Carbon dioxide capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) is regarded as an important carbon emissions reduction technology response to climate change. Though some full-chain CCUS pilot projects have operated in China, many barriers exist when stepping up to commercial applications, including significant negative perceptions of the environmental risk of CCUS. Therefore, to tailor constructive training or outreach programs for public acceptance of CCUS in China, a large national survey of public perceptions of CCUS technology was conducted in 2013. The questionnaire contained four themes focusing on people with a tertiary education. Six hundred paper–pencil questionnaires were dispatched to 22 universities/enterprises across 19 provinces and 2 municipalities, with a response rate of 95%. The results show that 91.4% of the participants agreed that the earth was experiencing climate change, and 74.3% were interested in low-carbon technologies, but while 22% had heard of CCUS, although with limited knowledge, only 3.6% had a good understanding of the technology. The results from the second part of the questionnaire show that 80.4% of participants believed that CCUS may help to mitigate the impacts of global warming, but the “Not in My Back Yard” (NIMBY) phenomenon was obvious from the location-based objections to transportation and storage processes. In addition, ten listed CCUS environmental management policies received extensive recognition from the participants, and about half of the participants considered that the related government departments should be responsible for environmental management as a first priority. The survey also indicates that the most trusted sources through which the survey participants obtain CCUS information are academic journals and textbooks, television, radio and newspapers, expert lectures and brochures on CCUS demonstration projects. According to the survey of public awareness of the environmental impact and management of CCUS technology in China, CCUS technology rates well for environmental benefits, but high environmental risk perceptions of CCUS lead to a lower acceptance of this carbon emissions reduction technology.  相似文献

Owing to the strong affinity of thiols to Au and Ag, they are often employed to modify the surfaces of nanoparticles (NPs). Recently, these strong ligand-interface interactions have been employed to control NP growth, and this technique has emerged as a unique modulation strategy for creating unconventional plasmonic hybrid nanostructures. In these systems, the roles of the non-mercapto components of the thiol molecules and their structures are still unknown. Therefore, we herein present our investigation into this phenomenon. Primary amino (–NH2) groups in thiols are found to play a key role in regulating growth kinetics, i.e., in accelerating Ag deposition on Au NPs. The–NH2 groups are thought to bring Ag ions to the particle surface by coordinating to them, and thereby assist their reduction. The effect of molecular structure is non-trivial and thus provides the possibility of selective thiol detection. Based on the dependence of kinetic modulation on the non-mercapto components and molecular structures of molecules, we demonstrate the highly sensitive and specific detection of cysteine (limit of detection: 6 nM) in a mixture of 19 natural amino acids based on Ag growth on Au nanospheres. In addition, based on this modulation effect, we reveal the entrapping of chiral thiols within the growth layer through their plasmonic circular dichroism (PCD) responses. We believe that thiol-based growth regulation has great potential for creating plasmonic nanostructures with novel functionalities.

四角切圆燃烧锅炉,存在着稳燃和结渣的矛盾,一次风微反切技术已在多台锅炉上得到应用,较好地解决了这对矛盾并能在一定程度上降低NOx的排放量。本文把湍流理论和多相流动理论应用于炉内空气动力场的计算机数值模拟,用投影法编制的计算软件对600MW锅炉炉内流动进行了计算,得出了一次风反切系统中炉内速度场、实际切圆、颗粒运动轨迹等结果,与冷炉和冷模试验基本吻合,对一次风反切系统的设计和调试具有参考价值。  相似文献

在炮弹引信铆点机器视觉识别中,有效消除图像中各种干扰、正确提取铆点特征是关键,解决好铆点特征的准确提取问题,是炮弹引信安全破除铆点的前提条件;根据铆点的结构特点,分析了产生各种干扰的原因及特点,在高斯滤波,阀值分割、形态学运算等基本运算的基础上,提出了一种基于行扫描的铆点特征提取方法;测试结果表明,提出的方法可行,铆点正确识别率达到90%以上,具有高效性和很好的鲁棒性的铆点特征提取,使得炮弹铆点的准确破除成为可能.  相似文献

为了实时、精确地测量电厂锅炉水中磷酸根离子浓度,以Lambert--Beer定律为测量原理,研制了一种高精度磷酸根分析仪;系统采用MSP430F149为核心控制器,包含数据采集模块、存储显示模块、外围控制模块和智能报警模块等,提供数据采集和处理、触摸式人机交互、串口通信、智能报警等功能;仪表重复性测量实验和误差性测量实验的数据表明,仪表能准确的测量磷酸根离子浓度,工作稳定性好,可靠性高,符合电厂检测磷酸根浓度的要求.  相似文献

This paper considers observer-based actuator fault detection and reconstruction problems for uncertain nonlinear systems. Based on a kind of full-order observer which is robust to disturbances but sensitive to actuator faults, a single detection observer is constructed to produce a residual which can be used to alarm the occurrence of the actuator faults when at least one actuator fault occurs indeed. The full-order observer is adaptive one because an adaptation law which can adjust the Lipschitz constant of Lipschitz term is introduced. For this reason, the Lipschitz constant can be unknown in our design. After this, a kind of reduced-order observer is developed by choosing a special observer gain matrix. Based on the reduced-order observer, we provide a kind of unknown information estimating method which can be used to not only reconstruct the actuator faults but also estimate the disturbances of the system. In simulation, a real model of the seventh-order aircraft is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.  相似文献

Acquisitional issues widely exist in GPS and sensor networks. They pertain to where, when, and how often data is physically acquired (sampled) and delivered to some query processing systems. Due to the dynamic environment that the data is acquired with the change of monitoring time, acquisitional data are typically a time-stamped stream where a time-stamped value could either contain noises or be missing. Aiming to improve the quality of data acquisition, we focus on the explanations of missing values in this paper. Several techniques have been developed to provide the explanation on relational data, however, they cannot be directly applied in acquisitional stream data due to its dynamic feature, such as the “change” of acquisitional stream data between two adjacent monitoring time is often constrained by some rules. We show that an explanation could be incorrect or unreasonable if those constraints are not taken into account. We propose one novel chasing technique by considering both spatial and temporal correlations to explain missing values and guarantee a minimal explanation. Experimental results show that our approach can efficiently return high-quality and minimal explanations of missing values.  相似文献
