Effects of interstitial oxygen on microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb with fully lamellar and duplex microstructures

The effect of added oxygen in the range of 1000 to 4000 wt ppm on the microstructures of a Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy has been investigated and compared to the microstructures for a high-purity alloy. For specimens cooled from theα phase, interstitial oxygen stabilizes the lamellar microstructure with respect toγ grains, with higher than equilibrium values for theα ₂ volume fraction. For specimens cooled from theα +γ phase field, the lamellar microstructure still tends to be favored by oxygen, but it is found that the phase volume fractions are not significantly different from equilibrium values. This suggests that interstitial O essentially reduces the kinetics of theα toα +γ transformation. Thus, interstitial oxygen will have a strong effect on microstructures obtained by continuous cooling fromα, but significantly less on those, such as the duplex microstructure, obtained by long treatment in theα +γ phase field. In general, increased O content is well correlated with reduced ductility. Finally, the role of interstitial oxygen on this phase transformation is discussed.     

过渡金属对Au-Pd/TiO_2-Al_2O_3催化剂加氢脱硫性能的影响

研究了掺杂过渡金属Ru,Ni,Co对Au-Pd/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂催化噻吩加氢脱硫活性的影响,并采用X射线衍射、电感耦合等离子发射光谱、程序升温还原和程序升温脱附等方法对TiO2-Al2O3复合载体、Au-Pd/TiO2-Al2O3和Au-Pd-TM/TiO2-Al2O3(TM表示过渡金属)催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,掺杂过渡金属未改变Au-Pd/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂的结构;掺杂Ru或Ni增强了Au-Pd/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂的活性组分与TiO2-Al2O3复合载体的相互作用,降低了反应活化能,提高了催化剂活性组分的分散度和活性比表面积,改善了Au-Pd/TiO2-Al2O催化剂的吸附性能,从而提高了Au-Pd/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂催化噻吩加氢脱硫的活性;而掺杂Co的效果则与之相反。

催化主风机故障分析与处理

主风机发生喘振后流量减小并且振动增大,抢修后振动未消除反而增加,且有上升趋势.运用状态监测方法对其测试分析,查出振源为动不平衡和对中不良.为使机组能继续安全运行,采取了加强监测,降低轴系负荷和降低润滑油油温等措施,故障消除.     

CARS光谱测温及仪器狭缝函数对测量的影响

设计了一种利用光参量振荡器(OPO)来代替染料激光器的宽带相干反斯托克斯喇曼散射(CARS)光谱测温实验装置。为了提高CARS测量温度的精度,测量和分析了检测系统中狭缝函数对测量结果的影响,确定了狭缝函数的具体形式。将测量结果与热电偶读数比较,发现在温度范围300K～1200K内,温度测量的不确定度小于2%。     

Si衬底上横向外延GaN材料的微结构和光学性质的研究

用氢化物气相外延 (HVPE)方法在Si(III)衬底上成功横向外延生长出晶体质量较好的GaN薄膜材料。透射电子显微镜 (TEM )的研究结果表明 ,横向外延区域GaN的位错密度明显减小。由于SiO2 掩膜腐蚀角的不同 (分别为 90°和 6 6°) ,导致了横向外延GaN材料一些独特的微观形貌。微区拉曼光谱由数百条拉曼散射曲线组成 ,每一条曲线有三个振动模 ,分别对应Si振动模式 (5 2 0cm- 1) ,E2 模式 (5 6 6cm- 1)和E1(LO)模式(732cm- 1)。在垂直条纹方向 ,峰位和峰宽没有明显的变化 ,而峰强约 5 μm会发生周期性变化     

多工况多级离心压缩机总体优化命题的建模与数值方法

介绍了多工况 点的压缩机最优模拟设计点的特点及相应的优化建模，包括目标函数的建立、约束条件的确立和计算方法，使满足该模拟设计点要求的压缩机在逼近优目标函数最大值的同时，兼顾各真实工况运行点都在较好效率下工作，并列出了基于模型级数据库的优化设计实例。

Synteny mapping of four genes from the short arm of human chromosome 19 to bovine chromosome 7

Four genes on the short arm of human chromosome 19 (HSA 19p) were assigned to bovine chromosome 7 (BTA 7) using a bovine x rodent somatic hybrid cell panel. These four genes were cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP), lymphoblastic leukemia derived sequence 1 (LYL1), lysosomal alpha-mannosidase (MANB), and RAS oncogene family member RAB3A. Bovine sequence tagged sites were developed for the four genes and used for screening a bovine x rodent somatic cell panel. All four genes were mapped to bovine synteny group U22 (BTA 7) with a correlation coefficient of 0.901-1.000. This study confirms that the centromeric region of BTA 7 is conserved with HSA 19p.
