以甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯丁酯对ＳＢＳ进行接枝改性，研究了ＳＢＳ用量，引发剂浓度，单体配比，聚合温度，反应时间，增粘剂用量多种因素对胶液剥离强度的影响，所制得胶液用于粘接ＳＢＳ和皮类材料的９０°剥离强度最刘可达９１Ｎ／ｃｍ，可稳定在７０Ｎ／ｃｍ以上。

Toward better wireload models in the presence of obstacles

Wirelength estimation techniques typically contain a site density function that enumerates all possible path sites for each wirelength in an architecture and an occupation probability function that assigns a probability to each of these paths to be occupied by a wire. In this paper, we apply a generating polynomial technique to derive complete expressions for site density functions which take effects of layout region aspect ratio and the presence of obstacles into account. The effect of an obstacle is separated into two parts: the terminal redistribution effect and the blockage effect. The layout region aspect ratio and the obstacle area are observed to have a much larger effect on the wirelength distribution than the obstacle's aspect ratio and location. Accordingly, we suggest that these two parameters be included as indices of lookup tables in wireload models. Our results apply to a priori wirelength estimation schemes in chip planning tools to improve parasitic estimation accuracy and timing closure; this is particularly relevant for system-on-chip designs where IP blocks are combined with row-based layout     

高灵敏度生物阻抗检测系统的设计

设计了一种基于谐振状态下反射阻抗的耦合原理的高灵敏度阻抗检测方法，具有激励电流小、反应灵敏、电路简单等优点。该检测方法可以取代目前的生物阻抗检测方法，为人体阻抗检测、断层成像提供了安全、可靠的工具，具有广泛的应用前景。

 本文研究了河南南阳膨胀土的强度特性。研究的内容包括现状强度、长期强度和其他非常规条件下的强度。研究的方法采用室内与现状相结合和宏观与微观相结合的方法,在分析中特别注意土中的裂隙结构面对强度的影响。为规划中的“南水北调”中线工程引水渠道的安全施工与正常运用提供参考,并对工程中应如何取用强度值提出了建议。     

Synthesis and characterization of side‐chain liquid‐crystalline elastomers containing cholesterol

A series of new smectic and cholesteric liquid‐crystalline elastomers were prepared by graft polymerization of mesogenic monomer with the chiral and nonmesogenic crosslinking agent using polymethylhydrosiloxane as backbone. The chemical structures of the monomers and polymers obtained were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectra. The mesomorphic properties were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry, polarizing optical microscopy, and X‐ray diffraction measurements. M₁ showed cholesteric phase during the heating and the cooling cycle. Polymer P₁, elastomers P₂ and P₃ exhibited smectic phase, elastomers P₄? P₆ showed chiral smectic C phase, P₇ showed cholesteric phase, and P₈ displayed stress‐induced birefringence. The elastomers containing less than 15 mol % M₂ displayed elasticity and reversible phase transition with wide mesophase temperature ranges. Experimental results demonstrated that the glass transition temperatures, the isotropization temperatures, and the mesophase temperature ranges decreased with increasing content of the crosslinking unit. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 用深能级瞬态谱方法研究多晶硅薄膜的晶粒界面态

本文发展了一个改进的深能级瞬态谱方法——C~2DLTS方法,并将该方法应用于硅离于注入再结晶法处理的多晶硅薄膜的晶粒界面态的研究。实验结果表明:多晶硅薄膜的晶粒界面态和硅离子注入后多晶硅薄膜的晶粒组成结构是密切相关的。     

Transfection of a reporter plasmid into cultured cells by sonoporation in vitro

Cultured Chinese hamster ovary cells were exposed to 2.25-MHz ultrasound in sterile 4.5-mL polyethylene chambers and tested for cell lysis, sonoporation and DNA transfection. Ten percent of Albunex, a gas-body-based ultrasound contrast agent, was added to ensure cavitation nucleation, and the chambers were rotated at 60 rpm to promote cavitation activity during the 1-min exposures. Uptake of large fluorescent dextran molecules by some cells was observed for spatial peak pressure amplitudes as low as 0.1 MPa, which indicates transient permeabilization and resealing, i.e., sonoporation, of these cells during exposure. Significant lysis occurred for 0.2 MPa, and increased rapidly for exposures above the apparent cavitation threshold (using the H2O2 production test) of about 0.4 MPa spatial peak pressure amplitude. In the DNA transfection tests, 20 micrograms/mL luciferase reporter plasmid was added to the suspension during exposure, and cells were assayed for proliferation ability and luciferase gene expression 2 days after exposure. Cell proliferation was greatly reduced above the cavitation threshold. Luciferase production was significant for 0.20-MPa exposure, and reached 0.33 ng per 10(6) cells at 0.8-MPa exposure. The luciferase production was great for cells exposed in medium supplemented with serum than for cells exposed in serum-free medium. Cells harvested for exposure either in the log phase or in the stationary phase of culture gave similar proliferation and transfection results. The effects essentially disappeared when the Albunex was omitted from the suspension and the tube was not rotated. Thus, sonoporation by ultrasonic cavitation in the rotating tube system yields plasmid transfection with subsequent transient gene expression.
