The conditions of disintegration of structured formations occurring in disperse systems of the solid-dispersed-phase-liquid-dispersion-medium type, increasing their effective viscosity and inhibiting the attainment of a high fluidity by the dispersions, have been investigated. The role of inertial effects in attainment of the isotropic dynamic state by S/L disperse systems, when external vibration action is applied to them, has been studied. Optical properties of intermetallic isostructural compounds LaNi5−xCux (x = 0, 0.6, 1, 1.2) have been studied in the spectral range from 0.22 to 15 μm using the ellipsometry method. It was found that the substitution of copper for nickel leads to local changes in the optical conductivity spectra. Theoretical calculations of the electronic structure and interband optical conductivity of LaNi5−xCux compounds with x = 0, 1, 2, 3 were performed in the generalized gradient approximation within the pseudopotential plane-wave method PWSCF. Both the optical spectroscopic measurements and theoretical calculations demonstrate the presence of a broad absorption band around 4 eV associated with the Cu 3d → Ni 3d electron transitions and increasing with the growth of copper content.  相似文献

The experimental study of the optical properties of CeNi5, CeNi4Cu and CeNi4Al compounds was carried out in the 0.083-5.64 eV energy range using the ellipsometry method. The optical constants, dielectric functions and electronic parameters (plasma and relaxation frequencies) were determined. The energy dependencies of the optical interband conductivities are discussed by using the available information on the electronic band structure of these compounds. In the ternary alloys the optical spectra show the presence of peculiarities related to effect of Cu or Al substitution at Ni sites.  相似文献

A method and equipment for optical diagnostics of liquidfuel; rocket engines (LR) is described. Experimental data on minimum detactable concentrations of such metals as Fe, Al, Mn, and Ni in the plume have been obtained. Thermomechanical properties of microactuators with shape-memory effect (SME) based on the Ti2NiCu/Pt layered composite are analyzed. Atomic-force microscopy is used to experimentally determine rigidity of the composite microactuators that represent cantilevers with sizes of 50 × 2 × 1 μm and a thickness of the SME active alloy layer of 0.5 μm in a temperature interval of 20–100°C. Forces that are exerted by the composite actuator on a microscopic object are quantitatively estimated. The experimental data are in reasonable agreement with the calculated results.  相似文献
