Study on Laboratory Method for Refining of SR Diesel Fuel

The method for refining the straight-run diesel fuel was studied in laboratory scale in order to make the acid number of diesel fraction comply with the standard while removing the naphthenic acids contained in diesel without causing environmental pollution. After comparing the effect of refining using three solvents, the isopropyl alcohol-HOA was specified as the best solvent. Meanwhile, the relationship between the acid number of diesel fraction and the amount of solvent used and the relationship between the concentration of solvent and temperature and the stability of diesel in terms of its acid number were also investigated. Experimental results had shown that when the mass fraction of the HOA-IPA solvent was 20% at a dosage of 17 mL of the solvent and a temperature of 30℃, the acid number of the refined diesel fraction was 0.015 mg KOH/g with a good stability of acidity in the diesel fraction,     

含沙探测系统在海洋石油平台上的应用

在海上石油平台CFD11项目中，首次使用了含沙探测系统，对平台上工艺流程中沙子的含量做出检测。含沙探测系统由探头、计算单元和数据处理单元／操作系统组成，安装非常方便，操作也很简单，探测结果非常有利于海洋石油平台的设备保护。     

大位移井钻柱振动规律研究与应用

在大位移井钻井工程中钻柱受着各种振动，当各种振动共振时，钻柱承受着非常大的动载，很容易受损，同时，钻柱的振动影响着井壁的稳定，严重威胁着井下的作业安全。以大位移井近井底的钻柱为研究对象，分析了钻柱振动行为所遵循的规律。采用线性分析法，获得了大位移井钻柱横向振动和扭转振动的频谱方程。同时获得了钻柱各种共振频率的分布。经分析表明：大位移井钻柱的横向振动和扭转振动的共振频率与实际钻井转速非常接近，应合理选择转速以减小钻柱共振的发生。文章的分析研究为大位移井钻柱动态行为的研究提供了理论依据。     

一种基于ECDSA的USB存储设备访问控制方案

文章针对使用USB存储设备造成的内部泄密问题,提出了一种USB存储设备访问控制方案,该方案对用户的身份认证基于安全强度很高的椭圆曲线数字签名算法,同时使用过滤器驱动程序实现了USB存储设备的读写控制,因而此方案具有较好的安全性、实用性和通用性。     

A high-performance multichannel dual-gate poly-Si TFT fabricated by excimer laser irradiation on a floating a-Si thin film

A new excimer laser annealing (ELA) process that uses a floating amorphous-Silicon (a-Si) thin film with a multichannel structure is proposed for high-performance poly-Si thin-film transistors (TFTs). The proposed ELA method produces two-dimensional (2-D) grain growth, which can result in a high-quality grain structure. The dual-gate structure was employed to eliminate the grain boundaries perpendicular to the current flow in the channel. A multichannel structure was adapted in order to arrange the grain boundary to be parallel to the current flow. The proposed poly-Si TFT exhibits high-performance electrical characteristics, which are a high mobility of 504 cm/sup 2//Vsec and a low subthreshold slope of 0.337 V/dec.     

Development of a safety critical software requirements verification method with combined CPN and PVS: a nuclear power plant protection system application

Safety-critical software systems such as certain nuclear instrumentation and control (NI&C) systems should be developed with thorough verification. This study presents a method of software requirement verification with a case study for a nuclear power plant (NPP) protection system. The verification introduces colored petri net (CPN) for system modeling and prototype verification system (PVS) for mathematical verification. In order to aid flow-through from modeling by CPN to mathematical proof by PVS, an information extractor from CPN models has been developed in this paper. In order to convert the extracted information to the PVS specification language, a translator has also been developed. This combined method has been applied to the functional requirements of the Wolsong NPP Shut Down System #2 (SDS2); logical properties of the requirements were verified. Through this research, guidelines and a tool support for the use of formal methods have been developed for application to NI&C software verification.     

Development of core mode blocker with H/sub 2/-loaded Ge-B codoped fibres

A novel fabrication method of the core mode blocker by exposing H/sub 2/-loaded Ge-B codoped fibres to local electric arc discharge for application to the LPFGs-based tunable all-fibre bandpass filter with 6.5 nm bandwidth and 40 nm tuning range is presented.

磷酸酯类离子液体在燃油深度脱硫中的应用

研究了3种磷酸酯类离子液体,即1,3-二甲基咪唑磷酸二甲酯盐([MM im]DM P)、1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸二乙酯盐([EM im]DEP)和1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸二丁酯盐([BM im]DBP)的制备过程,考察了这3种磷酸酯类离子液体对模型油中3-甲基噻吩、苯并噻吩和二苯并噻吩的脱除效果及磷酸酯类离子液体的电化学再生方法。实验结果表明,这3种磷酸酯类离子液体的脱硫能力强弱顺序为:[EM im]DEP>[BM im]DBP[MM im]DM P;且对二苯并噻吩的脱除效果最好,对苯并噻吩的脱除效果次之,对3-甲基噻吩的脱除效果较差。以[EM im]DEP为萃取剂,油剂质量比为1∶1时,经5次萃取后,二苯并噻吩的脱除率可达到99.5%。利用电解法对[EM im]DEP进行了再生,在5~10V电压下电解10h,[EM im]DEP的脱硫率可以达到新鲜[EM im]DEP的90%以上。
