In this work, Er3+ doped ferroelectric glass ceramics containing high-content BaTiO3 nanoperovskite have been prepared successfully. Optical behaviors with structural dependence indicate that the perturbation of ligand field by tunable thermal condition in glass-ceramics is beneficial to boost upconversion efficiency, that is, the emission intensity possesses multifold improvement in both green band (2H11/2, 4S3/2 → 4I15/2) and red band (4F9/2 → 4I15/2). And adding voltage to stimulate polarization reversal of ferroelectric domains has been investigated as a physical mode to broaden luminescence emissions in visible range. Compared with the unpolarized glass-ceramics, over 1.5 folds higher luminescence intensity can be obtained by polarizing the samples. The multiple mechanisms to achieve upconversion enhancement in ferroelectric materials will stimulate and expand the use of innovative optoelectronic devices. 相似文献

Increasing the number of luminescence emitters without concentration quenching is essential to realize the high doping in silicate glass system, which is favorable for the output of single-frequency fiber lasers. In this work, the concentration quenching threshold of mid-infrared luminescence is enhanced by 60% after macro-scale manipulation of glassy structure. The reason can be attributed to the reduced maximum phonon energy after the increasing of Pb content and the increasing number of emitters due to the looser glassy network. The absorption and emission cross sections after structural engineering can reach to 0.75?×?10–20 cm2 and 1.53?×?10–20 cm2, respectively. These results reveal that the concentration quenching threshold can be effectively enhanced through the structural manipulation in a wide range, and the prepared lead silicate glass after structural engineering can be the ideal candidate for drawing optical fiber and are potential in future optical applications. 相似文献

Bead‐on‐string electrospun fibers containing camptothecin (CPT) are fabricated on the surface of knitted silk fibroin (SF) meshes. Microscopic characterization reveals that the bead‐on‐string structure is prepared successfully and CPT is mainly located within the beaded structure. Interestingly, the CPT‐loaded beaded SF mesh (CPT‐SF mesh) has excellent mechanical properties. More importantly, it is able to perform a sustained CPT release without burst release. In vitro cytotoxicity tests further indicate that the CPT‐SF mesh shows much stronger anticolon cancer activity in comparison with SF meshes and beaded SF meshes. Hence, the CPT‐SF mesh has great potential as a promising local drug delivery system for colon cancer treatment. 相似文献

The flux-pinning-induced stress and deformation of a long rectangular superconducting bicrystal with an arbitrary aspect ratio are analyzed based on the critical-state model and the finite element numerical method. The flux and current distributions in the superconductor with a low-angle grain boundary (GB) are obtained based on a constant GB critical current density assumption. The distributions of the stresses within the superconductor are obtained for different magnetization stages. The deformation and especially the shape distortion in the irreversible magnetostriction of the superconductor are analyzed. In addition, the relation between the maximum stress on the grain boundary and the ratio of the GB critical current density to the grain critical current density is discussed when the applied magnetic field is reduced to zero. 相似文献

Tension leg platform(TLP)is a typical compliant offshore structure for oil/gas resources exploitation.In the design process,the prediction of the free surface elevation is of great importance for the determination of the air gap.So far,the existing researches for predicting the air gap of the TLPs focus on the supporting columns while pay little attention to the horizontal pontoons.For the second order diffraction problem or long incident wave condition,the velocity potential decays slowly with water depth and the effect of pontoons should not be neglected.Herein the effect of pontoons on the diffracted wave field in the vicinity of a TLP platform is investigated in this study.The diffraction of regular waves by a square array of truncated cylinders and a whole TLP structure is studied in detail by using both the linear and the second-order diffraction theory.Numerical calculation is performed for the free surface elevation and wave run up.Numerical results show that the near-trapping phenomenon can occur inside the TLP and leads to significantly increased wave height.To study the effect of pontoons on the free surface elevation comparisons are carried out between the results of these two structures with and without pontoons.It is found that pontoons have an appreciable effect on the diffracted wave field for long incident regular waves and increase the largest response notably when the near-trapping phenomenon occurs at the second-order. 相似文献

We explore the third-order optical nonlinear properties of arsenic- and germanium-free chalcogenide glasses (ChGs) within a gallium-tin-selenium (Ga-Sn-Se, GSS) ternary system at wavelength of 1.064 μm in the picosecond region. A classical characterization showing the values of the absorption and the linear index will be given. Then, using D4σ-Z-scan technique, both nonlinear refractive index (n2) and nonlinear absorption coefficient (β) of the GSS ChGs will be measured. A comparison of the results is made with other families of chalcogenide glasses considering the figure of merit calculation. The first results show that GSS system would give better NL performance promising high potential for n2(β)-based photonic devices performed under clean production and green/sustainable chemistry. 相似文献

为制备一款更适合糖尿病患者食用的低糖或无糖型山楂制品,研究葡萄糖氧化酶法、树脂吸附法、乙醇沉淀法和发酵法脱糖效果差异。比较4种方法脱糖后山楂原液中还原糖和总糖的脱除率,以及山楂中绿原酸、花青素、原花青素、表儿茶素、槲皮素等特征成分的保留率。结果显示, 4种脱糖方式对总糖和还原糖的脱除效果影响显著。其中,发酵法的还原糖和总糖脱糖率最高,分别为86.66%和96.82%;对比5种特征性成分的保留率,发现发酵法对绿原酸保留率最高,达135.98%,其次是原花青素和表儿茶素,保留率分别达到105.42%和103.20%, 5种特征性成分总保留率达103.95%。因此,发酵法由于其良好的脱糖效果而适合用于水果制品的工业脱糖。 相似文献
