新型冷轧辊热处理工艺的优化选择

模型驱动的CAPP信息定制发布技术研究

针对一个CAPP数据模型,企业的不同部门需要不同的CAPP工艺卡片样式,为此本文提出一种基于XML的模型驱动的CAPP信息定制发布的解决方案.结合企业自身的情况建立CAPP 信息模型,将模型进行平面表格化显示,然后对模型进行动态显示个性化定制,系统具有很好的柔性、适应性和扩展性.     

ANALYSIS OF FLUID FIELD OF LIQUID METAL IN ELECTROMAGNETIC CENTRIFUGAL CASTING

Navier-Stokes equation and Lorentz force equation are used to calculate the fluid field of liquid metal of electromagnetic centrifugal casting(EMCC) in this paper.A field equationis given,which shows the azimuthal velocity closely relates to electrical conductivity,mag-netic density,viscosity of liquid metal and radius of casting.The results show that the sta-tionary magentic field can effectively restrain the fluid flow and the relative velocity be-tween liquid metal and casting mould and the velocity gradient at solid/liquid interface in-creases with rising magnetic density,which has a great effect on the solidification of liquidmetal and crystal growth characteristies.     

Al—Li—Cu—Mg合金应力腐蚀性能及机理研究

利用恒应变速率方法研究了Al—Li—Cu—Mg合金的应力腐蚀开裂,包括时效条件及外加电位对应力腐蚀的影响,同时研究了试样表面相对氢浓度与外加电位及应力腐蚀时间的关系,实验结果表明,合金的应力腐蚀性能取决于时效条件,其中峰时效条件下最差,自然时效条件下最好,应力腐蚀敏感性及试样表面氢浓度与外加电位有关,阳极电位增加应力腐蚀敏感性,阴极电位低于临界电位时加速应力腐蚀,认为合金在应力腐蚀过程中阳极溶解与氢脆机制联合作用。     

基于ADuC812的多功能脉冲氩弧焊电源控制系统研究

介绍了以ADuC812为控制核。的逆变多功能脉冲氩弧焊接控制系统，及其软件调试和硬件设计的特点分析了整个控制系统的结构、特点和原理，实现了众多规范参数的数字化设置、调节和控制．改善了人机交互性能。实验表明：该控制系统能够实现对焊接规参数的精确控制，为实现精密焊接奠定了基础。     

锅炉吹灰器枪管环缝焊接机床的设计

介绍了锅炉吹灰器枪管环缝焊接机床的基本组成和工艺过程，设计了基于可编程控制器的电气控制系统和软件系统。该焊接机床由机械系统、电气系统、气动装置和水冷系统组成。可编程控制器是机床控制系统的核心，能够时机床的外围设备展开精确控制，这些外围设备包括：弧压控制器、焊接电源、送丝机控制器、电动机和电磁阀等。实验表明，使用该焊接设备焊接质量显著提高，焊工劳动强度大大降低。     

Influence of addition of Cu（OH）2 to KOH alkaline electrolyte on electrochemical properties of La2Mg0.9Al0.1Ni7.5Co1.5 hydrogen storage alloy electrode

The influence of the addition of Cu（OH）2 to 6 mol/L KOH alkaline electrolyte on the electrochemical properties of La2Mg0.9Al0.1Ni7.5Co1.5 hydrogen storage alloy electrode was investigated by electron probe X-ray microanalysis（EPMA）, X-ray diffraction（XRD） and electrochemical measurements. EPMA micrographs and XRD patterns show that the surface of the hydride electrode is plated by metal copper film. The thickness and compactness of Cu film increase with the increment of charge-discharge cycle number. The copper film of the hydride electrode surface can keep the hydrogen storage alloy particle in the electrode interior from oxidizing availably. The addition of Cu（OH）2 to alkaline electrolyte lowers the activation property and the high rate dischargeability of the La2Mg0.9Al0.1Ni7.5Co1.5 hydride electrode, but has no negative effect on the maximum discharge capacity of the hydride electrode. Moreover, it is effective to improve the cyclic stability of the hydride electrode utilizing electrodeposit Cu film on theLa2Mg0.9Al0.1Ni7.5Co1.5 hydride electrodes surface.     

规划水资源论证技术要求探讨——以深圳石岩总部经济园区规划为例

2010年,水利部启动了规划水资源论证的试点工作并出台了试行技术要求。规划水资源论证把水资源管理的源头从建设项目向前推进至规划阶段,体现了"从源头和过程控制"的理念。以深圳石岩总部经济园区改造专项规划水资源论证为例,对园区规划水资源论证的内容、方法和要求进行了实例探讨,为规划水资源论证的编制提供参考。
