基于软件无线电的基带调制系统设计

针对通信系统中基带调制的多模式的需求,基于软件无线电原理,用FPGA设计了一种可实现2ASK、2FSK、BPSK三种调制模块,在Quartus II环境中利用VHDL语言完成了芯片程序的设计,并对其进行了仿真和功能测试,实验结果验证了用FPGA可快速实现2ASK、2FSK和BPSK基带调制功能,调制信号稳定可靠,可以用软件来控制调制方式,系统方案正确可行,而且具有良好的稳定性和灵活性.     

一种提升泵车臂架位置检测精度的工程应用解决方案

针对在利用倾角传感器实现混凝土泵车之类的大型操作机的臂架姿态的间接测量方案中存在的因为臂架的柔性和操作机在不同姿态下自身水平状态的不同可能导致的臂架末端的理论计算值存在较大测量误差的问题,采用了一种在臂架的不同位置增加传感器来实现对臂架柔性变形大小和自身水平状态的实时检测的方法,并着重研究了针对具体的柔性变形及水平状态变化所导致的理论偏差进行实时补偿的切实可行的方法,实验检测的数据证明,相对补偿前臂架的定位精度提升了75％以上.     

基于PCI总线的通用旋转变压器解算系统设计

针对轴角参量的闭环控制和检测的局限性,设计了一种基于PCI总线的通用旋转变压器解算系统;通过DDS模块和功率放大电路产生激磁信号,在FPGA的控制下,解算芯片完成轴角参量的解算;采用FIFO机制进行数据缓存,采样时标达到0.1ms;系统具有激磁信号频率0Hz到10kHz可变、速比1∶8到1∶64可调的特点,是一种精度高、通用性好的轴角检测解决方案。     

FPGA嵌入式测试方法研究

FPGA器件的高密度化,高集成度,使得电路板越来越复杂,从外部对电路板的结构和功能执行测试变得更加困难,因此需要通过对FPGA实现嵌入式测试以便有效降低测试的难度;文中首先对FPGA的嵌入式测试的特点进行了概述,然后针对以FPGA为核心的常见电路进行了嵌入式测试方法研究,并介绍了其核心技术边界扫描测试原理,探讨了具体的实现方案,最后根据其特点简要分析了其应用前景.     

一种新的无线电高度表原位检测的高度模拟方法

针对目前对高度表进行原位检测的需求,设计了一种新的高度模拟方法;该方法的实现以ARM为核心,通过高度模拟电路产生各种需要的高度电压信号,从而达到高度模拟的目的,并且无需对机载高度表进行拆装,操作简单、快捷、可靠性较高;实验结果表明,这种方法的高度模拟精度较高,具有一定的实用价值和经济效益.     

Influence of base resistance on extracting thermal resistance for SiGe HBTs

In this article, the influence of base resistance on extracting thermal resistance for SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistors is studied and an improved approach for determining the junction temperature and thermal resistance is presented. The proposed method for extracting thermal resistance is based on the temperature sensitivity of the base–emitter (B–E) voltage when the device is biased with a fixed emitter current density. This approach not only takes into account the self‐heating during the different ambient temperature measurement but also revises the empirical equation of B–E voltage due to the influence of base resistance during the power dissipation increment measurement. Results are obtained for devices with different emitter lengths and fingers. Compared with the conventional method, the thermal resistance is about up to 15% improvement for the device with 0.3 × 1.9 μm² emitter area and 13.8% for the device with 0.3 × 13.9 μm² emitter area. The accurate thermal resistance implemented in HICUM model has resulted in better fit for transistor output characteristics. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Int J RF and Microwave CAE, 2012.     

Proactive replication for rare objects in unstructured peer-to-peer networks

Unstructured peer-to-peer (P2P) networks have become a very popular architecture for content distribution in large-scale and dynamic environments. The search efficiency problem in unstructured P2P networks has not been adequately addressed so far, especially concerning search for rare objects. In this paper, we propose a proactive replication strategy to improve search efficiency for rare objects. It uses an object-probing technique for peers to decide whether or not to establish replications for their objects when they join the network. This strategy can effectively increase the popularity of rare objects in order to enhance search efficiency. We also present a rare object search algorithm to reduce the overhead caused by the replication strategy. When a peer forwards a search request, the forward probability is calculated according to its neighbors' degrees and the number of neighbors' objects. Therefore, the search request is forwarded to the peers more likely containing target objects. Simulations show that our proactive replication strategy greatly improves search efficiency for rare objects with moderate communication overhead. The rare object search algorithm not only improves search efficiency for rare objects, but also achieves load balance in search.     

多媒体教学中的问题与对策

随着计算机技术及多媒体技术的发展,多媒体在教学中的应用越来越广泛,多媒体有着传统教学媒体不具备的独特优势,但在实际教学中也有不足之处,在教学中必须根据实际情况灵活运用多媒体才能取得理想的教学效果。     

Asymptotic dynamic solution to the mode-I propagating crack-tip field

In this paper the mode I dynamic crack-tip field propagating in perfectly plastic solid is studied. The two dimensional constitutive relation is derived from the Mises yield condition and constrain condition _z=0. Two stress functions , are introduced for plastic domain. By means of analysis of dynamic equations, the form of displacements is given. Finally, the asymptotic equations are given and solved numerically.The results show that for general compressible materials, the mode I plane strain crack-tip field is fully plastic, there is no unloading elastic region. Ahead of the crack-tip, strain possesses the ln A/r singularity.

Résumé On étudie la propagation dynamique du champ regnant à léxtrémité d'un fissure dans un solide parfaitement plastique, sous une sollicitation de mode I. Le critère d'entrée en plasticité de Von Mises sous une condition de retreint x=0 conduit à une relation constitutive à deux dimensions. On introduit deux fonctions de contraintes et pour le domaine plastique. En procédant à l'analyse des équations dynamiques, on obtient la forme des déplacements et les équations asymptotiques, que l'on résoud par voie numérique.Les résultats indiquent que, dans le cas général des compressibles, la zone à l'extrémité d'une fissure soumise à état plan de déformation sous mode I est totalement plattique, et qu'il n'y a pas de région élastique de déchargement. En avant de l'extrémité de la fissure, la déformation présente une singularité de forme In A/.
