dispersing and using the oil extracted from in nature seed Andiroba (Carapa Guianensis), tree of the Brazilian Amazon. These new magnetic fluids the nanoparticles were characterized by Photoacoustic spectroscopy (PAS) to determine the coating layer of molecules on the surfaces of nanoparticles. In aqueous ionic magnetic fluid Cecropia Obtusifolia (MFCO) chlorogenic acid contributes to the electron density in the presence of four groups alcohols, a ketone group and a carboxylic group. In magnetic fluid-based oil andiroba MFAD PAS spectra show that oleic acid molecules are tightly linked on the surface of the nanoparticles.  相似文献
