Novel thioether compound poly(ethene-1,1,2,2-tetrathiol) was synthesized, characterized and tested as cathode active material. The polymer was synthesized by facile one-step procedure and its chemical structure was confirmed by FT-IR, FT-Raman, element analysis, and XPS spectral analysis. The polymer had good electrochemical activity as cathode material for rechargeable lithium battery. It showed stable discharge specific capacity about 300 mAh g−1 and discharge voltage above 2 V. The thioether bond was deduced as the functional group. It was proposed that thioether bonds were oxidized to form thioether cations with the help of ether solvent, which offered energy storage. 相似文献

Material removal rate (MRR) and surface quality in copper-chemical mechanical planarization (Cu-CMP) process are highly sensitive to slurry chemistry parameters, namely, pH, and concentrations of complexing, corrosion inhibiting, and oxidizing agents. Capturing the effects of these slurry parameters on MRR and surface quality in real time through the use of sensor signals is key to ensuring an efficient Cu-CMP process. In this paper, vibration sensor signals collected from the Cu-CMP experiments are used to capture the variations in various slurry parameters as well as their influence on the MRR. Two sensors, namely, a wired accelerometer (Kistler Model 8728A500, sampling at 5 kHz) and a single channel wireless accelerometer (Tmote Sky sensor node, sampling at 500 Hz) are mounted at two distinct locations on a LapMaster-12 bench-top polishing machine. Various statistical features related to time and frequency domain characteristics of the sensor signals are extracted. It was found that principal component regression models relating these features to MRR are significantly more accurate than the conventional statistical regression models that use process parameters (slurry chemistry settings) only to estimate MRR. 相似文献

In phase space reconstruction of time series, the selection of embedding dimension is important. Based on the idea of checking the behavior of near neighbors in the reconstruction dimension, a new method to determine proper minimum embedding dimension is constructed. This method has a sound theoretical basis and can lead to good result. It can indicate the noise level in the data to be reconstructed, and estimate the reconstruction quality. The effect of Mn addition on the magnetocaloric effect (MCE) of the La0.8Ce0.2Fe11.4?xMnxSi1.6 (x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3) compounds was investigated. It was revealed that the transition temperatures of the compounds are sensitive to Mn composition. The temperatures are shifted from 177 to 121 K for Mn composition from 0.0 to 0.3. Moreover, thermal lag and magnetic hysteresis loss of the compounds are reduced largely due to Mn addition. A good MCE with a large and almost constant refrigerant capacity in a large temperature span over 50 K was achieved in the investigated compounds. As an index of molding, the fractal dimension of pores can reflect system varying details as the density. Pores in the powder aggregates with a composition of Fe–2%Cu–0.5%C were researched. The change tendency of dimension of pores as a function of compaction pressure or sintering temperature was investigated. Result indicates that the dimensions of pores in this ternary system decrease both in the process of compacting and sintering.
