纺牵—步法中粗旦丙纶长丝沸水收缩率初探

在纺牵联合一步法纺丝机上研究了丙纶切片的熔融指数对纤维沸水收缩率的影响，发现熔融指数高的切片，其纤维的沸水收缩率变化大。沸水收缩率随热定型的温度升高而下降。沸水收缩率可根据用户提供中心值（Ｍ）通过实验确定，一般以Ｍ±１．５为宜。     

Toughening by Metallic Lamina in Nickel/Alumina Composites

Tape casting and hot-pressing were used to produce metal/ alumina laminate composites. The mechanical behavior of these laminates was characterized. The strength and toughness of the laminates were greatly improved in comparison to that of monolithic alumina. Indentation strength values of the laminates remained approximately constant for indent loads between 10 and 100 N. Thus, this type of laminate appears to be a good candidate for damage-tolerant composite material design.     

环己烷液相无催化剂的氧化动力学研究

采用搅拌釜反应器,在确认已排除传质因素对反应速率影响的情况下,研究了环己烷液相无催化剂的氧化反应动力学。应用自由基理论及最优化计算技术,从导出的8个候选动力学模型中,确定了最佳的动力学模型,它能满意地描述环已烷氧化过程。该动力学可为环己烷氧化工业生产操作条件的优化、反应器的选型及工业设计提供依据。     

Electrochemical preparation of epinephrine/Nafion chemically modified electrodes and their electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid and dopamine

Two types of epinephrine and cyclized epinephrine quinone films have been prepared using cyclic voltammetry from the epinephrine in the strong acidic solutions and neutral aqueous solutions over different scanning potential ranges. The cyclic voltammogram of the epinephrine film is characterized by one redox couple at about +0.5 V (versus Ag|AgCl) and cyclized epinephrine quinone film exhibits one redox couples at about −0.15 V (versus Ag|AgCl) .In addition to cyclic voltammetry and an electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM) were used to study the growth mechanism of the epinephrine and cyclized epinephrine quinone molecules. The electrocatalytic oxidation of catecholamines (dopamine and norepinephrine) and also ascorbic acid were investigated in acidic aqueous solutions using epinephrine films. The rotating ring-disk electrode technique was used to investigate the mechanism of electrochemical oxidation of dopamine and ascorbic acid.

窑炉用热电阻、热电偶智能温度测量板的设计

温度是影响陶瓷烧成质量的关键因素,介绍了一种适用于测量各种窑炉不同部位温度的智能温度测量板,由于该系统在不同的测温部位分别采用了热电阻和热电偶,克服了一般测温系统在连接不同的测温传感器需要更换不同的测温模板、成本高、使用不方便等不足,并具有适用性强、测温精度高等优点。     

Interfacial polyfunctional condensation: Curing reaction

Heat treatment of films obtained by interfacial condensation of 4,4′-methylene dianiline (MDA) or ethylene diamine (EDA) in water and 1,2,4,5-benzenetetra acyl chloride (BTAC) in dichloromethane were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), ¹H-and ¹³C-nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry (FABMS), an elemental analyzer, and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The reaction scheme for forming the polyimide is presented. Films were synthesized from the aromatic diamine and from the aliphatic diamine system. Both must go through two-stage thermal treatment to form the structure of the imide. The first stage of this reaction is the imidization of the polyamic acid, and the second is the reaction to imidization of the functional amide group linked to the neighboring carbon on the benzene ring. After thermal treatment, the films will maintain good heat resistance. The difference between the mentioned interfacial synthetic polyimide and the conventional synthetic polyimide is that no isoimide and anhydride groups are found in the former. But the thickness of the film is limited by the nature of interfacial polymerization. In our reaction system, the maximum thickness of the film did not exceed 20 μm.

本文分析了70年代以来国际化工设备朝单系列大型化及高压力的发展趋势,以及高效能、低能耗的要求,在这个基础上介绍当前国内外化工设备新设备研制及旧设备改造的进展情况。最后提出对广州市、广东省在“八·五”期间化工设备技术的展望:乙烯设备国产化与旧设备的更新换代,进行技术改造。
