AutoCAD、StruCAD 3D及SolidWorks软件在石油井架、底座强度校核中的应用

分别使用AutoCAD、StruCAD 3D及Solid Works软件在石油井架、底座校核中进行强度分析,AutoCAD软件的主要优势在工程制图领域,兼具强度分析功能,适用于单个形状比较规则的型材强度分析;StruCAD 3D是专门针对大型钢结构进行强度校核的分析软件,具有强大的计算处理功能,兼具风载处理能力,在处理大型、复杂结构的时候应优先考虑应用该软件;当遇到需要进行实体造型、模拟实际情况进行校核时,SolidWorks软件较为方便,可以直观地看到应变情况。     

胡萝卜丁中维生素C在热风辅助射频干燥过程中降解的动力学模型

目的研究热风辅助射频(hot air-assisted radio frequency,HA-RF)干燥过程中维生素C随温度变化的降解动力学模型。方法在6.5 cm极板间距和60℃热风系统条件下进行HA-RF干燥,重点研究胡萝卜丁中维生素C在干燥过程中的降解动力学,包括脱氢抗坏血酸(dehydroascorbic acid,DHAA)和抗坏血酸(ascorbic acid,AA)。总维生素C含量采用2,4-硝基苯肼分光光度法测定,AA采用2,6-二氯吲哚酚滴定法测定。结果HA-RF干燥过程中维生素C的降解规律符合一级可逆模型,其降解活化能为40.54 kJ/mol。DHAA活化能为35.83 kJ/mol,表明DHAA的稳定性低于AA。结论本研究使用的干燥温度为62.5~77.5℃,较高的干燥温度下维生素C降解速率较高,较低处理温度下的降解过程具有更好的模型适应度(R2>0.98)。     

THE effect of Srandom DOPANT fluctuation on threshold voltage and drain current variation in junctionless nanotransistors

We investigate the effect of dopant random fluctuation on threshold voltage and drain current variation in a two-gate nanoscale transistor. We used a quantum-corrected technology computer aided design simulation to run the simulation (10000 randomizations). With this simulation, we could study the effects of varying the dimensions (length and width), and thicknesses of oxide and dopant factors of a transistor on the threshold voltage and drain current in subthreshold region (off) and overthreshold (on). It was found that in the subthreshold region the variability of the drain current and threshold voltage is relatively fixed while in the overthreshold region the variability of the threshold voltage and drain current decreases remarkably, despite the slight reduction of gate voltage diffusion (compared with that of the subthreshold). These results have been interpreted by using previously reported models for threshold current variability, load displacement, and simple analytical calculations. Scaling analysis shows that the variability of the characteristics of this semiconductor increases as the effects of the short channel increases. Therefore, with a slight increase of length and a reduction of width, oxide thickness, and dopant factor, we could correct the effect of the short channel.     

9000m顶部驱动钻井装置结构选型研究

为大幅提高钻井效率,针对9 000 m钻井深度对顶驱的设计要求,通过比较顶驱装置关键部分几种典型的结构,提出适合该型号顶部驱动钻井装置的最优结构形式,为后续9 000 m钻井深度顶部驱动钻井装置的研究提供指导和借鉴。     

双馈风机低电压穿越的改进技术

为提高电压跌落条件下双馈风电机组的运行稳定性,介绍了crowbar与chopper共同配合作用的低电压穿越技术,并从提高crowbar阻值整定上限这一角度通过理论分析与仿真验证说明了crowbar与chopper配合作用的优势。提出低电压穿越过程中机侧变流器的无扰切换控制方法,通过仿真验证了这种方法可以大大减少crowbar投切次数与低穿过渡时间,且控制简单可行。     

