In—situ Composite Based on Poly （ethylene terephthalate）,Polyamide and Polyethylene with Microfibres Formed through Extrusion and Hot Stretching

In-situ composites based on dispersed poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET) or polyamide (PA),and continuous Polyethylene (PE) were prepared through a single screw extruder of Haake rheometer system with a rod-die relatively small in diameter.The extrudate was drawn at a drawing ratio of 3.1,and then quickly cooled in cold water.The specimens were obtained by injection molding at processing temperatures less than 190℃，far below the melting temperature of PET (265℃) and PA (230℃),which can maintain the solid state of PET and PA microfiber phase in the composites.Morphological observation with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicated that PET and PA can more or less form in-situ microfibers at compositions studied (0-20 wt pct PET or PA),and especially,PET and PA were almost deformed into fibers at the concentration of 15wt pct.Eensile strength and especially.PET and PA were almost deformed into fibers at the concentration of 15wt pct.Tensile strength and modulus of the blends reinforced by PET or PA microfibers showed to be increased from the tensile test results.The most noticeable improvement of the tensile properties occurred at 15wt pct of PET in PET/PE system,corresponding to the highest microfiber content,where the tensile strength reached 32.5 MPa,whereas only 19.5 MPa for the pure PE.     

Electrorheological Fluids Based on Titania Particles Coated with Silica and Their Application in Smart Windows

The electrorheological (ER) fluids are colloidal suspension of highly polarizable particles in a non-conducting solvent.Chains of submicron-sized particles formed along an applied DC electric field by the so-called electrorheological effect.According to the obvious change of transmittance of the ER fluids in a DC electric field when the polarized particles arranged along the field,the model of smart window was proposed by sandwiching the ER fluids based on titania particles coated with silica between a pair of In-Sn oxide (ITO) coated glasses.The solar transmittance change as much as 48.0% was obtained with the wavelength of 500 nm at the maximum on applying and removing the electric field of 500V/mm.

液相色谱法测定萘普生中间体1-(6-甲氧基-2-萘基)乙醇

建立了萘普生中间体 1 (6 甲氧基 2 萘基 )乙醇的高效液相色谱分析方法。流动相 :甲醇 +水 =80 + 2 0 (v/v ) ,在C18柱上UV 2 38nm下测定其含量 ,方法精密度为 0 19,变异系数为 0 2 7% ,回收率在 98 5 %～ 10 0 4 %之间     

Ion implantation doping of OMCVD grown GaN

Doping by ion implantation using Si, O, Mg, and Ca has been studied in single crystal semi-insulating and n-type GaN grown on a-sapphire substrates. The n-and p-type dopants used in this study are Si and O; Mg and Ca, respectively. Room temperature activation of Si and O donors has been achieved after 1150°C annealing for 120 s. The activation of Mg and Ca acceptors is too low to measure at both room temperature and 300°C. Using higher doses to achieve a measurable p-type conduction increases the amount of damage created by the implantation. Rutherford back scattering measurements on this material indicate that the damage is still present even after the maximum possible heat treatment. Secondary ion mass spectrometry measurements have indicated a redistribution in the measured profiles of Mg due to annealing.     

Fast‐scale bifurcation in power‐factor‐correction buck‐boost converters and effects of incompatible periodicities

In this paper, we derive the discrete‐time model for the power‐factor‐correction (PFC) buck‐boost converter in terms of a stroboscopic switching map. Fast‐scale instability is analysed through a fold diagram, which exposes the periodicity of the operation as well as the locations of the critical phase angles of the line voltage at which instability begins to occur along a half‐line cycle. The asymmetrical locations of the critical phase angles along a half‐line cycle is explained in terms of ‘under‐developed’ bifurcation. 本文对有关互连网络拓扑等价的分析方法作了简单评述。并采用互连网络拓扑等价的图分析法分析了自由空间光学互连全交叉网络与ＳＷ榕树网络的拓扑等价及其多样性，拓展了全交叉网络在数字光计算、光子交换及多处理机系统的潜在应用。     

CALCULATION ON TWO-PHASE FLOW TRANSIENTS AND THEIR EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH

From basic equations of gas-liquid, solid-liquid, solid-gas two-phase flow, the calculating method on flow transients of two-phase flow is developed by means of characteristic method. As one example, a gas-liquid flow transient is calculated and it agrees well with the experimental result. It is shown that the method is satisfactory for engineering demand.
