Boundary element analysis of thermal stress intensity factors for interface griffith and cusp cracks

The thermal stress intensity factors for interface cracks of Griffith and symmetric lip cusp types under vertical uniform heat flow in a finite body are calculated by the boundary element method. The boundary conditions on the crack surfaces are insulated or fixed to constant temperature. The relationship between the stress intensity factors and the displacements on the nodal point of a crack-tip element is derived. The numerical values of the thermal stress intensity factors for an interface Griffith crack in an infinite body are compared with the previous solutions. The thermal stress intensity factors for a symmetric lip cusp interface crack in a finite body are calculated with respect to various effective crack lengths, configuration parameters, material property ratios and the thermal boundary conditions on the crack surfaces. Under the same outer boundary conditions, there are no appreciable differences in the distribution of thermal stress intensity factors with respect to each material property. However, the effect of crack surface thermal boundary conditions on the thermal stress intensity factors is considerable.     

THE STATISTICAL DISTRIBUTION OF EXTREME VALUES OF WAVE-CURRENT FORCES ACTING ON SLENDER CIRCULAR CYLINDER IN IRREGULAR WAVES

Based on model test,the statistical distribution of extreme values of wave-current in-line forces acting on vertical circular cylinder is analyzed in this paper.It is shownthat the results calculated by the simplified method,proposed by authors,agree well with the testdata;Weibull distribution is also adoptable in the region of high KC number, and the shapeparameter a and scale parameter β are related well with KC number respectively.     

VTI介质的AVO理论与应用研究

AVO（Amplitude Versus Offset)技术的研究已有30多年的发展历程，其中有起有落，近两年在国际上该技术的应用又日趋广泛，发展较快，在寻找隐蔽性和裂缝性油气藏方面，AVO具有其他方法不能替代的作用，本文通过对羊屋三维数据的处理，解释一体化的研究，发现VTI各向异性介质对动校正存在较大的时差影响，本次研究成功地应用VTI介质成像理论对该地区地震数据进行了时差校正，同时采用时频域球面发散和吸收补偿加地表一致性（炮点，接收点和炮检距项）反褶积较好的振幅和频率补偿结果，并实现了相对保持振幅的要求，通过此次处理，解释一体化研究，发现了一块具有第二类AVO特性的，在常规成像条件下无法识别的地质异常体。

Microstructure-Property Correlation in AI_4C_3 Dispersion Strengthened Al Composite

The microstructure and tensile properties of Al_4C_3 dispersion strengthened Al composite fabricatedby reaction milling technique were investigated.It is indicated that the rod-like Al_4C_3 dispersoidshaving a diameter of 0.02-0.03 μm and a length of 0.1-0.3μm are formed by reaction of C with Al,and uniformly distributed in the Al matrix.The interface between Al_4C_3 and Al is clean and theinterfacial bonding is good.The matrix consists of the subgrains which have the size of 0.3-0.4μm,and most of the Al_4C_3 dispersoids are distributed on the subgrain boundaries.The 11 vol.-%Al_4C_3/Al composite exhibits an UTS (ultimate tensile strength) of 400 MPa and anelongation-to-failure of 8.0%.

双塔脱丙烷工艺技术

对扬子乙烯装置双塔脱丙烷系统低压塔液泛、高压塔再沸器堵塞等问题进行了技术分析,提出了工艺流程修改方案,完善了双塔脱丙烷技术,对同类装置有参考价值。     

Incoloy 800H合金的应用和性能分析

通过对耐热耐蚀合金Incoloy 80 0H的性能分析 ,指出它与普通奥氏体不锈钢相比具有较优的抗氧化性能、耐蚀性和高温蠕变强度。针对催化裂化装置同轴式沉降再生器内部所用Incoloy 80 0H焊件易出现裂纹的问题进行分析 ,认为在施焊过程中由于合金凝固时有低熔点金属或化合物的液态膜残留在晶界区 ,该合金具有高的焊接热裂纹敏感性 ,若焊材选择不当 ,焊丝填充不充分、缺少保护气等将导致晶间裂纹产生。提出了该合金采用TIG焊接防止热裂纹产生的措施。