500 kV 开关弹簧机构支架螺栓断裂的原因分析及处理

HPL500B2型弹簧机构支架(BA)螺栓断裂可能导致开关分合闸失败,对其原因进行分析,发现BA螺栓由于预紧固力矩过大,接近其扭断力矩,使得作用在BA螺栓上的力偏高,BA螺栓安全系数仅为12%,安全系数较低。列出BA螺栓更换步骤及注意事项,并详细介绍分闸、合闸弹簧调整步骤,为类似事件的处理提供参考。     

不同晶相结构ZrO2负载铜基催化剂用于二乙醇胺脱氢反应

通过制备不同晶相结构〔单斜相(m-ZrO_2)、四方相(t-ZrO_2)和无定型(a-ZrO_2)〕ZrO_2载体,再通过沉积沉淀法制得Cu/m-ZrO_2、Cu/t-ZrO_2和Cu/a-ZrO_2催化剂,分别用于催化二乙醇胺脱氢合成亚氨基二乙酸反应。采用XRD、氮气物理吸附脱附、XPS、H_2-TPR、CO_2-TPD对催化剂的结构进行了表征。结果表明,Cu/m-ZrO_2催化剂界面更加有利于Cu~+/Cu~0稳定存在,具有更多的碱性位点,且抗氧化性较好。在二乙醇胺脱氢反应中,Cu/m-ZrO_2催化剂性能最好,反应时间为2.5 h,亚氨基二乙酸收率为97.64%。     

基于空气质量模拟的江苏省大气污染物排放清单比较研究

大气污染物排放清单是空气质量模拟和空气污染治理的重要依据.本研究比较分析了两套覆盖江苏省的2017年大气污染物排放清单，即分别由上海市环境科学研究院、江苏省环境科学研究院编制的"长三角清单"和"江苏省清单"，并结合区域空气质量模型CMAQ评估不同清单对长三角地区2017年1、4、7、10月的空气质量模拟的影响.清单比较结果表明，除二氧化硫（SO₂）以外，江苏省清单估算的各污染物排放量较长三角清单低.通过与观测数据比较，发现两套清单对SO₂、氮氧化物（NO_x）、臭氧（O₃）和细颗粒物（PM_2.5）的模型模拟性能均较好.江苏省清单与长三角清单两者的模拟结果空间分布接近，其中江苏省清单模拟的PM_2.5和O₃在长三角多数地区略低于长三角清单的模拟结果（1月O₃除外）.江苏省清单与长三角清单均能够用于空气质量模式模拟，可为江苏地区的细颗粒物和光化学烟雾污染的控制策略制定提供参考.     

基于WiMAX通信网络的电源监控系统的构建

分析了全球微波接入互存(WiMAX)的技术特点和算法复杂度,探讨了其在电源监控系统中的应用,提出了基于Inter WiMAX Connection 2250技术的远程电源监控系统。在讨论WiMAX物理层算法的基础上,确定了以正交频分多址(OFDMA)模式为主体的物理层通信协议,提高了信道的利用率,抑制了码间干扰,为构建电源监控系统打下了良好的基础。     

Preparation of Silver Nanowires via a Rapid,Scalable and Green Pathway

Rapid synthesis of silver nanowires(Ag NWs) with high quality and a broad processing window is challenging because of the low selectivity of the formation of multiply twinned particles at the nucleation stage for subsequent Ag NWs growth.Herein we report a systematic study of the water-involved heterogeneous nucleation of Ag NWs with high rate(less than 20 min) in a simple and scalable preparation method.Using glycerol as a reducing agent and a solvent with a high boiling point,the reaction is rapidly heated to 210 ℃ in air to synthesize Ag NWs with a very high yield in gram level.It is noted that the addition of a small dose of water plays a key role for obtaining highly pure Ag NWs in high yield,and the optimal water/glycerol ratio is0.25%.After investigating a series of forming factors including reaction temperature and dose of catalysts,the formation kinetics and mechanism of the Ag NWs are proposed.Compared to other preparation methods,our strategy is simple and reproducible.These Ag NWs show a strong Raman enhancement effect for organic molecules on their surface.
