New poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) derivative containing pendant chemoselective functionality is prepared for the cyanide detection in pure water. Particularly, incorporation of the chemodosimeter 4 on PVA is performed by direct coupling of the hydroxyl group of the dye 4 and PVA hydroxyl groups via ethereal linkage using di-bromoalkane as a cross-linking agent. The chemosensory capacity of the polymeric material for the colorimetric sensing of cyanide in water is based on the reactivity of this anion toward the chemodosimeter, and its water solubility is given by PVA moiety. The chemodosimeter is developed on the basis of the trifluoroacetyl group as electrophile receptor of the cyanide anions. The final water soluble functionalized polymer presents a sensible selectivity toward cyanide anions in pure water.  相似文献

Hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane (HNIW) or CL-20 is a caged structure polycyclic nitramine that may replace RDX and HMX as a common use energetic chemical. To provide insight into the environmental fate of CL-20 we photolyzed the chemical in a Rayonet photoreactor (254-350 nm) and with sunlight in aqueous solutions. Previously, we found that initial photodenitration of the monocyclic nitramine RDX leads to ring cleavage and decomposition. Presently, we found that photolysis of the rigid molecule CL-20 produced NO2-, NO3-, NH3, HCOOH, N2 and N2O. Using LC/MS (ES-) we detected several key intermediates carrying important information on the initial steps involved in the degradation of CL-20. The identities of the intermediates were confirmed using a uniformly ring labeled 15N-[CL-20]. When CL-20 was photolyzed in the presence of H2(18)O, D2O or 18O2 we obtained a product distribution suggesting that the energetic chemical degraded via at least two initial routes; one involved sequential homolysis of N-NO2 bond(s) and another involved photorearrangement prior to hydrolytic ring cleavage and decomposition in water.  相似文献

This paper describes the undecimated wavelet transform and its reconstruction. In the first part, we show the relation between two well known undecimated wavelet transforms, the standard undecimated wavelet transform and the isotropic undecimated wavelet transform. Then we present new filter banks specially designed for undecimated wavelet decompositions which have some useful properties such as being robust to ringing artifacts which appear generally in wavelet-based denoising methods. Designers of distributed algorithms typically assume strong memory consistency guarantees, but system implementations provide weaker guarantees for better performance and scalability. This motivates the study of how to implement programs designed for sequential consistency on platforms with weaker consistency models. Typically, such implementations are impossible using only read and write operations to shared variables. One variant of processor consistency originally proposed by Goodman and called here PC-G is an exception because it provides just enough consistency to implement mutual exclusion using only reads and writes. This paper investigates the existence of compilers to convert arbitrary programs that use shared read/write variables with sequentially consistent memory semantics, to programs that use read/write variables with PC-G consistency semantics. We first provide a simple program transformation, and prove that it correctly compiles any 2-process program to a PC-G memory system, while preserving wait-freedom. We next prove that even a substantial generalization of this transformation cannot be a compiler for even a very restricted class of 3-process programs. Even though our program transformation is not a general compiler for three or more processes, it does correctly transform some specific n-process programs. In particular, for the special case of the (necessarily randomized) Test&Set algorithm of Tromp and Vitanyi, our transformation extends to any number of processes, thus providing the first algorithm for expected wait-free Test&Set on any weak memory system, using only read/write variables.  相似文献

Pseudo-response regulators (PRRs) are the important genes for flowering in roses. In this work, clock PRRs were genome-wide identified using Arabidopsis protein sequences as queries, and their evolutionary analyses were deliberated intensively in Rosaceae in correspondence with angiosperms species. To draw a comparative network and flow of clock PRRs in roses, a co-expression network of flowering pathway genes was drawn using a string database, and their functional analysis was studied by silencing using VIGS and protein-to-protein interaction. We revealed that the clock PRRs were significantly expanded in Rosaceae and were divided into three major clades, i.e., PRR5/9 (clade 1), PRR3/7 (clade 2), and TOC1/PRR1 (clade 3), based on their phylogeny. Within the clades, five clock PRRs were identified in Rosa chinensis. Clock PRRs had conserved RR domain and shared similar features, suggesting the duplication occurred during evolution. Divergence analysis indicated the role of duplication events in the expansion of clock PRRs. The diverse cis elements and interaction of clock PRRs with miRNAs suggested their role in plant development. Co-expression network analysis showed that the clock PRRs from Rosa chinensis had a strong association with flowering controlling genes. Further silencing of RcPRR1b and RcPRR5 in Rosa chinensis using VIGS led to earlier flowering, confirming them as negative flowering regulators. The protein-to-protein interactions between RcPRR1a/RcPRR5 and RcCO suggested that RcPRR1a/RcPRR5 may suppress flowering by interfering with the binding of RcCO to the promoter of RcFT. Collectively, these results provided an understanding of the evolutionary profiles as well as the functional role of clock PRRs in controlling flowering in roses.  相似文献

