A simple terahertz (THz) cavity and a TEA CO2 laser for the optically pumped THz emission is studied experimentally. To obtain high peak power of pump laser, pressure
ratios of gas mixture in the cavity of the TEA CO2 laser are discussed. When CH3OH are pumped by the 9P(16) and 9P(36) CO2 laser lines, the generation of terahertz radiation with energy as high as 353 μJ and 307 μJ are obtained, respectively. The
corresponding photon conversion efficiencies are 0.705% and 0.29%. Meanwhile, higher peak power of pump laser effectively
improves the photon conversion efficiency. And the optimum THz laser pressure increases with narrower pulse width of pump

We report an efficient non‐doped all‐polymer polymer white‐light‐emitting diode (PWLED) with a fluorescent three‐color, white single polymer as an emissive layer, an ethanol‐soluble phosphonate‐functionalized polyfluorene (PF‐EP) as an electron‐injection/electron‐transport layer, and LiF/Al as a cathode, respectively. The all‐polymer PWLED achieves a peak external quantum efficiency of 6.7%, a forward viewing luminous efficiency of 15.4 cd A?1 and a power efficiency of 11.4 lm W?1, respectively, at a brightness of 347 cd m?2 with Commission Internationale d’Eclairage coordinates of (0.37, 0.42) and color rendering index of 85, which is the best results among the non‐doped PWLEDs. Moreover, this kind of PWLED not only shows excellent color stability, but also achieves high brightness at low voltages. The brightness reaches 1000, 10000, and 46830 cd m?2 at voltages of 4.5, 5.4, and 7.5 V, respectively. The significant enhancement of white‐single‐polymer‐based PWLEDs with PF‐EP/LiF/Al to replace for the commonly used Ca/Al cathode is attributed to the more efficient electron injection at PF‐EP/LiF/Al interfaces, and the coordinated protecting effect of PF‐EP from diffusion of Al atoms into the emissive layer and exciton‐quenching near cathode interfaces. The developed highly efficient non‐doped all‐polymer PWLEDs are well suitable for solution‐processing technology and provide a huge potential of low‐cost large‐area manufacturing for PWLEDs. 相似文献

The self‐assembly of sodium dodecyl benzene sulphonate (SDBS) functionalized graphene sheets (GSs) and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) by electrostatic attraction into novel hierarchical nanostructures in aqueous solution is reported. Data from scanning electron microscopy, high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy, and X‐ray diffraction demonstrate that the HRP–GSs bionanocomposites feature ordered hierarchical nanostructures with well‐dispersed HRP intercalated between the GSs. UV‐vis and infrared spectra indicate the native structure of HRP is maintained after the assembly, implying good biocompatibility of SDBS‐functionalized GSs. Furthermore, the HRP–GSs composites are utilized for the fabrication of enzyme electrodes (HRP–GSs electrodes). Electrochemical measurements reveal that the resulting HRP–GSs electrodes display high electrocatalytic activity to H2O2 with high sensitivity, wide linear range, low detection limit, and fast amperometric response. These desirable electrochemical performances are attributed to excellent biocompatibility and superb electron transport efficiency of GSs as well as high HRP loading and synergistic catalytic effect of the HRP–GSs bionanocomposites toward H2O2. As graphene can be readily non‐covalently functionalized by “designer” aromatic molecules with different electrostatic properties, the proposed self‐assembly strategy affords a facile and effective platform for the assembly of various biomolecules into hierarchically ordered bionanocomposites in biosensing and biocatalytic applications. 相似文献

