A metallurgical through‐process model is presented which describes the microstructural evolution and predicts the final mechanical properties of low carbon steel during hot strip rolling. Process models concern the thermal and deformation phenomena, which take into account the strain, strain rate and temperature distribution along the length of the strip. And the metallurgical models cover five modules, which are (i) austenitization of cast slab in reheating furnace, (ii) recrystallization of austenite in hot rolling, (iii) phase transformation of austenite‐ferrite in laminar cooling on the run‐out‐table, (iv) grain growth after coiling, and (v) final structure‐mechanical properties of products. Temperature is the main parameter and has dominant influence on the microstrutural evolution and the mechanical properties. The related temperature variation in hot strip rolling concerns air cooling, scaling, water cooling, heat transmission by roll contact, heat generation by deformation and friction. These complex factors are incorporated into the thermal models to simulate the temperature distribution along the length of the strip from the reheating furnace exit to the down‐coiler. A self‐learning algorithm is employed to improve the calculation accuracy and the computational temperatures are compared with the measured ones at typical locations. In the structure‐property relationships, two key process parameters (e.g., finishing exit temperature (FT7) and coiling temperature (CT)) are introduced in the model to consider the influence of morphology of microstructure on mechanical properties. 相似文献

Numerical analyses have been performed to study the influence of fast depressurization on the wake flow field of the base-bleed unit (BBU) with a secondary combustion when the base-bleed projectile is propelled out of the muzzle. Two-dimensional axisymmetric Navier-Stokes equations for a multi-component chemically reactive system is solved by Fortran program to calculate the couplings of the internal flow field and wake flow field with consideration of the combustion of the base-bleed propellant and secondary combustion effect. Based on the comparison with the experiments, the unsteady variation mechanism and secondary combustion characteristic of wake flow field under fast depressurization process is obtained numerically. The results show that in the fast depressurization process, the variation extent of the base pressure of the BBU is larger in first 0.9 ms and then decreases gradually and after 1.5 ms, it remains basically stable. The pressure and temperature of the base-bleed combustion chamber experience the decrease and pickup process. Moreover, after the pressure and temperature decrease to the lowest point, the phenomenon that the external gases are flowing back into the base-bleed combustion chamber appears. Also, with the decrease of the initial pressure, the unsteady process becomes shorter and the temperature gradient in the base-bleed combustion chamber declines under the fast depressurization process, which benefits the combustion of the base-bleed propellant. 相似文献

Viscosity data for ionic liquids (ILs) are needed for the theoretical study on viscosity or for the design/development of industrial process that involves ILs; understanding the relationship between ionic structure and viscosity is also desired to more rationally design and synthesize ILs with ideal viscosity. A database for the viscosity of pure ILs and their binary/ternary mixtures with molecular compounds is created by performing a comprehensive collection from published scientific literature sources worldwide covering the period from 1970 to 2009. In this database, there are 5046 data entries, 696 ILs, 306 cations, and 138 anions. Following the database, a direct observation of the effects of ionic structure along with temperature, pressure, and impurity on the viscosity is summarized, and a quantitative structure‐property relationship (QSPR) correlation is performed to understand the viscosity at a micro‐electronic or molecular level. Gross domestic product (GDP) reflects a nation or region’s economic growth as a whole, and is the sum of product in the primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors of the economy in the area. However, statistical GDP data is problematic in integrated application with geographical data. The GDP spatialization data, which shows the GDP in grid cells and often is obtained by operating a spatialization model, is more useful than its officially published statistical data recorded by administrative units in both spatial representation and application. Thus, there is a need to improve the GDP spatialization models, and to present these models in a way as clear and transparent as possible. In this article, by taking China’s continental coastal area as a case study area, we combined economic census data, land-use data, and night-time light data together, and developed a technique that we call the ‘dynamic regionalization’ method to improve the GDP spatialization products. We then created GDP spatialization models for three sectors of the economy (i.e. the primary, the secondary, and the tertiary sector) in 2000, 2005, and 2010, respectively. We find the following. (1) Because the ‘overglow’ effect of night-time light data has a bad influence on spatialization models, we used land-use data to distinguish the distribution plots of the tertiary sector on night-time light images. Compared with setting a threshold merely, land-use data can more effectively remove the ‘overglow’ effect. (2) Owing to the prominent spatial heterogeneity of GDP distribution in China’s continental coastal area, building one spatialization model for the whole area would probably produce the estimated products with poor accuracy, so the ‘dynamic regionalization’ method was adopted to dynamically divide the whole study area into several subregions, and build separate spatialization models for each subregion. The accuracy assessment showed that the new method improved the accuracy of GDP spatialization data, especially in the area with high spatial heterogeneity. 相似文献

Metallization of positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistors deposited by direct current magnetron sputtering has been
investigated. Two kinds of multilayer thin films, namely Ti/NiCu/Ag and Al/NiCu/Ag, are proposed as electrode materials. Conventional
NiCr/Ag thin film serves as reference electrode in the experiment. Experimental results show that the newly proposed electrodes
exhibit good performance including low ohmic contact, firm adhesion, fine solderability and stability. The surface resistances
at room temperature of Ti/NiCu/Ag and Al/NiCu/Ag PTC range from 4.3 to 6.2 Ω, and they change little in moisture condition.
The average tensile strength is 6.3 Mpa, which provides firm adhesion between electrode and substrate. At solderability test,
the new electrodes can withstand the soakage of lead-free solder at 350 °C for 5 s and the properties remain stable after