The present work has focused on the modeling and simulation of a recycled ozone generator system via electrochemical oxidation of water. To produce ozone, a Pyrex glass electrochemical reactor, comprised of two separate half-cell by Nafion 117 membrane was applied. The applied anode and cathode electrodes were Ti/Sn-Sb-Ni and platinized titanium, respectively. The modeling and simulation of the reactor operation were done via artificial neural network (ANN) technique. In this regard, four important operational parameters (i.e. electrolyte concentration, applied voltage, flow rate and electrolysis time) and the generated ozone concentration were considered as the independent inputs and the network output, respectively. To find out the best model, six numbers of three-layered ANNs with different functions were constructed and optimized. Best simulation was related to a model, consist of Levenberg–Marquardt Back propagation learning algorithm (trainlm) and tangent sigmoid (tansig) as transfer function in the both hidden and output layers. Also, application of 10 hidden neurons and 80 iterations for the network calibration caused to satisfy the network training while overfitting was prevented. The K-fold cross-validation method, employed for the model evaluation, showed high correlation coefficient (0.9936) and low mean square error (3.58 × 10−4) for the testing data. Sensitivity analysis indicated order of relative importance the operational parameters on the ozone production as: time > [electrolyte] > voltage > flow rate.  相似文献

A nearly exact general equation for geometrical angular deviations from the Bragg angle over entire curved crystal surfaces is derived using a toroidally curvilinear coordinate system and applied on the nine conventional crystal geometries. Although the derived formula confirms Wittry's results for the first five cases, it shows considerable differences for the more important cases, such as 45° point focusing, general point focusing, and Berreman geometries. The effective scattering areas for the mentioned cases have been derived, plotted, and interpreted. A point-to-point focusing crystal geometry is introduced, and it is shown that it approaches Wittry's and spherical plane-spherical Johansson geometries as θ(B) → 90° and θ(B) → 0°, respectively.  相似文献

Catalytic light-off of a stream of NO, H2, CO in an excess O2 has been studied over various metal oxides loading 1 wt% Pt. Because a low-surface area Y2O3 (<5 m2 g−1) was found to exhibit the highest de-NOx activity, a mesoporous Y2O3 was then synthesized from an yttrium-based surfactant mesophase templated by dodecyl sulfate , which was anion-exchanged by acetate (AcO = CH3COO). The product showed a 3-D mesoporosity with a large surface area (396 m2 g−1) and the Pt-supported catalyst achieved much improved light-off characteristics suitable for the low-temperature de-NOx in the presence of CO and excess O2.  相似文献

Foam injection contributes to improved oil recovery through flow diversion, reduction of interfacial tension (IFT), and wettability alteration of the rock while its stability is an issue. In this article, nitrogen-foam was optimally formulated using fluorocarbon tubiguard protect (FTP) surfactant stabilized with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) co-surfactant that was later experimentally considered for oil recovery in a fractured carbonate rock taken from an oil field in the Middle East. The results showed that the 5:1 volume ratio of fluorocarbon surfactant and SDS (FS51) generates a stable foaming agent with ability of changing the wettability of the carbonate rock surfaces to an intermediate gas-wet state. A series of core-flood experiments at HPHT conditions were also carried out and designed to properly represent matrix-fracture media using both a horizontally and vertically oriented setup. The oil saturated cores were flooded with nitrogen gas first followed by foam injection. It was concluded that foam can divert the gas to flow from fractures to the matrix blocks and result in a significant oil recovery. The contact angle tests that performed after core-flood experiments revealed the wettability changes of fracture surfaces from an oil-wet to a gas-wet state. This allows gas to be imbibed into the matrix blocks by capillary force and results in enhancement of ultimate oil recovery. This study revealed that trapped oil in matrixes blocks that had not been drained during the gas injection process could be produced by designing a stable foam that sustainably diverts injected fluid from fractures to matrix zone.  相似文献
