介绍了哈尔滨炼油厂ＭＴＢＥ装置的工艺路线、新技术的应用及特点；催化剂的装填及应用情况；总结了生产过程中遇到的一系列问题及解决办法；探索了平稳生产的新徐径，以保证装置安全、平稳、长周期运行；同时对反应器操作温度、催化蒸馏塔操作压力、原料中醇烯比等因素对异丁烯转化率及ＭＴＢＥ产品的影响做了简单的总结。     

Abrasive wear of dental composite resins

Abrasive wear is a major problem in the application of dental composite resins. In this study the friction and wear behaviours of two types of dental composites: one containing relatively coarse filler particles and some microfillers (Estilux) and another containing only microfiller particles (Durafill), have been investigated by using a scratch testing machine. Experimental results show that the coefficients of friction in both composites are essentially constant for applied loads up to 20 N. The wear resistance of Durafill is better than Estilux. Under the same testing conditions, the size, shape and distribution of the filler particles are more important variables than applied load and sliding speed in controlling the wear mechanism. It is shown that for Estilux, plastic ploughing by the diamond indenter is the predominant mechanism. For Durafill, however, the formation and propagation of tensile cracks on the worn surface is the main wear mechanism. The effects of two different indenters, diamond and enamel, on the basic wear mechanisms are also discussed.     

太钢4号高炉喷煤站应用MFD—Ⅲ型布袋除尘器的实践

太钢４号高炉喷煤站从１９９０年起采用ＭＦＤ－Ⅲ型脉动反吹式布袋除尘器。这种除尘器采用脉动式反吹清灰设施，合理布置布袋间距，布袋支撑骨架及选用针呢材质的布袋，过滤面积大，反吹清灰效果好，设备运行平稳，除尘效率高达９９．８％，排放浓度小于１０ｍｇ／ｍ＾３，故障率低。     

Effect of aromatic diamine extenders on the morphology and property of RIM polyurethane–urea

An aromatic diamine, CMOMDA, was synthesized and used as a chain extender for reaction injection molding (RIM) polyurethane–urea. The morphology and properties of CMOMDA-, DETDA-, and MDA-extended poly(ether–urethane–urea)s (PEUUs) were measured by IR, DSC, DMS, SEM, and tensile testing apparatus. Well-matched values of C_h and X_ut,b/C_h were necessary for aromatic diamine-extended PEUU. DSC and SEM showed that the aggregation state of hard segments might undergo some changes with increasing hard-segment content. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

石油焦原料性质及炭化工艺对活性炭性能的影响

从分析石油焦原料着手，考察了其热解特性、孔隙率和石墨化程度。由于石油焦结构致密，属易石墨化碳，因此用水蒸气法直接活化得到的炭质材料吸附性能差，其碘吸附值小于350mg/g。不同来源的石油焦由于组成不同，其活化性能也有差异。通过成型法，以金山石油焦为原料轻预炭化、预氧化和炭化，得到炭化料，再用水蒸气活化得到的活性炭的碘吸附值达800.40mg/g、亚甲蓝值达120.40mg/g。以独山子石油焦为主要原料制得的活性炭的碘吸附值与亚甲蓝值分别达871．58mg/g、100..67mg/g。     

An efficient technique for the multilayered microwave and millimeter planar waveguides

The method of lines is extended to the multilayered inhomogenous dielectric layers by means of the additional transformation and the recurrence matrix. The computed dispersion diagrams for the multilayered planar waveguides agree very well with the results from other authors. New results for a six layer structure are given.     

Long-wavelength 640×486 GaAs-AlGaAs quantum well infraredphotodetector snap-shot camera

A 9-μm cutoff 640×486 snap-shot quantum well infrared photodetector (QWIP) camera has been demonstrated. The performance of this QWIP camera is reported including indoor and outdoor imaging. The noise equivalent differential temperature (NEΔT) of 36 mK has been achieved at 300 K background with f/2 optics. This is in good agreement with expected focal plane array sensitivity due to the practical limitations on charge handling capacity of the multiplexer, read noise, bias voltage, and operating temperature     

固体火箭发动机喷管用烧蚀隔热材料研究进展

介绍了固体火箭发动机喷管用烧蚀隔热材料的研究进展，喷管受热分析，指出了先进复合材料的发展趋势，提出碳／酚醛复合材料在制造低成本的发动机喷管中仍有重大使用价值。

对陕西省关中地区传统窄院民居的形成,平面与空间的构成特点,外观形态以及地方材料的合理运用等进行了归纳,分析和研究。     

LaCrMnNiO系热敏陶瓷的微观结构控制

通过对不同配方、工艺下的ＬａＣｒＭｎＮｉＯ系热敏陶瓷的微观结构研究，指出材料的相组成对其宏观电性能的影响，并提出了通过复合工艺利用“过渡相”的形成，对材料的“最终相”加以控制的方法。文中列出了使用ＸＲＤ及ＸＰＳ手段对材料微观结构的分析结果及有关电性能的测试数据。