Novel donor–acceptor rod–coil diblock copolymers of regioregular poly(3‐hexylthiophene) ( P3HT )‐block‐poly(2‐phenyl‐5‐(4‐vinylphenyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiaz‐ole) ( POXD ) are successfully synthesized by the combination of a modified Grignard metathesis reaction ( GRIM ) and atom transfer radical polymerization ( ATRP ). The effects of the block ratios of the P3HT donor and POXD pendant acceptor blocks on the morphology, field effect transistor mobility, and memory device characteristics are explored. The TEM, SAXS, WAXS, and AFM results suggest that the coil block fraction significantly affects the chain packing of the P3HT block and depresses its crystallinity. The optical absorption spectra indicate that the intramolecular charge transfer between the main chain P3HT donor and the side chain POXD acceptor is relatively weak and the level of order of P3HT chains is reduced by the incorporation of the POXD acceptor. The field effect transistor (FET) hole mobility of the system exhibits a similar trend on the optical properties, which are also decreased with the reduced ordered P3HT crystallinity. The low‐lying highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level (–6.08 eV) of POXD is employed as charge trap for the electrical switching memory devices. P3HT‐ b ‐POXD exhibits a non‐volatile bistable memory or insulator behavior depending on the P3HT / POXD block ratio and the resulting morphology. The ITO/ P3HT44 ‐b‐ POXD18 /Al memory device shows a non‐volatile switching characteristic with negative differential resistance (NDR) effect due to the charge trapped POXD block. These experimental results provide the new strategies for the design of donor‐acceptor rod‐coil block copolymers for controlling morphology and physical properties as well as advanced memory device applications. 相似文献

In this paper, multicast capacity and delay trade‐offs of mobile ad hoc networks are considered under random independently and identically distributed (iid) mobility model. Compared with unicast, multicast can reduce the overall network load by a factor with high probability (whp) in static random ad hoc networks, where k is the number of destination nodes in a multicast session. So we firstly discuss whether the law still holds in mobile random ad hoc networks, and in this case what delay should be tolerated. Through the relation between average retransmissions and multicast capacity, we prove that order of multicast capacity is not achievable whp, and delay for multicast capacity is , where is the number of ad hoc nodes in the whole networks, and and c is a positive constant. Then achievable throughput whp is considered. The nearest neighbor transmission strategy is introduced by Grossglauser and Tse to achieve throughput which is so far the highest achievable unicast capacity. So the multicast capacity of mobile ad hoc networks under this strategy is studied. The analysis shows that under any multicast routing scheme based on the nearest neighbor transmission strategy, the upper bound on multicast capacity is whp. Then we propose a multicast routing and scheduling scheme by which mobile ad hoc networks can achieve throughput whp, and must tolerate total network delay. 采用直流电化学刻蚀方法制备扫描隧道显微镜钨针尖,研究了电化学刻蚀过程中NaOH溶液浓度、钨丝浸入长度和刻蚀电压对针尖形貌的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测量针尖曲率半径和针尖纵横比值,以表征针尖的尺寸和形状;通过能谱仪(EDS)分析针尖表面成分,以表征表面清洁度;通过场发射显微镜(FEM)得到Fowler-Nordheim (F-N)曲线来检测针尖发射性能。实验结果表明,当溶液浓度为2 mol/L、钨丝浸入长度为4 mm、刻蚀电压为3 V时,可以得到曲率半径约为100 nm、纵横比值为13的针尖,且表面无钨的氧化层。FEM结果显示当对针尖施加500 V的负偏压时,针尖可以稳定发射50 nA量级的电流,且针尖性能具有良好的一致性。 相似文献

A high performance 3 inch 0.5 μ m InP DHBT technology with three interconnecting layers has been developed. The epitaxial layer structure and geometry parameters of the device were carefully studied to get the required performances. The 0.5×5 μm2 InP DHBTs demonstrated ft=350 GHz, fmax=532 GHz and BVCEO=4.8 V, which were modeled using Agilent-HBT large signal model. As a benchmark circuit, a dynamic frequency divider operating from 110 to 220 GHz has been designed, fabricated and measured with this technology. The ultra-high-speed 0.5 μm InP DHBT technology offers a combination of ultra-high-speed and high breakdown voltage, which makes it an ideal candidate for next generation 100 GHz+mixed signal integrated circuits. 相似文献

由于计算机的体积不断缩小,CPU散热器的散热效果对CPU工作性能的影响越加明显,在智能计算机的有限空间散热问题值得深入讨论和研究.本文利用ANSYS软件建立了CPU散热器的三维有限元模型,对其进行热学性能分析.通过改变散热器鳍片角度得到了散热器的温度分布云图和热梯度分布云图,然后对离散数据进行线性拟合,分析了不同角度的散热器鳍片分别与最大温降、热流量、最大长度值之间的函数关系.研究表明,不同角度的鳍片对散热器的散热效果产生一定的影响,为散热器的优化设计提供了重要依据. 相似文献
